I ordered a Hugo spritz But there was more ice than the drink

Great bar for drinks and food. They also have a garden to the rear for smoking. For Food we got chicken wings with chips. And chicken pasta salad, both were amazing. Prices were very good for a bar/restaurant in the red light area.

Has a fun vibe for a night out. Drinks are cheap and they have a DJ. I went a few weeks ago and had the time of my life, the place was packed the music was fun. But I went again last night with friends and the DJ was not good, it’s was totally different kind of music(it was the same beat for like 3hours with songs from the 80s that no one really knew) the DJ was not looking to the crowd but instead playing whatever he wanted. The dance floor stayed empty all night and the place emptied out between 12-1am which was a bummer. The weeks before when I was there the dance floor was packed and we were all having a great time dancing till 230am++. So I can’t write about the music of this place because it’s unpredictable. I don’t think I’ll be returning to get on the dance floor again, maybe just for a couple drinks.

The atmosphere inside is very pleasant. The food arrived very late, which I assume was due to the busyness of the place, but it still seems the kitchen staff is understaffed for a weekend. I ordered the colossal pasta salad. It looked lovely, but the pasta was cold, so I didn't enjoy it. My wife ordered the chicken parmi. It had a slight spiciness to it. It could have been a better menu.

I visited the restaurant in September 2025. The interior is very interesting, the waitress was very kind, but the food was tasteless. I ordered a burger and the ingredients were not chosen correctly so that they would combine and have a good taste.

We were looking for a bar with food and loud music - we found it! The burgers were AMAZING and the mayonnaise of the french fries… died for. Great service as well, would recommend it!

A very nice place suitable for all group sizes, there was not live music when we went, but the ambience is lovely. Service is good and staff are friendly.

Not a bad bar, just the tables and seats, are a bit like being in a Starbucks or similar, which doesnt help the ambience. Very good for sport, we watched the rugby here. The staff were brilliant.

I was here the end of october was greeted by a highly friendly bar man his name was Bryan. He recommended me a good beer and chicken wings to eat and good recommendations from him.

Someone remind the staff they are not enemies with the customers and their drinks on the bar don’t have to thrown away after 1 minute while in the toilet. Otherwise good place besides the Karen staff

We were very disappointed with our visit. The menu showed the prices for the burgers, and below it said that you could choose either fries or country-style potatoes – but it did not say that there was an extra charge for them. It looked like the side dish was included in the burger price. Only when we got the bill did we find out that each portion of potatoes cost €8.50 extra. Also, the burgers were not worth their price. The value for money here is really poor.

Chose this place to have a lunch for a group of four. We ordered some burgers and chose wedges as a side dish and some drinks. Food was good, yes(although the burgers consisted 50%of a bun) but when the check arrived we were unpleasantly shocked by the price. It turns out you have to pay for the fries separately. The menu is made in the way it’s not obvious at all, misleading you to believe you just choosing it as part of the dish. It is done deliberately. Also, one of toilet cabins had a broken door lock and the floor was sticky and it smelled.

Needed to wait a long time before we got served despite being almost the only people in the place. Then we needed to follow up with the staff about the order only to find out it was never registered due to an issue with the machine. The food itself lacked any kind of spice. We got free drinks as a compensation but it was not a pleasant experience.

Everything was great and Galatasaray has won... It was lovely night... :D

The restaurant/bar is very centrally located. The service was very friendly and quick. The food (burgers & nachos) was delicious, as was the beer. The ambiance is very cool (see photos). The live band and the atmosphere were simply amazing, even on a Monday until well after midnight! I highly recommend it 👍🏻🤩

The service is nonexistent; no one notices you until you approach the counter to place your order, which you obviously have to bring to your table, except for the fries, which they bring to you after they've made them. I ordered two large beers, a Coke, and a fries.

The establishment's condition was unsatisfactory, and the food quality was poor.

We were a group and everyone ordered his food and paid. Everyone got their food except 2 , and after 40 mins waiting we asked for the 2 burgers they said we didn’t order them and we showed them our bank statement that we paid for it and they said it was for the beer and we don’t have any beers on the table !! Then the waitress left and never came back and it’s been an hour now. Also our friends who are already their burger didn’t like the food

We spent a few evenings in here as our friend was staying in the hostel above - decent prices for Amsterdam and great place to get a drink didn’t try the food - Staff lovely and accommodating and I’ll definitely be using there hostel when I’m next in Amsterdam as only heard good things

En este bar, tenías que esperar para sentarte, pero había un montón de mesas abiertas cuando llegamos. Servicio de bebidas era decente, y pedimos algo de comida con bastante facilidad. Un pedido del Bitterballen (8 euros) era bueno y una buena manera de degustar una especialidad local Holandesa. Para nuestro plato principal, compartimos una hamburguesa de queso clásica (15 euros) que estaba buena pero habría sido mejor con más pepinillos que la diminuta que se ensartó al bollo. Los baños se encuentran por un tramo de escaleras.

Great place in Amsterdam for a sports screening! We came with a group of 15 to watch the Ice Hockey World Championships and Belushi’s couldn’t have been more accommodating. They set us up with their screens and made sure we had everything we needed — super welcoming. Food was good, drinks were well-priced (especially for the area), and the atmosphere was just what we were hoping for. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to catch a game with friends!

A good pub in the city center, right next to the hostel. It's a shame the music was a bit loud, making it hard to talk comfortably... Prices were a little higher than average, but it was a very nice place!

Advertised as a sports bar, but wouldn't put on the sound of the F1 because it would disturbed the chilled vibe. Update/Edit: You specifically told me F1's sound would be disturbing to the guests sitting in your garden section. It's a sports bar, sport should be prioritised, surely you can put on the sound of more than one sport at a time.

it was the first time I had seen a 1.5 litre beer. I liked the beer but it was overpriced. we paid around 20-25 euros for it. we also tried vegan bitterballen and we really liked them🍻

Actually there's nothing wrong with the service - it's awesome - they are victims of their own success - when it's busy it just takes too long for the food to arrive - but when it does - there no better burger anywhere!

Best bar in Amsterdam. Live music on Mondays and Thursdays. Clean spacious place longest happy hour until midnight totally would recommend this place.

I went there on my last day staying in the associated hostel (The Winston) and I have to say, it was a really pleasant experience. The waiter Kyle provided us with plenty of interesting discussion, good food and cheap(ish, it's still Amsterdam) drinks!

When I went it was a relaxed weekday. It wasn't very crowded but I didn't mind. We enjoyed our drinks, listened to our music and the staff was very polite.

Excellent, pre booked for the F1, you pay a deposit for your table but that is used for credit at the bar when you arrive, great atmosphere, great food and great selection of drinks!

The potato wedges was very flavorful and the quantity was good enough for the price. Quite close to centraal, making it a very convenient location. The place was designed quite well. Service was great too!

A pretty spacious bar for how narrow the entrance is. Looks like it's students' favourite gathering spot. Very noisy and boisterous pub. Decorated with plenty lights, the tiny back terrace looks beautiful, but what a pity, it's crowded by heavy smokers.

Was told to have the wrap as it was larger. Not so much. 1 small but of chicken and none in the other half. And not nice

It's a cool bar to watch some sports like football and formula one. Is generally crowded during live sports but getting a table is generally manageable. There's a huge selection of drinks, especially the stronger spirits. There is typical pub food, which is not amazing. Pale and way too salty fries, but ok'ish burgers and chicken.

Terrible service! My fiancé went to the restaurant and was completely ignored by staff. Two other couples who came later were immediately attended to. When this was raised with a staff member, he responded that we could order at the bar with a dismissive tone. Even after informing him that table service was required and that later guests had been attended to, he simply responded that we could leave if we didn’t like it. Clearly he had some aversion to serving us so we left. Will never go back here and make sure to tell everyone I know going to Amsterdam to avoid this place

This place is racist towards Black people. I went because of good online reviews, but after sitting for 15 minutes without service, even though it wasn't busy, I noticed two white customers came in and got their order taken within two minutes. I flagged down the manager, who had seen me sit down and had even directed the waitress to the new customers. When I explained I hadn't been served, he dismissively told me, "You can order at the bar." I tried to explain that the lack of service was unacceptable, and he just said, "You can leave if you don't like the service!" The service was terrible and definitely racist. If you are a person of color, I strongly advise you to stay away!

Nice place to eat and socialise. The Sports bar has quite a few screens showing all the major sports.

Booked a table in advance to watch the F1, great atmosphere for a Sunday race weekend and great food, drinks and service too.

Had a good time overall but the service was a little off-putting. We had a reservation but there was nobody to take us to our table so we just wandered around for a few minutes before we found someone to guide us. After that, we were given our menus but there was no explanation that the waiter won’t be coming back. You have to go to the desk to order food. The drinks menu was also snatched away from us by the waiter at one point and not returned which was pretty weird. When I finally went to order, I was asked for our table number at the desk. I didn’t know the table number, I just pointed to our table nearby. I was told we can’t be served without giving a table number. Not really a huge hassle but a thing that could have been easily avoided with better communication. We had a good time like I said and the atmosphere was great, but the process could be improved!

The ambiance was exactly what you want energetic but not too loud. Its a great spot to catch up with friends. Chicken wings were nice spicy tasty. Overall a fun place to visit!! Note: The washroom is in the basement and the stairs are bit confusing as there are mirrors around. Just watch-out if you need to use it .

Really nice play to watch every kind of sport games

It belongs to the hostel where we stayed, which entitles you to a considerable discount on food. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive service (especially the Spanish waiter) with good burgers and snacks. We ordered a bacon and cheese burger and some BBQ chicken tenders with potatoes. The portions are very generous. I recommend it and when I return we will repeat.

Special thanks to Belushi’s Amsterdam! Highly recommended! We had an amazing night there until 3 AM. I accidentally left my iPhone 16 in the ladies’ toilet, and thankfully two gorgeous ladies found it. The incredible staff kept it safe and even charged it for me at the reception. I’m so grateful for the honesty and kindness. Thank you all so much, I’ll definitely be back again!

Very good atmosphere, super central, with a terrace, a pub at night, sometimes live music, it is inside the Winston hostel, they have delicious food and reasonable prices for the area.

Nice atmosphere and a very nice waiter! However, the burger was not really my taste (cold bread and vegetables, meat was very different from France ones)

Good for beers and smoking a spliff out the back. Food is really good. I was there when a band was on. Spliff was so good, I am pretty sure I saw a younger version of my dad playing guitar. So surreal. Also they have numerous tv screens for all sports. Food is really good also. Give it a try. If you get a bit fruity and wanna do the dirty or just can’t make it home, they have rooms also.
