The music seemed to be the only authentic thing Italian.

We had a lovely evening. Everything was delicious, and our dogs were welcome too.

The food is good but the waitress took the order completely wrong and despite the glasses being empty they didn't ask if you wanted to order anything else. It's a shame, the kitchen doesn't deserve it.

Pizza was delicious, well covered

A very cozy and homely restaurant. Delicious crispy pizzas and fresh pastas. We had a delicious meal. In terms of children, it was taken into account that they were the first to get their plate... so that they could eat something with help. And then they had a great time playing in the play corner and we could also have a bite to eat. The fresh pizza is delicious, the pasta dishes are very good. The gluten-free pizza is also very good.

Very unfortunate, ordered via home delivery from Bella Roma. The pizza was cold and completely soggy from the large amount of large pieces of tomato. The menu stated that it would contain some cherry tomatoes, but they were large pieces of watery beef tomatoes. This completely ruined the pizza in combination with the fact that it was delivered cold.

All dishes are available gluten-free, which was the reason for us to eat here with our family. We now visit the restaurant regularly because the pizzas are simply delicious. Service excellent, prices good and great atmosphere.

Food not good. Give them a go, if you think they just had an off day. Otherwise you are really better of at a fastfood restaurant, where the food will live up to your expectation.

Food no good. Service ok and quick (it was very quiet). Relatively cheap, but that is no excuse for what we were served. Nothing good to say about the food.

I’ve eaten here plenty of times and I can assure you it’s worth your money. Fresh and delicious food, big portions and fair prices. The place itself is very pleasant and cozy. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it! A highlight to the bruschetta which is always my favorite!

As a delivery person I often came here to pick up orders, weirdos work here, very unpleasant people. When it rained or snowed you could always wait outside, which is a real problem, as the only place in Leeuwarden where that had to be done, but the way in which I always made it clear to them that I didn't like that. People here cannot speak Dutch, but they can speak English, but things often go wrong. This store always has a tendency to interfere with the delivery person about what they should do, so I always made it clear to them that I decide that myself, especially if I deliver according to the rules. Wanted to open your bag to tell you how to do it and decorate it, when I pushed his hand away and said don't touch my things, what are you doing? Then he was completely shocked and another employee always helped me when I came to pick up an order. I would never recommend this worthless shop.

The food was really yummy and the staff was really lovely. The gluten-free pizza tasted amazing and the other pizzas were extremely delicious as well. Definitely great quality and I can recommend the pizza to any pizza-lover!

Nu voor de derde keer hier geweest. 1e keer prima in orde. 2e keer niet wat we gewent waren. Derde keer we denken nog een keer proberen en ook nu weer was het eten flink onder de maat, ook aan de eigenaar aangegeven maar gaf het niet echt aandacht. Gezien de prijzen absoluut niet waar voor mijn geld. De sfeer was ook zeer ongezellig en de tent was met slechts enkele klanten gevuld. Helaas! wij komen hier niet weer.

First of all, thank you very much for fitting into our opening hours. We have eaten Italian food in many places, but this place is in the top 3. It was impressive when the lasagna sizzling in the ceramic was placed in front of us, only the taste was better than that. The carbonara was also phenomenal, we've never had a pizza with such light dough before. Based on the Google rating, we didn't want to go here at first, but luckily we still checked in and didn't regret it at all. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and very kind service. We can only recommend it to everyone, we already know where we will eat next time. Unfortunately, we couldn't take a picture, because the food looked so good that we immediately fell for it.

In the other restaurants in the area, the kitchen closed at 9, so we started looking for where we could have dinner. We asked around 10 o'clock if there was still a kitchen, the answer was yes. In the meantime, we looked at the reviews and were a little unsure, but we were disappointed in the most positive way possible. 4 of us had dinner, pizza, carbonara and lagane. It was the most delicious pasta of my recent life, and the service was also very nice! The next time we go, there's no need to look, we'll definitely eat here! We recommend it to others! Thank you very much!

Ordered from here, pizza came all messy. The toppings all completely fell off. I ordered a pasta Bolognese for myself. It came over packed with cheese, can see the grease of the pasta floating too, below average taste. Overal wouldn’t order or eat here at all

Salmon pasta: salmon is dry and dirty, pasta is not exactly al dente.

Unfortunately not a nice evening. The ham from the starter smelled unpleasant. The pizzas were not prepared as ordered and were tasteless. The tuna on the Al Tonno wasn't the freshest either. The only thing that was good was the service, which had to take care of both the waiters and the drinks.

Unbelievable that this restaurant can still have such good reviews! It's downright bad - without being critical. The starter (tagliere) was floating in water and lettuce and was not particularly tasty; as if the slices and pieces of cheese had come straight from the supermarket. As a main course, the meat (Bistecca Fiorentina) was raw, with the back from the kitchen black and tough. The pasta was completely over-cooked and looked more like a plate of risotto without any flavor. With grated Dutch cheese as cheese... Just like on pizza. The grilled vegetable was almost hidden under a mountain of cinnamon-like spices. The wine was tasty.. And the service was friendly. They see what we see and don't seem to think it's normal, but they get no response from the kitchen. The chef was certainly not allowed to make any concessions. Never again. Shame on Italy.

We were able to go quite late and had a delicious meal! Especially the 'Tortelinni Quattro Formaggi Speciale' but also the 'Tagliatelle with salmon' are highly recommended 👌🏻 Affordable and friendly staff.

I believe almost everything can be prepared gluten-free/lactose-free. The gv pizza is indistinguishable from normal pizza, as a starter a shared plate with meat, cheese, etc. I also really liked the service here! Gluten free or not, I would both recommend trying it once😁.

The staff at this restaurant were so incredibly nice! The girl working immediately asked if we were students and if yes if we were interested in the student deal which was a very good deal. I ate lasagna and it was amazing but keep in mind that the portions are really big so if you don't eat a lot maybe share.

Very nice and cozy place. Not sure why people here complained about the service and “black” burnt pizza. Pizza was great and we could almost feel like we were back in Italy. If someone wants pizza like in New York Pizza - this is not the place! This is a nice Italian thin pizza. Servers - a man looking like an owner and younger waitress were super kind and we can’t complain about anything. Food was fresh and tasty. They also have small corner for kids to play so our daughter was also enjoying her time before and after meal. Worth to come visit!

Brought us not the food we ordered. We asked them to bring the right food, owner lost his temper & did not make it right. Last time we eat at this place. The owner/chef acted like a little child.

Ordered bread in advance, it didn't arrive. Pizza and lasagna were brought. That was possible again and then after discussion in the kitchen a basket with rather burnt bread arrived. It certainly wasn't busy in the restaurant so that couldn't be the problem. Management does not speak Dutch at all, perhaps you should do something about that. The pizza and lasagna that were re-served afterwards also had some burnt symptoms.... The table next to us got pasta instead. the ordered pizza.... In short, not recommended.....

Back to the 1990s. The pizzas had a blackish coating on the bottom. We ordered a salad and expected a green salad. We got apples and cucumbers in an indefinable sauce.

Day trip to Leeuwarden, beautiful city center, and then a bite to eat, simple but attractive restaurant, although there were few staff, the service was very nice and the food was very good. Pasta Carbonara is a difficult dish to make well, but this one was good, hot, creamy, not too salty and very tasty. Ordered a small portion and it was more than enough. The pizzas not only looked good but also tasted good, a Margherita is sometimes overpriced, but not here, the Prosciutto and Calzone Gorgonzola pizza were also perfect. Nice round, simple house wine, and normal prices. Recommended!

Worst restaurant ever, received the wrong pizza and it was also cold. When I called the restaurant I spoke to the owner, he did not want to come up with a solution for me or deliver a new pizza after I had waited 2 hours. The owner was also very mean and rude, super expensive too, especially when it's not even edible and you get yelled at.

This is the 2nd time we have eaten there. It is definitely recommended if you want to eat out in Leeuwarden. There is a nice atmosphere.

Delicious bolognese pizza picked up. After some misunderstanding with the delivery service, this was resolved fantastically. Very nice service and we will definitely come back again.

Rarely have I eaten such a delicious spaghetti bolognese. Awesome. The spareribs had a very special taste and a lot of them. Highly recommended.

Was there on Saturday evening at 6pm with my girlfriend! Restaurant was filled with 6 tables. After waiting 1.5 hours we still hadn't had any pizzas and they weren't in the oven yet. When asked, it turned out that they gave priority to pizza delivery. Then we paid and left and ate delicious pizza somewhere else in the street.

Charming restaurant with a homely atmosphere. Since it was our first visit, we ordered a six-course menu. The food was excellent, but the portions were too big for us. Skipped the 6th course😉

Goede prijs/kwaliteit vriendelijke bediening ongedwongen sfeer authentieke ingrediënten. Top kok die op verzoek lasagne frutti di mare bereidde wat niet op de kaart stond. Oog voor de specifieke wensen van de gasten. Waar vind je dat nog.....

Echt top tentje. Wat een service en wat werken de mensen er hard. Super vriendelijk ook. Het eten is traditioneel en soms wat eenvoudige, maar erg lekker, goedkoop en goede grote porties

Enorm lekker gegeten! We hadden een pizza Annabella en een Calzone. Beide waren echt enorm lekker! Zowel de bediening als de kok zijn ook heel erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Service was terrible. The waiter didn't come to pick up our order, we had to sign to him for him to notice us waiting. After that we waited for over an hour and a half for our food, which, mind you, consisted of a starter. The starter tasted amazing, but the main course, in my case the pizza vegetariana, just tasted 'okay', nothing extraordinary. After waiting for an hour and a half my appetite was as good as gone, and what also didn't help was that the waiter was running past our table constantly. Overall, not a very nice experience and I won't dine here again any time soon.
