Great food, nothing special, but we made a reservation through the social deals so for the money we can't complain about that. And yet I do that now. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Sometimes asked every 5 minutes if we wanted anything to drink. And sometimes we had to wait another hour. The dishes arrived at a particularly slow pace. When I asked after 2 hours (3 dishes later) if the pace could be increased slightly, I was told that it was currently very busy. At first I thought this was a joke because the entire terrace was almost empty. But no, they were dead serious. If you eat here, make sure your agenda is clear and be patient.

A nice location, friendly staff and good food that is unfortunately insignificant due to a failed concept. The dishes tasted like more, but the appetite disappeared due to the long downtime between the dishes. A quick summary of the waiting times: * Arrival: 6:30 PM * Drinks: 6.45pm * Round 1: 7.25pm * Round 2: 7.45pm * Round 3: 8:05 PM * Round 4: 8:25 p.m * Round 5: 8:45 p.m * Round 6: 9:20 PM We had to order all dishes at once and we were told that all dishes would be mixed up. “Great!” we thought. However, when the dishes finally arrived on the table after the long wait, we noticed that they came in exactly the same order as we ordered and that they only brought 2 dishes at a time. The concept should be a kind of 'tapas', but the restaurant cannot achieve this in terms of time between dishes. After being in the restaurant for more than 3 hours, we had lost our fun. Not recommended and I certainly wouldn't come back here.

After reading the bad reviews, I was a bit hesitant about going to this restaurant, but that was quickly corrected. We were served all evening by a very nice and spontaneous man! The preparation of the food was beautiful, even though the food could use a little more spice here and there, but nothing that the salt/pepper mill couldn't fix... we had to wait a maximum of 15 minutes between each round and we were on a fairly busy Sunday. evening gone! The spareribs were very greasy, when told to the waiter they were immediately resolved and offered something new! The atmosphere was good and the service exuberant!

We went here for an all you can eat meal on a Sunday evening at 5pm. Upon arrival it was announced that the tenderloin & cheese fondue was finished. The beer on tap was also not possible (probably because the staff are all under 18?). We sometimes waited 40-60 minutes for the next dish. After sitting for 2 hours we had only finished 2 dishes. After 1 hour 40 minutes we had not yet had a second dish, we thought we would order the next course, but that was not allowed. It was fine to eat but not worth the wait. The steak was tough, seemed like supermarket quality, and also contained tendons. The nigiri as seen in the photo is simply way too much rice and too thick a slice of salmon. There was something to complain about every dish haha. There was also a huge sewer smell, which came from the toilet. Such a smell while eating is not really pleasant. There was also no hand soap, no hand towels or dryers in the toilet. The staff was friendly, perhaps a nice place to just have a drink and a pastry. But for all you can eat I wouldn't come back. Certainly not for the price of €38.9 on the weekend + soft drinks of €3.40…

We had breakfast at Bells, it was all reasonable. I had three small things that I reported to the man who helped us, 1; sausages for the English breakfast that were very salty! 2; the knives are so dull we couldn't cut the toast with them. 3; Our dish was missing a smoothie, which was not even deducted from our bill, and it was €49. Should I recommend Bells to people, I don't think so.

Had a really good evening here! The service is super sweet and hospitable, we didn't have to wait long for food, the atmosphere and decor were cozy and the cocktails were very tasty. We came on a Tuesday, so that may affect the crowds and the time to wait. Good price-quality ratio! Food wasn't great, but fine. We were particularly disappointed with the sushi (especially because of the tasteless and overcooked rice) and I got a baked cheesecake, while I expected a "regular" cheesecake (should have been on the menu). The portion size of the dishes was also unpredictable. Most dishes were very tasty, especially for the price and the all you can eat concept!

Recently had dinner at this restaurant and I found it very bad. They casually say "Eating without limits", but you don't see that at all here. If you order something, it takes a very long time before it reaches your table. It took them 1 hour to serve 3 shrimp and 4 pieces of sushi. Ridiculously long for such small dishes. And even though there were not even more than 6 tables occupied for the entire evening. The number of occupied tables says everything about this restaurant. To attract customers, they use Social Deal coupons.

Why then use large trucks to bring water in glass and plastic from the Ardennes (or from much further away)? At La Place there are carafes of tap water ready for customers. Had lunch here for the first time. A funny detail is that I came to this place every week 55 years ago because the Albert Heijn was located there at the time. Nothing of that can be seen anymore. The environment can be described as cozy due to a modern industrial style with many plants. What is immediately noticeable is the friendly service, chapeau!. The ordered cappuccino arrived quickly and also with oat milk, so fortunately no automatic coffee here. Unfortunately, it then took far too long (25 minutes) before the ordered croquettes (also vegetarian!) with bread arrived. And while it was pleasantly busy, but not completely full. Fortunately, the croquettes were tasty (although a bit small), the mustard mayonnaise was tasty and the bread was fresh with a crispy crust. An important detail: the knives were sharp, so we were spared that annoyance (which unfortunately happens very often). All in all four stars.

Today the two of us had dinner at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was okay. We arrived at 5:15 PM and were not fully eaten and on our way home until 9:45 PM. A guy came to help us from the beginning, he didn't seem to have much experience working in a restaurant, he had no enthusiasm and kept making mistakes. We were told we could order unlimited meals, and each person could order two at a time, but we couldn't order the next round until both dishes were on the table. Unfortunately, this restaurant has major start-up problems. You can order 2 dishes at a time. But the time between the first 2 dishes was about an hour, and after that it was a little less slow (half an hour - after we insisted to the staff). But the kitchen is closed at 9:30 PM, so you shouldn't be a big eater. The delicious BBQ sauce is recommended. But the rest of the food was substandard. The tenderloin, steak and rendang were very dry and tough. Sushi fell apart, fries limp, apple pie from the freezer. All very unfortunate. Advice to the owner: make sure things improve quickly because this won't last long, even though the place looks neat and attractive.

My husband and I went to Bells restaurant to have a nice lunch. We were placed at a nice round table with comfortable seats. After they cleared the table, they came to take our order. Unfortunately, we had to ask them if they could clean the table with a wet cloth, since crumbs and greasy spots were on the table of the previous customers. After they brought our drinks, we waited for 15 minutes before they came to take our order. In those 15min the waiters walked past many times, we tried getting their attention, but didn’t manage. When they brought our drinks, my glass was clearly dirty. I asked for a new clean glass, she brought the glass and placed it on our table very hard. This was the third and last time we went here. The service is always bad, very slow and unprofessional. Advice: train your staff to be more service oriented, and proactive. When they clear a table to also instantly clean the table with a wet cloth. Bells restaurant is located in the city centre of Zeist. You can easily get there by public transport (bus) or car. Last Tuesday I had dinner here with a bunch of friends. We sat down at 7:15 PM and thought we would have until 11:00 PM to eat all-you-can eat tapas. Then the first round comes in at 8:15 PM. Small portions and fine - but not spectacular food. We did receive an apology for the long waiting time, without making a comment about it. However, the next round took another hour, so after 2 hours, at 9:15 PM, we finished 4 mini tapas dishes. Because it took so long per round, we wanted to order round 3 during round 2, but the staff absolutely did not allow this. 5 minutes later our round 2 arrives and we want to order again, only now we are told (without any indication from the staff, on the site, or the menu!) that the kitchen is already closed!? We couldn't believe it and asked to speak to the manager because we expected some compensation. The manager came to our table to talk and came up with lie after lie to straighten things out and actually called us insatiable gluttons, in short, it was our fault that we were still hungry after 4 snacks in 2.5 hours. He himself admitted that average people order 7-8 snacks, so he has often contradicted himself in this way. He was also very unfriendly and unprofessional, which you wouldn't expect from this nice looking place. After a 10 minute discussion he offered us to have an extra dessert (pretending as if he was doing us a huge favor and actually not agreeing), nothing else was possible. Unfortunately I can't tell you more about the dishes, because that was all we got that evening. The kitchen suddenly closed without any communication to us. Because the dishes arrived so late, we wanted to order in advance for the next course, whereupon the waiter said “that we should at least wait first for the course that was yet to come.” The course arrived about 10 minutes later, immediately after that we wanted to order, to which the waiter said: "yes, that's not possible, the kitchen is now closed." We therefore wanted to speak to the manager because we were far from satiated. The manager did not listen to us at all and told us not to come so late, but to go to a food bar if we wanted to eat a lot, the dishes did not take longer than 15 minutes... We remained polite and asked how many dishes people normally ordered, to which he said “around 7/8”. Why are we suddenly gluttons if we are not yet satisfied after 4 small dishes? In the end we received a small compensation, but he said that he really disagreed with us. We had been looking forward to this restaurant for a long time and had to make sure we selected it (in the video on the website they talk about the nice children's cellar and we didn't want to eat at a chain). When making the reservation, it was neatly stated that we were coming with 4 adults and a child, but unfortunately we were placed at the bar table where a 2-year-old of course cannot sit, luckily we were quickly given a regular table that could accommodate a high chair, but we did not receive any cutlery or napkin for the little one. A lady who explained to us about the UNLIMITED ENJOYMENT concept explained that each round contains 2 small dishes and that you can order unlimited rounds. She specifically said that as soon as the 1st dish comes to the table, the 2nd dish will be prepared so that you absolutely do not have to wait and can continue ordering quickly. After a herb butter sandwich, we started the 1st round of starters full of good intentions, the 1st starter came after 15 minutes, completely fine. But the second (which would be prepared when the first was served) did not arrive until 45 minutes later! Of course we had already asked someone why it was taking so long and we were given an apology, later we asked someone again why it was taking so long and then they went to check for us and the dishes (which were delicious by the way) just came out of the kitchen. We had now been sitting for almost 1.5 hours and had eaten 2 (tapas) starters... while the 2nd starter was being served, we immediately ordered it for the next round. Unfortunately also 40 on this dish! Have to wait minutes. In the meantime we asked about the owner and spoke to the manager. He explained that there were not enough staff in the kitchen, we indicated that we had been there for over 2 hours and had already asked about it a few times and this had not been communicated once. If we wanted to eat 4 rounds/8 dishes and desert, we wouldn't be able to leave before midnight. We asked to be forgiven for the remaining (3) drinks consumed, but they did not want to do that. After this, the 2nd (delicious) dish of the 2nd round came fairly quickly. We decided because it was getting late and we were quite tired of waiting to just order the deserts and then go home. (When ordering we must have ordered an extra spoon for the little one because this was always forgotten) Also because we expected the desert to take a while... and indeed it did. The desserts (ice cream and cremebrulee) also took another 30 minutes! As expected, they brought the desert with one spoon too little, so we had to ask for it again. All deserts were ready at the kitchen (in sight) but 4 were served. We waited but eventually had to ask, they had simply forgotten 1 desert. The deserts (creme brulee) were already ready downstairs (unrefrigerated and uncovered) and the front door did not close (which can easily be solved with a simple pusher). I have seen several other guests leave the table several times to keep closing this door. When paying, it was a shame that we were promised a round of drinks (we were 5 people) but only 4 were deducted. That is 7 euros more on the amount for the unlimited, which was ABSOLUTELY not unlimited. All in all, we spent 3.5 hours in the restaurant and we were able to enjoy 1 round of starters and 1 round of main courses + dessert from the unlimited rounds. The food was really delicious and we would have liked to taste more from the menu.

Eating 2 rounds of unlimited food after more than 2 hours is not possible. After much insistence, we were told that two chefs were ill. It would have been better to say this to everyone who came in. Had lunch here this afternoon. It already started that our drinks were forgotten, that can happen. Then we got our food. But the cutlery was still missing. I couldn't reach an employee so I went and got it myself. Then we saw that the cutlery was dirty. The carpaccio sandwich was very hard and we could not cut it with the dull knives. Very bad service. All the mussels were still closed and when I said something about this, a chef came to the table to say that it was almost nothing. The moment I agreed to a quarter off (which was already ridiculous) he said that he would charge me for a piece of bread as I asked because I was allergic to the beetroot in the bread (I should have indicated but I don't expect any beet in bread). We were given very dirty knives, the bread had probably been there all day, it was so dry and the spare ribs were completely dried out, you would break your teeth on them. The nachos in between were delicious, but we had to wait half an hour for them! Had some nice drinks. Ordered a tasting of 12 croquettes, which was reasonable, but there were only 3 types. Then ordered a cup of tomato/pepper soup. That was made with powder from a jar! And not used enough either! A watery soup with absolutely nothing in it! Sprinkled with dried parsley from a jar. I had a few bites, yuck! And they charge €7.90 for that! I haven't ordered anything else. Bell's is nice and cozy for a drink and a snack, but you won't see me there for food anymore.

On Christmas Day, a bit of an unexpected disappointment. We had just been to this location. The place wasn't very warm upon arrival; I was glad I was still wearing a sweater. There wasn't much of an atmosphere and the music wasn't pleasant. The chairs were very uncomfortable, and the tables were barely as small as a tray. The service was very good and fast, although the food wasn't very warm. Ultimately, I went home with a somewhat so-so experience.
