Bella Roma has good pizzas. Simple and not too greasy. I also recommend the Orto Italiano! Wow, it was delicious! So flavorful, surprising, and filling!

Didn't feel like cooking on New Year's Day? Luckily, Bella Roma was open for delivery! The pizza was, as always, delicious and fresh. They also arrived right on time, compliments!

Worst pizza ever. Apparently they've had a long day at work, which is perfectly fine, but you can't afford to miss out on quality. Tuna pizza that doesn't even taste like tuna, sour tomato sauce, and dried-out arugula. Even with a beer, the pizza is inedible.

One of the best restaurants I have tried. I go there every once in a while. The owner is very respectful. The workers there are respectful and nice. The food is clean, their prices are good, and the seating in the restaurant and the atmosphere are amazing. For me, the best restaurant so far in Holland. We come back often; the staff is friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is fantastic. The owner comes by every now and then for a chat. The food is absurdly delicious, the portions are generous, so keep that in mind. Last Friday, we enjoyed the tomato soup and fried shrimp as a starter. After a break, we opted for the tenderloin with Jack Daniel's sauce <-----HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And the unpeeled shrimp were also incredibly delicious. We enjoyed it again! Oh yeah, and the cheesecake, nomnom!

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with dinner, knowing I love pasta. We'd been looking for a new Italian restaurant in the area for a while, and this was our first time here. When we arrived, we were given a nice table in the conservatory. So far, so good. It took about 30 minutes for the bread basket we ordered to arrive. This can happen when it's busy, of course, but it was a weekday and the restaurant wasn't full. The bread with the herb butter was promising, delicious!!! By far the best herb butter I've ever tasted, truly top-notch!! The bread was freshly baked, so absolutely perfect. One downside was the basket it was served in; the cloth the bread was on didn't seem completely clean 😬. However, from that point on, things unfortunately went downhill: the carpaccio was very salty, and I really missed a dressing. The saltiness also carried over to the main course, which consisted mainly of melted cheese and a few pasta dishes (tri di pasta). But the salt content is what really stuck with us. Too bad... I don't know if I'll come back again 😕 Maybe for the bread with herb butter...🤔

We hadn't eaten here before, but we were in the area and thought we'd give it a try. The experience exceeded our expectations: delicious food and very friendly service. Pizzas and pasta just the way they should be. We'll definitely be back.

We ate here last week. The food (pasta and pinsa) was delicious and the service was super friendly. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

We ordered two pizzas at 6:00 PM, which were supposed to be delivered as soon as possible, along with a Ben & Jerry cookie dough. The food arrived at 8:15 PM, after a long wait. When my friend called at 8:00 PM, she already told us it was very busy. The toppings were mediocre and the ice cream was the wrong kind, cheesecake flavor. We called, and someone who barely spoke Dutch answered, explaining in a vaguely long story that the ice cream had fallen and they didn't have any more, so they'd just added this one. I explained that we didn't like dexter and therefore didn't want to pay for it. It would, I quote, be picked up before it was too late (so we had to drive all the way from Dieren to Doesburg again to pick up an ice cream). We put it in the freezer to keep it cold, and as the operator indicated, they could eat it themselves at the end of the evening once it was picked up. We went to bed at 11:30 PM and haven't heard from Bella Roma since. We understand it can be busy, but you can at least discuss what the customer wants. This was the first and last time we'll order/eat here!

What a terrible experience, ordering through home delivery: we had to wait two hours for our order. The pasta carbonara we ordered could have been called soup; the cheese was dripping out. The pizza was also terrible.

Don't miss it! A must-see for an Italian in the Netherlands: ingredients sourced from Italy, amazing pizza, delicious and well-seasoned. Fantastic wine from the Castellani winery, so a guarantee. With these premises, the quality can only be excellent. I only had dinner one evening because I was passing through, so I can't comment on the first and second courses. Well done guys!!

The food at Bella Roma in Dieren is excellent. We are big fans of the Pinsa's. They are really delicious. Finger-licking good. The Pinsa's but also the Pizza's are richly topped. The meat dishes are served super complete including fries, rolls and salad. We once received an incorrect order. Just call and explain and voila, solved and delicious food. The staff and delivery people are very friendly. I don't share a review quickly but I will make an exception for Bella Roma Dieren. Keep up the good work, we will order another delicious Pinsa next weekend. Saluti tutti frutti. Kind regards

Yesterday I picked up another delicious pizza bolognese at Bella Roma. This restaurant is really recommended to have a nice meal. The staff is very friendly and they easily adapt to your wishes.

We arrived here around 7:30, it was busy. We only ordered a main course. After waiting for an hour we asked how long it would take. At least another half hour was the answer. Then we left. Something is wrong with your concept: it was busy but not full. Then you either have too many tables, too few staff or the delivery service takes too much time. If you are waiting that long and you see another sprinting courier walking away with a large order, then something is not right. Tables next to us also complained about the long waiting times. Too bad.

Tja, tot mijn spijt is het me ook na drie keer niet meegevallen. Bezorgen ging eigenlijk elke keer niet helemaal goed. Kwaliteit steeds minder en de kosten steeds hoger. Zo jammer want wat is er fijner dan een goede pizza of pasta te kunnen gaan eten of laten bezorgen als het eens onverwacht zo uitkomt. De laatste was 50,- voor een minder dan matige canneloni en een biefstuk met achterlijke plak zoute kaas en iets wat ooit ham was. Vlees was mals, dat wel. Maakte het bedrag en het wachten echter lang niet goed.

Ordered via home delivery. 2 times a calzone. Dough was undercooked on both. The flavors of the pizzas were really bad. We let them both disappear into the green wheelie bin. Day €38,-. Never again at Bella Roma for us.

The sirloin steak was really good. Even though It does not need so much sauce because the meat is good was a good combination.

Unfortunately, our experience last Saturday was not a good one. We had to wait a long time for our drinks and food. the meal took at least an hour. When the food finally arrived it turned out that I had received the wrong dish. Something with chicken, but a side dish instead of a plate dish. Inedible because the bowl was full. Pasta in addition did not come. The other 3 did receive what they ordered. The service was very friendly and eager to help. There just seems to be something wrong in the communication, service and kitchen. The menu is also too extensive for a simple Italian.

Let's start with the fact that we ordered a separate frikandel, so we received 2 frikandels with enough rabbit food to feed the whole of Africa. We had to pay 10 euros for “kitchen” and so-called “baking” and in addition it only arrived after 70 minutes. So all in all, your food with rabbit food arrives late, you have to pay for the kitchen and baking and on top of that your fries are also cold.

Worst pizza I've ever had, there wasn't even tomato sauce on the pizza 🤣 Worst pizzas in all of Dieren, even the dominos outclassed this pizzeria. Delivery was on time, but then you don't buy a nice meal. These are not real Italians either, without putting the Italians' name down so much. Looks like a mini Middle East.

Placed an order well in advance via home delivery to be delivered 2 hours later due to my break at work. When the order was supposed to be there it wasn't there. Patiently waited 10 minutes before calling. On the phone I was told that my order was on its way and should be there in about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later my order has still not arrived and my break is over, which is a shame of course. I called the restaurant again to ask how this could turn out like this, since I placed my order well in advance via home delivery. On the phone I got someone who hardly spoke Dutch and was very rude and rude on the phone. As a result, I indicated that my order could be canceled and my money refunded. The person on the phone (who claims to be the manager) then tells me in an angry tone that I have to call home delivery myself to get my money back. I was surprised by this and asked to speak to someone else (the boss or someone who speaks decent Dutch) so that I can get this handled in a normal way. This made the man on the phone even angrier and insisted that I should call home delivery myself and not speak to anyone else. After this conversation, I called home delivery and was told by them that this should not be the case and that the restaurant should do this. At home delivery I have filed an official complaint for this rude and disrespectful behavior from Mr. Manager. First and last time ordering here!! UPDATE: I think the response to my message is very special and I would like to respond to it. First of all, I indicated that because of the way I was spoken to, I canceled the order. I have given a lot of space to come up with a solution for this. I also clearly indicated in my message that I am at work and have ordered this for my break. I entered the order well in advance and I assume that you as a restaurant will take this into account, of course. Furthermore, no contact was made in time to indicate that the order would be later, but I had to call this myself. And to then make a comment that you could have picked it up, I personally don't think it's very professional as a company. I don't order for nothing, of course, and this clearly shows how you unfortunately work.

We received the drinks after 20 minutes and ordered food. The clerk has no overview and I don't think she understands how to work. Shame! Moreover, pizzas did not taste good either. A pizza must be different at an Italian restaurant. In the menu I discovered pizza Diavola with 🍍😱😱. That's not right! Both of the pizzas were not tasty. Meat and other products tasted OK.

Was treated very rudely by one of the employees, had a severe allergic reaction to their food. Hangs up and no longer answers. Downright scandalous.

Very friendly service, although it took a while for the food to arrive (not excessively). The food tasted quite good, but clearly not an Italian chef (large onion rings in the carbonara, cream and Dutch grated cheese, and even slices of cheese over the pasta and many non-Italian dishes on the menu). Large portions and prepared with attention. About the prices: very high for an 'Italian'. Where a pizza would 'normally' cost around 14, it was around 18/20 euros here. And a pasta also around 18-20 euros. The decoration of the restaurant was a bit kitchy, with artificial grass and plastic plants. We tried to make it fun. Not worth repeating for me personally.

We regularly eat Campaille pasta here with a nice piece of pizza bread and herb butter!! Lots of atmosphere on the terrace, highly recommended!!

Ordered online here a few weeks ago. Indicate that they deliver on time. After 2 hours and 6 phone calls with various excuses, we received cold food. Called about this and we would get our money back, only if we did not write a bad review. Well you understand....no money back, so let's leave the bad review.

Exhausted after a long walk from Velp, we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect, although spontaneously chosen, this oasis was to settle down. The combination of a party at a long table, the carefully arranged decoration, a football screen, attentive service supplemented with 2 green parakeets.
