Ordered food yesterday and it was fine, just top compliments for the crispy chicken legs, incredibly tasty!!

Ordered two pizzas and asked if they would be delivered at 7:00 PM. They arrived before 6:30...? Not convenient! The pizza was missing some ingredients and was quite salty. Such a shame.

Had a lovely meal with my friend and mother-in-law, who were visiting here in the Netherlands. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was very good and reasonably priced. We arrived a bit late, around 8:30 PM on a Saturday, but we were the only ones there. I hope more people will come! The pizza was huge and well-filled (I had the quattro stagioni). My friend and mother-in-law both had pasta, which was also well-equipped with sauces, etc., the Neri and the Tartufo, respectively.

Delivery: Tortellini Sognara and Spaghetti Carbonara; truly soooo delicious!!! Large portions and wonderful flavor; highly recommended!

Decided to try out this place. First thing I saw was the waitress sitting on her phone. Then she asked if we were from social deal? I came here to eat. Not get a discount. Ordered the margherita pizza with rucula which was nice. Pizza was missing cheese on the ends. So I finished eating halfway and decided to bring it home as I was full after eating the pizza. Then added more cheese on my next meal. Waitress was on her phone on the job. Although they did check in if we were okay which was nice. The sign on the window says American Italian. Makes sense about the food. I am genuinely giving constructive feedback to help you improve and hopefully do something with it. You’re welcome 🙂

Nice restaurant with good food and reasonably priced. Our clothes smelled a bit like food. When we entered there was a bit of a smoke smell in the restaurant. Perhaps the extraction in the kitchen needs some improvement. Have a nice evening!

I'm afraid the name isn't the only thing wrong with this case. The combination of service and self-service is wonderful (the employee remains awkwardly standing with drinks on his tray next to the table until we take them from it ourselves, then puts the empty tray on our table and walks away). Clearly new/inexperienced, but training/guidance seems to be lacking. The starters were served after the main courses (?), after a waiting period that would not be out of place in a mental health care facility. The disconnected and apparently brand new slot machines in the hallway to the bathroom do indeed make this place feel "American-Italian". The food: it could be worse, but not by much. Fat. Plus points: the children have been taken into account with a play corner. People were also friendly, everything was well organized and real plants were used. For which an extra star.

Ate here yesterday with a friend. Apart from a children's birthday, only a few tables were occupied. Bresaola and Italian cheese board were tasty. Main course could take a while. They first came with what our neighbors had ordered at our table who were still eating their starter. They told them that they will make new ones soon. They didn't say anything to us about our food and walked away. Wait again. Pizza was ok. The thin slice of the Bacon Boss Burger made of 200g of meat seemed no bigger than a quarter pounder from the mac, and apart from half a tomato (in 1 part, a bit strange on a sandwich) there was nothing Boss about it at all. Major setback. I picked up a few pieces of pizza from a friend. Never had such a small burger as a main course, and it's on the menu for over 20 euros. Wasn't the cook having his day? For dessert both tiramisu. That was tasty. Made by one of the ladies at the counter, we understood.

Ordered here tonight via home delivery, had pasta and a pizza and some sandwiches with herb butter, really delicious 👌🏻 I received extra sandwiches myself, very sweet, thank you!! will definitely order more often! Oh yes, I almost forgot about the tiramisu, but it was delicious, so I can't order a whole bowl or something?😂

Atmosphereless “Italian” with food mainly based on oil. Young waitress did her best and ran the entire store alone. She was not really aware of the unwritten catering rules and clearly had little experience. There was an atmosphere as if someone had died. That may have been because the interior looked a lot like a funeral home. We won't be coming back here again.

Heerlijk pizza en mocced grill gegeten, vriendelijk personeel, tiramisu was ook erg lekker, alleen vind ik het restaurant van binnen niet heel sfeervol, muren zitten wel haakjes, maar hangt niets aan, lampjes zonder kapjes, beetje aankleding zou het nog beter doen denk ik, maar wel echt heerlijk gegeten

Food was delicious and delivered quickly! It's just a shame that not all the ingredients that were in/on the salad and pizza are included in the description on the website. For example, there are nuts and figs in the chicken salad, but this is not stated. Same as the pizza pollo, for example, it contains paprika, although this is not mentioned. So the only point of criticism is please provide a more detailed description of the dishes.

Gisteren voor het eerst besteld bij deze pizzeria en de pizza's Calzone en Gorgonzola laten bezorgen. Zelden zulke lekkere pizza's geproefd! Uitstekende korst, lekker knapperig en heel goed gevuld. De saus bij de Calzone was verrukkelijk en alles bij elkaar zeker de 45 minuten wachten waard. Het was bloedheet buiten, dus respect voor de pizzabakker en de bezorger. We bestellen zeker weer, hebben het nu ontdekt!

Okay, so I ordered food here yesterday... and I just have to leave a review. Because seriously, I don't recommend this to anyone. Why? Because then I have more for myself (mwuahahaha). But honestly, it was really delicious. The delivery person was super polite, the food was still warm, and it was filling! The piadina I had was huge. Maybe not even a piadina, but rather a wrap. But the strange thing is that I actually expected that... And that pasta? That was just plain cool. In short: try it yourself. Oh, and if you're happy with this review: I'm always open to free food, especially when it's so tasty ;) (my contact details are in the order from Roos' order yesterday)

Delicious 3 course menu and friendly service

Food was tasty! The bruschetta, cannelloni and desserts were to die for! The pizza was a bit less. Sweet service and passionate owner. In terms of atmosphere, it could be better because the walls are very empty and the furnishings are simple.

Had dinner here tonight with my wife and son. I had the canelloni, in one word amazing. My wife really enjoyed the satay and my son also really enjoyed the pesto pasta. We will definitely come back with a new customer.👏👍

Nice social deal Food was beyond expectations. We start with a cheese board with some ham/grilled vegetables and melanzane parmiggiane. Then pasta Tartufo and black spaghetti with shrimps. Both good portions, nice sauce and tasty. I had too many shrimps so my wife was allowed to fish out a few. Unfortunately, Tiramisu was gone. Well, Dame Blache and cheesecake. Both two glasses of wine for €5.50 - €6.50 Friendly and fast service, it was not very busy with 14 people at the tables. Points of improvement? Hang something nice on the wall, even if it is fake pots and bunches of grapes. Lots of Julio Iglesias, a little more Italian is welcome. Also a lot of space in the front. Thicken it up a bit with some decorations, planters or the like between the payment/collection section and the restaurant. Three course Social deal €21 pp with a single supplement. No money for what was offered. Still 5 points because of the sublime price-quality ratio.

Allereerst het eten was goed! De bediening was vriendelijk en snel. Echter miste we wat meer aankleding zodat de ambiance een stuk gezelliger zou zijn.

The salad beforehand was tasty, but a bit pricey for what was on the table. The seafood pasta was delicious. I'll come back for this. The pizza was decent. For dessert we had cheesecake. You get a large portion and it was very tasty.

Ordered a pizza via home delivery. Unfortunately the pizza was delayed and arrived cold because the delivery person called me and said he was at my door, unfortunately he was not at my door when I opened the door. Communication with the delivery person was not possible because he did not speak Dutch well and due to the language barrier it was impossible to explain where he should be. When the delivery person called for the second time, he was not yet at my door. Not recommended to order here. They could not be reached by telephone and finally filed a complaint via home delivery. Bella Lavita is not prepared to solve problems.

Via socialdeal een 3 gangen menu. Kaasplankje als voorgerecht en pizza als hoofdgerecht. Waren beide prima op smaak en meer dan voldoende. Zeker de grote pizza was erg lekker. Als nagerecht een dame blanche omdat de tiramisu op was. Het waren allemaal ruime porties. Wat jammer was de ambiance, Spaanse muziek? En de bediening. De lauwe fles witte wijn werd samen met de glazen op tafel gezet en verder niets. Niet ingeschonken of iets. Ook jammer dat er geen wijnkoeler was, hierdoor warme de behoorlijk aan de prijs zijnde fles wijn op. Bediening leek wat onervaren.

Delicious food. Even though it wasn't really busy, it took a while before the next course came through. From 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM for 3 courses.

All starters straight from a packet, but taste was good. It's only tastier if I get a pack of Italian meats from the supermarket. My Agnus beef carpaccio looked like it was made by a child. Added a few nuts from a bag, very unfortunate. Outrageously bad burger. A tasteless burger with bacon, the bacon was a pack of uncooked bacon cubes spread on a bun, very salty and dirty (the bad thing is that I see photos of burgers with real slices of bacon). With two cheap slices of unmelted cheddar. No tomato chutney, no truffle mayonnaise, but some kind of salty cheese sauce? The whole thing just tasted like salt. Really lovelessly cobbled together. On an old soft bun. Worst burger I may have ever eaten. Brown dirty old double fried fries. The pork tenderloin was watery and tasteless. The sauce tasted like nothing My nephews cook better, I just find this insulting. The waiting times were also long. The atmosphere is not special. The service does its best. Tiramisu and ice cream were popular. Tiramisu was the only thing that seemed to be freshly made (the day before or in the morning). Something was honestly said about it, but no response was received. She had only worked there for three days. It just made me a little sad and now I have a headache from the salt.

Ordered online I first wrote a different review, But after eating the cold starter I was amazed im going to order more cold starters from now on. And if you want to replace a pizza with a cold starter I put the cokd starter on a leftover Naan (bread) and it was a great combination

The appearance of the restaurant, especially from the outside, is not what you expect. The service makes up for it all, super friendly and pleasant. The food was just okay. Excellent price-quality ratio.

The food was absolutely amazing, I am IMPRESSED. I didn't expect to get a real italian pizza, the tomato sauce was delicious, it was so good. We also ordered a burger, which was really big, chilli kaas snack was really nice and fries were perfectly okay. I totally recommend. The poor driver couldn't find our house because we live in neighborhood of many companies only, and he was searching for our house, but he was very kind and the food still was hot.

Starter and main course delicious and richly filled. Dessert was a bit disappointing. At many restaurants this is not special and that was the case here. Staff were friendly and there was a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Ordered a fish dish but the salmon was unpalatable. Very very old! Very unfortunate... otherwise it's okay, but if you make a dish you have to have it freshly delivered and decorated for 25 euros. Too bad you don't really do that with decoration. Of course, that's what it deserves for that price, and especially for 25 euros for a single dish, it should all be fresh. Unfortunately a dissatisfied customer.

Ate here recently. You had to wait a very long time for the food. Starters were fine. Pizzas all very tasty too. The chicken burger was also well received. In itself it is not a problem that the owner's (?) small child is present in the business, but at one point I thought "shouldn't he just go to bed?" So far, but I find the person who has the entertainment service playing children's videos on a tablet at full volume more than disturbing in a restaurant! That just can not be! It was also true that the pin was "broken", but I read that payment has been made with a QR code for months. That's a bit strange. Overall, it was a nice meal, but I don't know if I will return here again.

We had to wait almost 1 hour until the starter was finally served. Bottles of drinks were cleared late. Service pays little attention, but is friendly. It was 2 hours later before the main course was served. The food also tastes good.

Tasty and a lot on your plate, very good service

Ate pizza here with my partner during a few days in Zeist. Was good to eat. Wine and beer absurdly expensive. So just stay on the water and stay fresh. Debit card payment was not possible. Had to use a QR code. Still paid in cash. Good for takeaway but certainly not for eating out anymore.

We sat down at a table so greasy it made your sleeves stick. Respect for the people that they work so hard, that they even take a baby in a stroller into the kitchen while working. But if you don't have staff, don't fill the restaurant. I am not going to pay the full price (price-quality was very disappointing) for poor service and waiting for hours for food and not being helped... in the end I paid for the starter and the cups of coffee that we had taken at the beginning, because longer than Waiting for hours is too much! Starter was pricey and very cheap and poor quality.

Order via home delivery: Took an insalate pollo. But it was so delicious. Will definitely order that again... Great...

Very friendly and helpful (we only speak German and English) The pizza was very tasty, well topped and with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended. We got a table even without a reservation.

Quality of the food was exceptionally good; You won't find a better carpaccio anywhere, so tender you didn't need a knife. Staff were also very friendly and warm, there was a very nice welcoming atmosphere.

Nowadays I have spare ribs delivered here. Always great spareribs, just as if they had taken over the old chef from Kepas. Spareribs fall off the bone and are well marinated. Side dishes (hot wing and chicken strips) were super tasty and tender. great tent!

After some good pizza deliveries we decided to eat at the actual restaurant. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Service was very slow and the owners were looking after their baby while running the restaurant. I hope at least the baby was fed when we weren't. When the food finally came it was disappointing. Our starters were poor versions of the real dishes. Our pizzas were covered in oil which ended up on my son's clothes. Although the restaurant says it accepts credit cards, when I wanted to pay the bill with mine they said their machine had run out of paper and we'd have to pay cash. Luckily for me I had enough cash on me or I'd have been escorted to the nearest ATM by one of their delivery drivers. My wife then found a review by a previous diner who was sick after eating there. So far this hasn't happened to me but it is a concern.

Had a delicious pizza with a friend at Bella Lavita. Friend said this was the best pizza she had ever eaten! Friendly staff with humor, responded flexibly to ingredient customization requests. I had a pizza with shrimp, spinach and salmon. Delicious! Good promotion thanks to the Fork, but in retrospect the pizza was more than worth the regular amount!

Remarkably quiet for a Saturday. Surprised by friendly service and with the mixed grill a lot of meat, even more than was on the menu and a beautiful presentation. The meat of the sparerib almost fell off the bone by itself. Special beer on tap for a normal beer price. Together with pasta salmone and of course the Tiramisu, everything was very tasty. These entrepreneurs deserve kudos.

Delicious food while enjoying delicious 'golden oldies'.

We have ordered here 3 times now and all 3 times it was really delicious! Comparatively, they are slightly more expensive than most home delivery options, but it is really worth it. All the things we ordered were the tastiest in terms of home delivery that we have ever had anywhere. The fries are crispy, the chicken snacks are tender, well-flavored and crunchy, the pasta is velvety soft and just right in terms of doneness. Really, if you still have doubts, don't do it! We have a new favorite.

Lots of good food for the price

We wanted to order a pizza, and saw that the first delivery time was at 8:00 PM (it was 7:15 PM). That's possible, quite normal times. We actually wanted it sooner, so we chose the “asap” option. The ordering time would logically be around 8:00 PM or even a little earlier. It was 8:33 PM (we saw this on the track and trace). We decided to call the business and ask if delivery could still be made at 8:00 PM. But there was no answer 3 times?! A bit strange. The food was tasty, but not necessarily worth the wait.

Have the food delivered to your home as well as in the restaurant, both simply TOP! We had dinner here last time with 15 people and everything was well organised! Very friendly people who have a heart and passion for the business and the food!! Keep it up Bella Lavita! See you soon!
