Bella Ice Cream & Espresso in Delfshaven

I will never come here again. I was quietly eating, an employee comes angrily and says that my girlfriend has to clean the toilet, because she got the floor a little wet. As far as I know, you can just wipe it over with a mop and it's done. then scream completely when I have something to say about it, the crepes are always too wet or too dry. As if all that wasn't enough, I didn't receive my ice cream either.

Bad thing! Arrogant staff, and if you come in when they have just opened you get tough crepes from yesterday without asking. I would have liked to wait for warm crepes but they do what suits them.

It's been a year since I was here! Today we went especially for the new trend: the Dubai crepe! Delicious!! The owner bakes the angel hair herself in butter 😋. Good atmosphere again!! Nice multi-culti. Cordial and casual!!

Unfriendly and arrogant staff, not customer oriented at all. Waited 50 minutes for the pancakes. All orders were served to the wrong table. Also no hot drinks were available. After receiving the wrong thing, there was no apology or apology and new pancakes were made in an annoyed manner.

Unbothered staff. All orders were taken incorrectly from all customers. Then my order was delivered incorrectly, and I ended up waiting 50 minutes for an order that was delivered at 9:50 PM with a fake spray can of whipped cream because the whipped cream machine had already been cleaned (so I might as well have made it at home). Then I'm rushed to eat my order because they're almost closing. I have never experienced such unfriendly/unbothered people in the ministry. Shame..

I came here for a milkshake and by golly if that wasn't the best milkshake I've ever had! The process is simple: choose 3 ice cream flavours (pistachio, chocolate, vanilla), add milk, do the machine thing and hey presto your crippling depression is gone from the face of this earth like the snows of yesteryear.

The girls who work at Bella are not really helpful. I used to like going to Bella because the ice cream is really good there. They told me that the toilet is defect but tbh I don't believe them. Because one of the girls looked at the other girl before the other girl said the toilet is defect.

This afternoon we ate two delicious crepes together with fruit and chocolate. The host is so exceptionally friendly that we leave this review for him. Highly recommended, what a warm place in the lively Delfshaven 😊

Heerlijk gegeten, op goede temperatuur. Altoch was het voor de prijs een beetje aan de dure kant, verder was het helemaal top!

There is quite a variety in the crepe and waffle menu however we just tried the ijs here. The place itself is quite cosy inside and with a plenty of seating outside which can be nice for people who love the old vibes of Historic Delfshaven. There is plenty of choice when it comes to ijs/ice-cream. I personally went for a double scoop of mango and coconut and they were both delicious and fresh! Regarding the customer service, the ladies at the counter were very approachable and I am actually surprised to read some bad reviews about the customer experience. Anyway, a nice place to grab some waffle/crepe bites and ijs.

Bella is een mooie aanwinst voor schiedamseweg! Je ka er gezellig zitten met familie en vrienden. Ze hebben heerlijke assortiment aan ijs wafels crepes etc. Overheerlijke koffie, behulzame personeel, schone omgeving.

Net buiten het historisch Delfshaven vind je deze ijssalon. Wat een fijn terras op deze levendige plek in de stad. Crêpe Nutella met aardbeien, bosbessen en banaan is een aanrader! Vriendelijke bediening!!

Prima maar er gaat altijd wel wat mis bij je bestelling. Of er mist een ingrediënt of ze doen de verkeerde op je wafel. Personeel is niet attent

ik kom er vaak langs niet zo een goeie selectie aan ijs maar je kan van elke smaak een milkshake maken what heel tof is pannekoek crepes en waffels zijn top tier service is ook heel goed gratis wifi en leuke music

Alle smaken ijs kun je ook als milkshake krijgen, iets wat je eigenlijk niet zo vaak ziet. Als je zin hebt in zoetigheid zit je hier wel goed. Ook aardig personeel.

Geweldig, klantvriendelijk, de caissière wist precies mijn bestelling en geen medische discriminatie.

Een kop thee voor €1,50, waar vind je het nog? Bij Bella! Hetzelfde geldt voor de koffietjes, crêpes, wafels en al het andere lekkers wat ze hier verkopen. De bediening was daarnaast ook vriendelijk. Het enige minpuntje is dat onze crepe niet vers van de plaat kwam, maar al eerder bereid was. Verder was deze wel vers en rijkelijk belegd.

Sirve un gran helado italiano y un buen espresso. Público muy variado que hace que el lugar sea un gran lugar de reunión.
