Domino's Pizza Deventer - Andriessenplein in Wijk 9 Colmschate-Vijfhoek

I haven't received my order; I've been waiting over two hours. This is the second time this has happened in a week. I do not recommend delivery from this restaurant.

I have never received such bad service as at Domino's Andriessenplein. Terrible. Now really never again.

After 2 hours, still no food received. Telephone contact is barely possible. As soon as you finally get someone on the phone, you are treated disrespectfully and receive zero compensation......

I called today and wanted to pay in cash, and some little man on the other end of the line says they don't do that. I find that very strange, but okay. And then the gentleman on the other end of the line immediately starts swearing, shouting, and acting weird. Really a very weird Domino's Pizza place, and I find this anything but normal. Very peculiar again. I find it very peculiar that they immediately start shouting and swearing like that.

Pizzas were never delivered! We cycled to the branch ourselves and found out they had closed due to the heat. Understandable, it was very hot, but it is incomprehensible that we weren't informed.... we waited for more than an hour and the children's party was made a lot less fun by the long wait. After contacting them about a refund, we received no compensation and after more than a week, the money still hasn't been returned. We have contacted them about this twice already; they said it would be transferred as soon as possible. I don't get the impression that customer service or customer loyalty is a priority at this branch. Severely disappointed.

Ordered 2 x 35 cm tuna pizzas, but the tuna was nowhere to be found, and the pizzas were also wafer-thin with very little sauce, so they were very dry. Very disappointing, because they can do much better than this.

Never received an order, did lose the money.

I ordered food at 19:25, eventually called after 1.5 hours, and was told that the food should already have been delivered and that I would be called back. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back with the news that the food was just on its way and could arrive at any moment. After 20 minutes, I called again because the food still hadn't arrived (by now, 2 hours had passed). During this conversation, I was given a completely new order, including an extra can of Red Bull as compensation for the long wait. Not pleasant, but neatly resolved, I thought. After hanging up the phone, the doorbell rang 5 minutes later and my original order was at the door. I took it and politely gave the delivery person a 2 euro tip; unfortunately, I discovered inside that my food was ice cold and the thick shake was watery. After another phone call asking when the “new order” would arrive, I was told that the delivery person who brought my food had just returned to the store, and that they were therefore not coming to deliver the new order. But that they had already prepared it, so if I wanted my food warm, I could come and pick it up myself. Bizarre.

We had pizzas delivered; they were hot and on time. However, the pepperoni on one of the pizzas was clearly spoiled. We had several people taste it. I then contacted the store, but unfortunately, I was not taken seriously and was dismissed with the explanation that the pepperoni's expiration date was perfectly fine. I even offered to bring the pizza over so they could test it themselves. But unfortunately... the service was terrible, and they were going to use the pepperoni anyway.

I ordered a few months ago; I had ordered and paid for a tompouce milkshake, among other things, but didn't get it because it was sold out? So I ended up paying more. But I don't mind doing that once. Now I'm ordering again and it's the same story: if those tompouce milkshakes are always sold out, then don't sell them. Furthermore, I had to wait a long time, that can happen, and then my order arrives, sure enough, the milkshake was forgotten. However, the delivery driver was sweet, so it was delivered later. We ended up having to wait another 30 minutes for that (it's a 4-minute bike ride), and my pizza was just sloppy and soggy. The milkshake was melted with chunks in it, and the chicken was cold and super dry. And the worst part is, when my milkshake arrived, it smelled like a wet dog, as if it had been in a bag that had been sitting in the rain and never washed. I didn't feel like drinking that milkshake anymore. All in all, I had a bad experience, but the staff is very friendly, and so is the delivery driver.

If you are willing to wait more than 2 hours for your food, you might very well get something, but no guarantee. Actually 0 stars.

The pizza you know, but bad service. Had to wait 35 minutes for it to be ready and the staff were fighting amongst themselves. I would advise against this branch. Better to go to the snack bar next door if you want a quick bite to eat.

I decided to call after an hour. Unfortunately, our pizzas still needed to go into the oven. It was not yet clear when that would happen. Order cancelled. I was spoken to in a friendly manner, though.

The service is irresistibly bad. When you order, you receive a very nice email stating that your order is ready. Then you arrive at the branch and they check the order. I was told that my order wasn't there. 15 minutes later I asked again, they checked the same order, and I was told that my order was there after all. Hopeless

We had ordered our food via their site and unfortunately it was not delivered on time. We were actually supposed to receive it around 7 PM and had to call to follow up. Eventually, we received our order around 7:30 PM.

Received a burnt pizza. I called and was treated very rudely and condescendingly. We'll never order Domino's pizza again.

Placed the order at 6:00 PM. Finally, I called at 7:30 PM to ask if everything had gone well. Apparently, the pizzas still needed to be baked. We had two choices: either pick them up and have them in fifteen minutes, or we'd have to wait at least another 30 minutes. Unbelievable.

The order is always placed incorrectly, they forget you or it takes more than 2 hours before you receive your order.

I had a pizza delivered today. Well, it was actually a flammkuchen. The crust was wafer-thin and crispy. Definitely not the soft dough you expect from a pizza.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza via the website and I received a Pepperoni pizza — definitely NOT what I ordered and the delivery guy was already gone before I opened the box at home. It is so disappointing when you get the wrong pizza, especially since this is not the first time I have had this happen at this exact location.

Today I received another pizza 🍕 that I didn't order. The pepperoni was missing again, just like last time. But!!! I had to pay an extra €3.50 for the extra cheese on the crust. Can I now assume my next pizza will be free? 🫣 WHO SEES PEPPERONI ON THIS PIZZA??????

Haven't ordered anything here for years because it always went wrong. Ordered online with delivery again. The order quickly went into the oven and soon after that to the delivery person. Within 20 minutes of ordering it would be delivered ...and that on Saturday around dinner time. Of course, of course, seeing is believing. And yes, within 20 minutes hot pizzas and fries. Delicious food. Small side note, the pizzas were very poorly cut. I needed a cutting knife to still cut them into pieces.

I used to get pizza here often, but not anymore. Every order is missing something or is incorrect. Complaints by phone aren't taken seriously. The staff is definitely not customer-friendly, and the store looks like a mess with all the delivery drivers behind the counter. It could definitely use some improvement.

It was a bit disorganized, everyone was just walking around. And someone was also sent home... pizza was okay. And there was a lot of noise...

Order collected at 5:00 PM. When we returned home, it turned out that two wrong products had been given. Called right away, friendly lady on the phone who immediately had the right products made and delivered, including a nice compensation! Well solved, so it deserves 5 stars!

Have ordered here several times now. Several times it has been 1 hour or more late. When you call them they say it goes into the oven, but it then takes another half hour before it is delivered to your home. This is of course a shame if you pay 10+ euros per pizza. The pizzas are otherwise good to eat, but delivery is always difficult.

Had a very bad experience, I ordered a salami pizza and I got a cold pizza with spicy sauce thrown on top of the cheese and salami, I then called and got the manager on the phone who spoke to me very disrespectfully and then hangs up. Do not order here!

Always a long wait for pizza, the app says it will arrive at 6pm for example and it keeps adding more minutes. It took so long recently that I didn't feel like it anymore and cancelled my order, because it wasn't ready yet. I never got my money back for this and they didn't help me well, I won't order here again.

Ordered via home delivery takes 2 hours for your food to arrive

My experience at these Domino's was very disappointing last night. The pizza delivery person came 45 minutes after the order, which I don't mind because it can be busy. However, upon arrival, 1 (out of 2) pizza turned out to be missing. The delivery person apologized and said that things were not going well in the branch as he had already had this with another order. He immediately called the branch and the missing pizza would arrive as soon as possible. After another hour we called ourselves, but apparently the weather had not gone well and they had not done anything about it (yet). Finally more than 2 hours after ordering my friend finally had her pizza. It doesn't stop there: the vegetarian chicken pieces on my pizza were tough (which is quite a shame for a “pizza veggi chicken supreme”). In addition, my girlfriend developed symptoms of food poisoning a few hours after eating her pizza (caprese) and was also lying down all day today. This may be a coincidence, but she has never been that ill and after everything that has already gone wrong in this branch... In short: not recommended!

Thought I could get a pizza after work, I ended up waiting 2 hours for my pizza. No warning about the long wait time while ordering. It's fine that I have to wait, but if it has to be that long, please report it!

No pizza after 1 hour and 20 minutes. When you call it has just been made. Couldn't tell when it would come. Good luck throwing it away

Had to wait a very long time, far too few staff, very chaotic!

I order a pizza at half past four to pick it up at half past seven then they make me wait until half past eight!!!

Due to previous bad experiences with on-time delivery (never within half an hour, always an hour or more), I ordered today well in advance with an order time. Fifteen minutes later I called where it would stay, someone answered the phone, who listened to my entire story and then I got someone else on the phone and I could tell the story again. Then they say that my order is there, because there was something wrong with the bike and the person had to go back and have it repaired. Why is this not communicated? Explained that this is the third time, last time the app even said that it was delivered and that I was done with it. Then half an hour later the order arrives and the pizza looks like it has been in the oven for far too long and is rock hard. My child has to go to bed so it's just eaten, but this was the very last time for me. We have also never received compensation for the many late arrivals or pizzas that had to be remade. And the only excuse is always: it was busy. Well, if it's already too busy for you on Monday evening, it's time to do something about your working method.

These people lied to us (by telephone) that their courier had had an accident and therefore the delivery was delayed. When the pizzas were finally delivered and we expressed our condolences for the delivery person who had had the "accident", this turned out to be one big dick story. Never again!

Last Friday (February 2) I placed an order: 2 pizzas and 2 thick shakes Cookies & Cream. After we took a sip of the shake we both tasted strawberry. Then went back and was told vanilla was gone. Personally, I find it special that we are not asked whether we are okay with strawberries. We have indicated that we want your money back. I should get this back within 2-5 working days, but so far I haven't seen anything on my bank. I also find it strange that this cannot be refunded or that I was not refunded in advance. So here I am a week later, still without shakes and money.

Worthless place, you order a pizza 2 hours in advance and they still manage to put the pizza in the oven more than half an hour late.

Bijzonder dat je een ham pizza besteld, 2 extra ingrediënten toepast dat dan de ham en mozzarella automatisch verwijderd worden en je een droge pizza krijgt. Niemand die bedenkt dat er nog ham op een ham pizza moet... Levering was snel maar de pizza smaakte naar niks

De pizza's worden steeds slechter. Met recessie te maken? Bezorging top. Pizza matig. Te duur voor wat je krijgt

Kan de cassiere niet eens verstaan zo knetterhard staat de muziek daar. Eten is goed.

Geen olijven mogelijk op je pizza. Kon het niet geloven, maar heb ze gebeld en is echt zo. Dus nu moet ik toch op de fiets boodschappen doen, want er zijn grenzen.

Heerlijk eten besteld bij deze locatie, er was een klein foutje gemaakt en die heeft manager Thijs per direct super goed opgelost! Ik was erg tevreden :)

Bardzo smaczna Pizza 🍕 I kròtki czas oczekiwania

Snelle service na telefonische bestelling. Negen pizza's mee, die prima te eten waren. Best wel ruime brede winkel. Geheel in stijl van Domino's. Centraal gelegen in De Vijfhoek (Winkelcentrum) in het oosten van de stad Deventer.

Domino's... Wat je er van mag verwachten. Er zitten eten is niet heel gezellig...

Fijne pizza, 2 voor de prijs van 1!

Domino's pizza's zijn heerlijk. Wij bestellen af en toe. Iedere keer is dat weer genieten. Bestellen met een makkelijke app en dan binnen 5 minuten ophalen. Het personeel is aardig en erg vriendelijk. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. De zaak is schoon en alles ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. De pizza's smaken altijd weer super.

Pizza was goed, bezorging had wat vriendelijker gemogen

Lekker centraal, online bestellen, tijd aangeven voor afhalen. Als je er dan komt, is het ook klaar. Simpel en snel

Lekkere pizza's. Bereidingstijd was wel erg lang. Uur moeten wachten, maar weer niet of dat normaal is voor deze locatie.

Zo jammer dit . Eten precies 2 uur later gehad. Kids hadden zich op pizza verheugd Helaas van het te lang wacht zijn ze in slaap gevallen Wij geen zin in pizza meer . Gebeld en werdt doodleuk gezegd is druk . Vervolgens een kennis van me geapp die tegenover dominos woont . Was rustig . Niet eens eve de excuus gemaakt van dat het wat langer zou duren . Echt jammer . Vondt de pizza's altijd lekker.

Ongezellige eetfabriek. Pizza's zijn op zich ok, maar niet super. Voor je bestelt is zeer onduidelijk hoeveel je kwijt gaat zijn, alleen vanaf-prijzen op de borden... Voor een betere pizza, leukere sfeer en schappelijke prijzen zou ik naar Ciao gaan in de binnenstad...

Zo makkelijk en lekker.... Mijn dochtertje is er dol op.

Jammer dat ze geen Lasagne verkochten zoals veel pizzeria,s wel doen.

Wel lekker pizza's . helemaal bij hun aanbiedingen.

Goede service, je moet soms heel eventjes wachten maar dat is het zeker waard

Wat een drukte vandaag!! Maar als een team bleven ze snel en enthousiast werken en de kwaliteit van de pizza's was nog steeds geweldig.
