The ice cream was top!!! We loved the chocolate brownie .

I came in and asked the employee a question, after which the white boy helped me nicely and the colored lady replied with: "Are you really going to make an effort to show her something?" I immediately left the store after her strange comment. B&J, train the staff!

Today around 6:00 PM I came to B&J for an ice cream with my mother. What a friendly and attentive woman who helped us! It makes my long-awaited visit to the store extra special. The ice cream: 10/10 (brownie chocolate fudge)

Lovely ice cream. Really nice to be able to mix different flavoured Ben and jerrys in one cup.

While I was eating my Ben&Jerry's, a piece of walnut shell got into my mouth and broke a piece of my tooth.

Ice cream was really good. Loved being able to personalize everything. They had flavors I haven't seen before. Workers were very helpful and happy people.

Ben and Jerry’s may be a big chain but this place is amazing. It’s located in a very cute corner of Rotterdam with a very nice upstairs. The music taste is exquisite ;) and the employees are wonderful and caring. 10/10

Delicious ice cream and very friendly staff. On the expensive side, but the scoops are huge and the ice cream is extremely tasty. They also had no fewer than 4 flavors of vegan ice cream.

Closed when it says it’s open.. confusing..

Hopefully Ben, Jerry or both can help me. My experience is meh and I will explain why. Don't put it on the ice. Over the past few weeks I have been relaxing at home after a busy day at work. Can you imagine it, you really feel like having an ice cream, you walk across the WDW around 8:15 PM, relax a bit and then you arrive at the store. What do you think? Stood in front of a closed door 4 times... mindahhhh. While on Google Maps it is open until 10pm every day except Sunday. Hopefully you can help me and the rest get a divine ice cream after dinner. I think you will make many children very happy with this, at least me. It will also generate a lot of turnover. Love, Henk

The store is never open. They put this warning at the door, informing that due "circumstances," they are closed that day, keeping it for days....

I love it! Vegan options are the best, the only downside is the queue

Is Ben and Jerry! 🌼 delicious ice cream with vegan options. The place is quite small and not too nice. I think that a different furniture and a little more decoration would make the place more pleasant. the staff was kind to me. Overall it's a good ice cream shop. I will be back

Really friendly staff, I would definitely come back again. The ice creams were tasty. The atmosphere was also cozy.

Klein assortiment , veel was op.

Kleine zaak op de altijd drukke Witte de With waar je even kan relaxen met heerlijk ijs. Personeel is heel kindvriendelijk en aardig. Mijn kids willen hier altijd langs als we in de buurt zijn, mama ook overigens. Ga zo door!

Eine Offizielle-Ben&Jerrys Eisdiele :) Es gibt das Eis als Kugel im Becher/in der Waffel oder in Kombination mit einer frischgebackenen Waffel und Sahne sowie Sauce. Preislich etwas hoch, es ist aber sein Geld wert. Man kann entweder vor dem Laden sitzen oder im Laden selbst gibt es auch Tische. Besonders gut fand ich die Möglichkeit, direkt neben dem Eistresen meine Hände waschen zu können. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Kunden-WC sowie weitere gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch und sein Geld wert. Bezahlung ist in Bar oder per Karte möglich. Personal ist freundlich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

The staff were super nice and friendly. The ice cream shop is well located in the witte de with street which is my personal favorite street of Rotterdam with amazing night life and a restaurant for every taste. The ice cream itself was not that good or at least sub par compared to other ice cream shops I have tried. Overall a nice experience.

Friendly staff and decent ice cream!

A beautiful little ice cream store for everybody who loves Ben & Jerry's! They offer different flavor with lots of different toppings. I had the special offer, "The Phish". I admit, it's a bit overpriced. I payed 8,95€ for a chocolate fish that wasn't very special, filled with two small scoops of ice, caramel, Marshmallow and chocolate flakes. But I knew what I was paying for so that's okay. The employee was very friendly and the store small but very cozy. You can either sit outside or have a seat on the second floor.

Eigenlijk viel B&J erg tegen....... helft van de smaken waren op en tevens was het hoorntje met 2 bolletjes wel extreem groot.

Ben je een tent die alleen ijs verkoopt en is de helft van de smaken niet te kiezen....? Bediening was wel vriendelijk.

I loved the ice cream here! I've always been a big Ben & Jerry's fan, but I never knew they had shops. What was even better is that they have special, shop-only flavours. The staff member was very kind and I had a great experience here.
