We feel at home here...we have been coming here for years...

This restaurant absolutely cannot call itself a Spanish tapas restaurant; the food is anything but Spanish. It's bland and dry, and you can immediately taste the freshness. The chef should start a spareribs restaurant because that was the only tasty and tender food (which, by the way, has nothing to do with Spain). The waitresses are nice, hardworking women. They do take allergies into account.

I'd asked for a quiet table...only to be told after we arrived that they couldn't offer one on Saturday evening. I would have preferred to have known this beforehand, not just at the time.

It was a shame that our bowls were collected while there was still food in them.

An undercooked tortilla, for which 10% was deducted despite returning it to the kitchen, and albóndigas that were double-charged, which I unfortunately only discovered afterward. The service was subpar this time, and we've decided not to return to avoid disappointment in the future.

I'm writing this with the best intentions. The location has a great atmosphere and a very pleasant feel. Unfortunately, the food and service were somewhat inconsistent. The chicken skewers were on the dry side, and the soup was quite salty and overly reduced. Furthermore, two different staff members asked us if we were familiar with the concept. Drinks took a long time to arrive, and we had to ask for some items again because they were forgotten. The staff were friendly and clearly trying their best. All in all, it's a shame, because the location and staff are very nice and definitely have potential.

We ate here with a group of nine people. We paid €50 per person, which is fine, but the tapas concept was disappointing. If you order the same tapa three times for three different people, you get one small portion that you all have to share. This should be communicated more clearly, especially at this price. Furthermore, the service was very slow. With such a large group, we had to wait an extremely long time for our food. When we raised this issue, we received an unclear and unprofessional response from a very young employee (maybe 16), who said we "might get food later." This didn't sit well with us. We also requested a high chair, but only received a separate IKEA seat without legs, which isn't very practical or safe. All in all, a disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the size of the group. It's a shame, because the concept has potential, but the service and communication could definitely be improved.

We have very different eaters, and it's a shame that, for example, if you're dining with five people, you can't order a hamburger for two and a soup for two others. You can select dishes individually, but then you have a total of six different ones. I thought that was very childish.

Two of us enjoyed unlimited tapas here. We were warmly welcomed, but it took quite a while before we were even asked for a drink. Ordering is done the old-school way, with a note and pen, but they are collected promptly. The food isn't delivered exactly quickly, but it is tasty and hot. The restaurant is located in the center of Zeist, and parking is available at the restaurant.

All-you-can-eat deal. For 2 people. 5 dishes total per order, not per person. Sometimes the dishes arrived one after the other with a short break in between, other times (a long wait) everything arrived at once. Tables were a bit close together. The food tasted very good.

We booked through Socialdeal. The deal was well-organized: unlimited tapas with a drink for a good price. The explanation was a bit vague/unclear. You ordered tapas per table, but in the end, you only got one of everything, so there wasn't much to share. The staff did their best to provide the best possible service. We stayed two nights at the Figi Hotel. We looked for a good restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed everything!

Visited on Friday evening. The food is delicious; in all the years we've been going, the quality has remained virtually unchanged. We stayed for two hours, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and had four courses of tapas from the all-you-can-eat menu. The time between courses was too long; I think it could have been a bit more relaxed. Thinking two hours of dining was plenty, we paid to park our car in the parking garage until 8:00 PM. The last course arrived 5 minutes before 8:00 PM, so unfortunately, there was no time for coffee, etc.

Every time we come here it's fun. The service is quick, spontaneous, but relaxed. The tapas are delicious.

Had a great experience. Food was delicious as well as the welcoming cocktail drink! Service was good too as I didn't wait long to get the next round of dishes considering on the night I visited, the place was about 80% full. Definitely a true Spanish tapas experience away from Spain :)

We had a delicious meal, and the girls were so friendly! The service was excellent, and the tables were spotlessly clean. No sticking. 😉 Definitely appreciated. They also took my allergies (gluten-free) into account! We weren't as impressed with the appetizers; it felt like everything was pre-made, but so far, it tasted great! We had a lovely evening. We'd booked properly... Unfortunately, upon arrival, there was absolutely no table available for us except at a high table with bar stools, which was physically impossible for the person with us. So, we came from Apeldoorn for nothing, and we didn't even get a proper excuse or apology... Too bad, never again.

The food was delicious, the service was sometimes chaotic, but very friendly. The only thing I found really annoying was that the staff were walking around with buckets of soapy water to clean up, even though there were still quite a few guests inside. It made me feel like we had to hurry up and leave.

Once, but never again! The food was absolutely awful; the spices were all too overpowering, like lemon, which doesn't belong in the dish at all! The chicken drumsticks were so overloaded with garlic that they hit your eyes. The young woman who is the manager, at least, acts very condescending and incredibly rude to the rest of the staff. She barks at people in the restaurant, so that guests can hear her. A phone call with a dissatisfied customer is even held in the restaurant, so that other guests can hear her. Notes are taken from other tables, saying that those people are ordering too much at a time. It's a complete disgrace; I will definitely not recommend this to anyone!

We went for a bite to eat, but the food was minimal... too much Citroën, too much garlic. I also found the selection rather meager. You have to pay an extra €2.50 for the grande dessert, but it's even smaller than a regular dessert. Not to mention the staff, what a wimp... a young girl who bosses everyone else around (I think the same age). A young team, no big deal; but how do you address each other in the workplace??? No way, we won't be going back again, it's a waste of €50.

What a shame. The food was delivered far too late, was cold, and the bread tasted really old. The order was incomplete. The food tasted bland. The lady on the phone said the bread wasn't old. Strange, because she didn't taste it. We received the cold cheese fondue later, and also the food that hadn't been delivered. But by then, we were already losing our appetite and trust.

I ordered through Thuiszorg and for a single meal, it was really not enough food. Two very small chicken skewers, two mini shrimp croquettes, a salad, two torn pieces of bread with dips, and a large container of potato slices. That also seems like the cheapest option for adding a lot of food. I think that's a shame. I also didn't think it was the quality you'd expect. The salad was already brown, and the churros had to be delivered because they were forgotten. I called first just about the churros and then again about the quality, after which the churros were delivered, and a little later, a new salad. The guy on the phone did his best, which was nice. But this second salad didn't look very fresh either. After waiting so long, I was really looking forward to some delicious tapas, but I was disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again.

Delicious tapas, though there was a bit of a wait, and the atmosphere inside is more like that of a traditional brown café with a large open space than a restaurant. This also makes it quite noisy, and if you're looking for a more intimate atmosphere, it might not be the best choice. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

Gluten allergy taken into account.

We received this gift from our grandson and his mother as a thank you for babysitting. The atmosphere at our place was excellent. The quality of the dishes wasn't bad. We opted for the set menu, which included drinks. The house wine that came with it is a run-of-the-mill, which is far too expensive for what you get. The service is friendly but lacks clarity. In two of the four rounds, there were three mistakes. Ordered dishes didn't arrive, and unordered dishes were brought to the table. They did correct it, but with four adults and a three-year-old, so many mistakes is a shame. We'll pass on the dinner we were considering with a group of 13; I don't have any confidence in that if it doesn't go well with just four. Such a shame.

Gisteravond hier gegeten op het terras. De bediening is vriendelijk en netjes en leggen de concepten van het eten goed uit. Eten wordt snel geleverd. Prima plek om te zitten. Het eten daarentegen is matig, bevat vooral de smaak van de saus. Het lijkt in sommige gevallen ook uit blik of standaard verpakking te komen.

We recently dined here and opted for the all-you-can-eat concept. We've eaten at tapas restaurants before, and upon entering, we were surprised by the ambiance. It resembles a traditional Dutch café with a few tables. A cozy atmosphere. We were served promptly by the staff. You choose a total of five dishes per round and manually fill them in on a list. The dishes were prepared quickly, and we didn't have to wait long between orders. The tapas menu is quite diverse, with something for everyone: vegetarian, fish, and meat. However, I didn't find everything equally delicious. I felt like many of the dishes had been prepared earlier and were simply reheated. It didn't taste very fresh. That was the only downside, but that's what you come for.

Very tasty best restaurant in Zeist.

The Spanish dishes are unfortunately very Dutchified. Patatas bravas are just fried potatoes with whiskey sauce. Location, outside seating and decoration good.

With the warm weather we found a great spot outside. Reservations were not necessary, but it was still quite busy this Wednesday. You can eat here as much as you want for a good price. You can order dishes per 5 and they are meant for 2 people in terms of size. Or of course more yourself 😉 There was a good amount of time between ordering and being served the dishes. It all tasted very good. Dessert was also great and a large portion. Let me just say that that was also possible. We will come here again.

Delicious food for a nice price

Enjoyed the unlimited tapas on the terrace. Delicious flavors, tapas arrived warm at the table and the service was mega service oriented. Recommended!

Na ruim een uur nog geen eten. Tussendoor 1x ander eten gebracht, maar dat hadden we niet besteld... Dat werd ter plaatse in de afvalbak gegooid. 3x aan de serveersters gevraagd waar ons eten bleef. Tussendoor vroegen ze nog wel of alles naar wens was, maar we hadden nog niks gehad! Na vijf kwartier de drankjes betaald en zonder eten vertrokken. Een ander stel was ook niet tevreden en die zijn zonder betalen vertrokken. Pizzeria Luigi zit 200 meter verderop. Daar waren de pizza’s snel klaar en die waren erg lekker.

Unfortunately everything went wrong at our table, food that we had not ordered, but still ate because we think it is a shame that it is thrown away. We did not get plates, no cutlery, we had to ask for it. Everything was neatly resolved and we still enjoyed our surprise menu 😂

This food is an insult to Spanish food and tapas. It is extremely overpriced for the amount of what you’re getting. Overall taste is okay but you feel ripped off after seeing the small portions and prices. We didn’t try the all you can eat but it’s 45 per person roughly.

Unlimited tapas where you can order 5 dishes per person at a time. Dessert unfortunately not included. This works with a form that you have to fill in the old-fashioned way with a pen. But this works quickly at Tapa Tapa because the staff is alert and helpful. The forms are quickly collected and then the dishes are quickly on the table. The chef must be Spanish because the flavors are very good! The quality of the products is high. What a difference with other unlimited restaurants! The squid rings are so fresh and delicious you have to try them. Dishes are on the table at the same time and are all at the right temperature. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the music fits the Spanish atmosphere and again compliments to the staff. The portion size of the dessert (the churros) is much larger than the rest of the dishes. Strange choice to let that go so out of proportion. No 5 stars because the chairs become uncomfortable after a while. And dessert is not included in the package. If you are in Zeist, definitely visit this restaurant!

Used the catering service for a party for 30 people with many people with allergies. So we had quite a few different requests that had to be taken into account. They did this fantastically. It was seriously good! Everything. Even the people with the most troublesome allergies were very happy and satisfied with how much choice there was for them. The service beforehand, the thinking along, the food, the clarity of which food contains which ingredients, the decoration and the service afterwards. Really very nice! The atmosphere and service were excellent, but the food was very disappointing. A lot of ready-made food (including shrimp croquettes, chorizo ​​croquettes and fried mussels). It was not home made and also fried for too long. As a result, it had little and an unrecognizable taste. The mushrooms in Sherry were broom salt. These were also no longer recognizable as mushrooms. The meatballs in tomato sauce were very soggy and strangely seasoned. All in all it was very disappointing. We had dinner here with a Social Deal offer and therefore the costs were not too bad. But it really wasn't worth the full price.

Ordered delicious tapa tapa for 14 friends for my 40th birthday! Perfect gift to myself because I am completely unburdened... Nice, easy website, clear and personal information, delicious dishes right on time, including crockery and pick-up service the next day! Highly recommended!

We made a reservation at Tapa Tapa via Sociaal Deal. The menu was not surprising and the price was even €5 more than the food at La Cubanita. Moreover, the prices of drinks are sky high. This does not affect the enormous hospitality and friendliness of the employees. That makes up for a lot.

Nice meal. But the lady serving told us at the beginning that 1 dessert per person was included in the deal. So we ordered 2 desserts. We still had to pay for it. I think that's a shame, we indicated that we were told differently.

Het eten is heerlijk. Echter ging er voor ons een hoop mis in de keuken. De rondes duurden erg lang (1 uur per ronde) en de bestellingen van de derde ronde zijn nooit aan de tafel geleverd (wel aan de tafel ernaast). Na meerdere keren navraag gedaan te hebben werd dit nog steeds niet opgelost. We hebben 3 uur gezeten voor in totaal 3 rondes aan eten met maximaal 5 tapasgerechtjes per ronde. Dit is een schril contrast ten opzichte van vroeger. We hebben wel wat compensatie op de bon gekregen, maar dat maakte de beleving zelf niet beter. De dame van de bediening kwam erg overprikkeld en vermoeid (wel erg vriendelijk) over. Het excuus van: we zitten in een overgangsfase qua kaart vind ik geen excuus voor het feit dat je zo lang moet wachten op je eten. Als kers op de taart viel het dessert bij onze zoon niet goed en kwam er een paar uur later weer uit. Korte samenvatting: We vonden het eten heerlijk, maar de bediening en de fouten in de keuken zijn voor ons de reden om voorlopig niet meer terug te keren.

Cozy no-nonsense tapas restaurant where we eat regularly. Tasty dishes and very friendly staff.

Laatst met wat vrienden gaan eten. Leuk concept waar je met de tafelgenoten de tapas deelt. Sangria en Cocktails waren lekker. We werden goed geholpen door het jonge maar zeer enthousiaste personeel. Prijzen zijn aangenaam en hebben genoten. We komen snel weer terug er staat nog genoeg op de kaart wat we niet hebben geprobeerd.

Lots of choice from all kinds of small snacks, all freshly prepared and very varied, and very tasty. Pleasant and fast service, brown pub atmosphere, friendly atmosphere and parking 100 meters away, I will definitely come back again.

This is one of the nicest restaurants in Zeist. Free atmosphere, good food and a wide choice of dishes makes it an ideal option for groups and duos. There is something for everyone to enjoy, so spending the evening here is no problem at all!

Still posting a review because I don't agree with the negative reviews. After several years, we went to Tapa Tapa in Zeist again last weekend and it was just as good as the previous times we were here. Nice atmosphere, a bit noisy but that's nice, excellent friendly service and the food was also very good. Because it was busy we sometimes had to wait a little longer for a dish, but they were not difficult about other things. So it was completely fine and I had a very pleasant evening. Still highly recommended in my opinion!

The restaurant was unknown to us. We had a delicious meal. The service was also really great. Highly recommended. The desserts were delicious. We will definitely come back again. Very nice, quiet accommodation, plenty of choice and pleasant service. The portions are larger À la carte than at all you can eat. Recommended for dessert is the Carajillo.

Portion size cannot be estimated. Here you get dishes for the number of people at the table, not one person as usual. There were 4 of us, so dishes for 4 people. One bowl was overflowing, so you actually found yourself eating against your will because it was too much. The other dish was minimal. Not everything was prepared well. Tough shrimp in garlic, tasteless greasy croquettes. Friendly but VERY insecure service, the person who explained how it worked for them was so nervous that he could not get his words out. Wij gingen erheen om Te Eten. Het eerste drankje was gratis. Het champignonhapje, de soep, eigenlijk ALLES was erg zout. Ik vroeg om een glaasje water. uit de kraan? Ja! Mijn vriendin had al gezegd: hier gaan ze geld voor rekenen. Later heb ik warm zittend bij het toilet nog een glaasje van dat nectar ingeschonken Mijn vriendin betaalde en verdomd er werd geld gerekend voor het kraanwater. Ik wist niet wat ik meemaakte: qua eten, het was allemaal MADURODAMwerk. Spaanse tapas zijn een tikje beter. Mij zien ze niet meer. Je houdt er een te hoge bloeddruk aan over. Zuinig met kraanwater en kwistig met zout! Een pact met de huisdokter?
