Gie Gelato in Noord

A well-kept secret among locals... so... they really do have the best ice cream in Rotterdam here 😋

Delicious ice creams and they have a varied assortment. There is air conditioning inside. You can also sit outside

I understand that you have to make a turnover and profit, but you really do get a mini scoop of ice cream. In addition, it is a joke that there is a surcharge for some types of ice cream and it is absolutely hilarious that money is asked to taste. Too focused on making money, too bad. The staff was not necessarily unfriendly, but could not handle the stress of the crowds. This resulted in some grumpy comments.

Had a spontaneous craving for ice cream: nice shop, delicious ice cream, lots of choice in flavors and very friendly staff ✅

High-quality ice cream for a reasonable price (although one scoop is not very big). If it is windy outside, it's better to stay inside and eat because the ice cream melts quickly (learned this the hard way)

Ice cold buns for a nice price 😁

A super nice ice cream parlor like this is desperately needed.

It's a shame that you let disinterested and rude staff sell delicious ice cream. Getting ice cream should be an experience for children. But they don't care about that here. We've been here twice now and both times it was a disappointment. Too bad.

Great business!! Delicious ice cream, very nice friendly people!!! Top!!!! 👍👌

Always tasty, a real Italian ice cream from Gie Gelato! The dark chocolate is to die for. You can sit outside under the awning and people watch while enjoying your ice cream.

It is a really good place in the neighborhood if you want to have a tasty ice-cream. On sunny hot days there might be a little bit of a long line to wait, but Lemon flavoured ice cream and other options are worth it

Best variety of lactose free ice cream in town! Decent size ice cream bolletje for the price. My favorite is the chocolate and orange combination. As a lactose intolerant person I am happy with the varieties this place have yo offer.

Too much sugar in ice cream... If you like fluorescent ice cream colors, this is a good place

Delicious ice cream.. neat.. child-friendly.

Very nice staff and always good ice cream. The ice cream types sometimes vary, very nice! If I recommend one to you, it would be the blood orange :)

Delicious! 2 minutes before closing we were welcomed with a very friendly smile. And the ice cream was delicious!!! Next time we'll be on time!

Wonderful neighborhood ice cream shop. Delicious ice cream, great price. Now also a slightly larger terrace, and now also sorbet. Let that summer come!

Delicious artisanal ice cream, simply great👍 or the best ice cream in Rotterdam

Tastiest ice cream from the nicest people from Rotterdam

Nice cafe, large selection of ice cream. Tasty!

Friendly staff, tasty ice cream!

Best ice cream in Rotterdam, they know how to make ice cream very well

Great ice cream, very kind personnel

The best ice-cream parlour in the Noord!

Gewoon goed, niks bijzonders maar gewoon lekker no nonsense ijs!

Veruit het lekkerste ijs van Rotterdam! En een van de weinige plekken waar je nog plezier en een glimlach geholpen wordt.

Super lekker ijs! Vanille is zeker een aanrader.

Beste ijsplek in Rotterdam :D Goed ijs + vriendelijk personeel!

Leuke ijssalon met enthousiaste bediening, lekker ijs en nog heel betaalbaar ook. Ik wou dat ze bij mij om de hoek zaten.

Great ice cream, if you can actually end up getting in on a hot day (queues can be looooong)

Prima ijs, met voldoende smaken om uit te kiezen. Vriendelijk personeel en een nette zaak.

Heerlijk ijs. Het personeel is wel een beetje bot.

Very good ice cream. These days a bit hidden under scaffoldings. Would be nice if they had a few chairs to sit. They have some ice creams to go, in small pots. You may have to queue in the busy hours. Unfortunately no list with tastes outside, so people take their time to choose once they are inside. But you get rewarded when you get your ice cream.

Goed lekker ijs, echt heerlijk! Ik beveel dit aan!

Heerlijk ... en leuke mensen ...

Heerlijk ijs, vriendelijke service.

Best ice-cream in town! Special mentions to crème brûlée ice cream and yoghurt-limoncello

Great ice cream and very nice staff
