I had to wait a whopping hour and 45 minutes for my food, received the wrong calzone and the wrong dessert. Last time the wait was just as long and I also received the wrong calzone and the ice cream was unavailable. Such a shame. I won't be ordering delivery from here again.

Last week we ended up here after visiting a spiritual fair. It was, in one word, AMAZING. Everything tasted exquisite, from the starter to the dessert. You could taste that it was prepared with love. The atmosphere was also excellent. If we are in the area again, I know where to go 😍

Nothing but greatness! The food was amazing, hosts were fantastic and very helpful, with the icing on the cake being their dog: Oscar!

The menu is huge, with main courses alone including: many pastas, pizzas, pinsa, oven-baked pasta, and platters. How they manage that is a mystery to me, but the food is very good and the service is friendly and fast. We had a burnt pizza, but when we exposed the bottom and the waiter arrived, we didn't even have to say anything; outstanding. It can take a while for the food to arrive, but it is manageable. The atmosphere inside is nice; less so in the conservatory, though it does have nice lights and images of Italy. You can also sit on the terrace, which is also nicely done.

We had a delicious meal with my grandson. The people were very friendly and the service was pleasant. The ambiance was atmospheric and it was cool inside. Outside it was 34C. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, and the selection is huge.

Late delivery is never a problem, just make sure to leave a nice tip! Great place!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I ordered one pizza and two Cokes. According to the price list, this should cost about €20, but I was charged €30. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt. This feels like a scam and is very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. It is a shame, because this is how you lose customer trust.

Chose this restaurant based on the Google score. Unfortunately, not a good experience. The restaurant was very smoky, which caused my eyes to burn. It took longer than an hour for us to receive our pizza and pasta. The Bolognese sauce was mainly very creamy/cheesy and contained very little minced meat. The pasta was overcooked, making it mushy. The pizza edges were crispy and the toppings were good, but the dough in the middle was not cooked properly.

We truly felt like guests. We received super friendly service, had a delicious meal, and a lovely evening.

Ate excellent pizzas on the terrace. The 2 pizzas we chose were cut in half and shared for us without any problem, so we each had half of both delicious pizzas; great! The service was cheerful and friendly, but as it got busier, the attention waned. Unfortunately, I have updated the review after a bad experience with home-delivered pasta. Very unappetizing to look at, not tasty to eat (pasta way too overcooked), and the pasta did not sit well with us.

There were six of us. We didn't find the pizzas particularly special. They were okay, but nothing more. Considering the prices ranged from €15 to over €20, they weren't very generously topped. There are better options. The drinks were also overpriced, making you think twice about ordering a second one. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was simple but acceptable.

This was our first time eating here. We were served very quickly and very kindly. The food (lasagna) and tortellini a la Romana was delicious. We really liked the atmosphere. If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely come back.

The pizzas were tasty, but the bruschetta (see photo) wasn't bruschetta and the burrata was limp mozzarella or other weird watery cheese with some lettuce underneath. Slightly disappointed.

I have been here several times, and I must say that the very first time won me over immediately. The staff is like family and takes good care of you as a guest. The feeling you get here is warm and caring, and you simply get the impression that you are not just a source of income, but a real person. Sometimes the food can be just a little too hot, but they warn you about it. In short, highly recommended!!

I ordered food with my family, but it never arrived due to the restaurant being busy. It is incredibly annoying, but I would really like a refund. I am really upset about this; I have always been a proud customer. I was verbally abused by the owner on the phone and I was really shocked by this.

Terrible service. We placed an order this evening and after waiting for 2 hours we thought we'd just give them a call. We were very friendly on the phone, and at one point the staff said "I am going to cancel your order" without any explanation. This is scandalously bad. We are never eating here again!!!!!!!!

Taking over 2 hours to deliver, while a maximum of 45 minutes is indicated. I then called politely to ask why it hadn't arrived yet and how much longer it would take. The owner hung up in the middle of the conversation and said, "Then I am canceling the order immediately..." Very rude and shameful; I will absolutely skip this place.

If you get takeout, you have to wait a very long time; if you are lucky, you get a good pizza. If you eat there, you get too little and tasteless garlic sauce.

Today I had a pizza delivered. This pizza wins the prize for the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten. The taste was truly awful, and it was simply inedible. I tasted something that seemed spoiled, but I couldn't quite pinpoint what it was. The unpleasant taste eventually subsided after I removed the tomato. I would absolutely not recommend this place. It's a shame about the calories consumed.

Worst pizza ever. Apparently they've had a long day at work, which is perfectly fine, but you can't afford to miss out on quality. Tuna pizza that doesn't even taste like tuna, sour tomato sauce, and dried-out arugula. Even with a beer, the pizza is inedible.

The food is clean, their prices are good, and the seating in the restaurant and the atmosphere are amazing. For me, the best restaurant so far in Holland. We come back often; the staff is friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is fantastic. The owner comes by every now and then for a chat. The food is absurdly delicious, the portions are generous, so keep that in mind. Last Friday, we enjoyed the tomato soup and fried shrimp as a starter. After a break, we opted for the tenderloin with Jack Daniel's sauce <-----HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And the unpeeled shrimp were also incredibly delicious. We enjoyed it again! Oh yeah, and the cheesecake, nomnom!

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with dinner, knowing I love pasta. We'd been looking for a new Italian restaurant in the area for a while, and this was our first time here. When we arrived, we were given a nice table in the conservatory. So far, so good. It took about 30 minutes for the bread basket we ordered to arrive. This can happen when it's busy, of course, but it was a weekday and the restaurant wasn't full. The bread with the herb butter was promising, delicious!!! By far the best herb butter I've ever tasted, truly top-notch!! The bread was freshly baked, so absolutely perfect. One downside was the basket it was served in; the cloth the bread was on didn't seem completely clean 😬. However, from that point on, things unfortunately went downhill: the carpaccio was very salty, and I really missed a dressing. The saltiness also carried over to the main course, which consisted mainly of melted cheese and a few pasta dishes (tri di pasta). But the salt content is what really stuck with us. Too bad... I don't know if I'll come back again 😕 Maybe for the bread with herb butter...🤔

We ate here last week. The food (pasta and pinsa) was delicious and the service was super friendly. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

We ordered two pizzas at 6:00 PM, which were supposed to be delivered as soon as possible, along with a Ben & Jerry cookie dough. The food arrived at 8:15 PM, after a long wait. When my friend called at 8:00 PM, she already told us it was very busy. The toppings were mediocre and the ice cream was the wrong kind, cheesecake flavor. We called, and someone who barely spoke Dutch answered, explaining in a vaguely long story that the ice cream had fallen and they didn't have any more, so they'd just added this one. I explained that we didn't like dexter and therefore didn't want to pay for it. It would, I quote, be picked up before it was too late (so we had to drive all the way from Dieren to Doesburg again to pick up an ice cream). We put it in the freezer to keep it cold, and as the operator indicated, they could eat it themselves at the end of the evening once it was picked up. We went to bed at 11:30 PM and haven't heard from Bella Roma since. We understand it can be busy, but you can at least discuss what the customer wants. This was the first and last time we'll order/eat here!

What a terrible experience, ordering through home delivery: we had to wait two hours for our order. The pasta carbonara we ordered could have been called soup; the cheese was dripping out. The pizza was also terrible.

With these premises, the quality can only be excellent. I only had dinner one evening because I was passing through, so I can't comment on the first and second courses. Well done guys!!

The food at Bella Roma in Dieren is excellent. We are big fans of the Pinsa's. They are really delicious. Finger-licking good. The Pinsa's but also the Pizza's are richly topped. The meat dishes are served super complete including fries, rolls and salad. We once received an incorrect order. Just call and explain and voila, solved and delicious food. The staff and delivery people are very friendly. I don't share a review quickly but I will make an exception for Bella Roma Dieren. Keep up the good work, we will order another delicious Pinsa next weekend. Saluti tutti frutti. Kind regards

Pizza Messicana is the best pizza I have ever eaten...I come back every time I am in Dieren. Very cozy and nicely decorated restaurant, owners and staff offer a very personal experience and even remember me every time I return. I would give 10 stars if I could! Grazie mille!
