The ice cream is okay, but ordering via the terminals is impersonal. I feel sorry for the staff, mindlessly processing orders from slips of paper.

Clean ice cream parlor and they are quite fast; you could make your selection at machines and then pick it up. Good system and tasty ice cream.

McDonald’s ordering screens, seriously? The whole ice cream experience just walking right out the door. A shame, a real shame. Two stars because the ice cream is tasty, but a 3-star deduction because the experience is so naturally awful…

The ice cream itself is okay, but wow, it's become a bit impersonal. Ordering at a kiosk and the charm of choosing at the counter is gone. And it would be much more hygienic if the girls grabbed the cones with their hands instead of a paper cone or napkin around them.

Visited on 6 August at 7:16 PM. The curly-haired girl serving customers was absolutely disgusting. You seriously need to learn that three scoops of ice cream do not fit into your smallest cup. Instead of simply using a larger cup, she kept forcing the ice cream in, making a mess everywhere. What was even more shocking was that she then wiped the melted ice cream off the outside of the cup using what appeared to be a dirty cloth in the sink before handing it to me. Do you have any understanding of basic hygiene? Watching someone use a dirty rag on food packaging in a place that serves food is completely unacceptable. This was unhygienic, unprofessional. Staff handling food should follow basic hygiene standards. After witnessing this, I have absolutely no confidence in the cleanliness of this place and will never return

The lady used the dirty clothes in sink to clean the ice cream and handed it to us it was absolutely disgusting and ruined the experience and our appetite Was August 6 at around 19:16

At first glance, it looks like a small hipster shop, but the quality of the ice cream is truly outstanding! It's delicious, with no artificial flavors, and the ice cream stays firm for several minutes without melting immediately. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back!

Seeing everyone with ice cream in their hands in the late afternoon, we wanted to try it too. They had a variety of flavors; I ordered Nutella, pistachio, and Madagascar vanilla, while my friend ordered coconut and strawberry. The sugar balance was perfect, and the taste was truly like eating pistachio, vanilla, and Nutella. You could even see the pieces in the vanilla, and the pistachio had pistachio pieces in it. I don't usually like ice cream much, but I would definitely come back here again and again. You can also add extra cream, strop waffle pieces, and cones. Definitely the best in Rotterdam.

The ice cream is ordered and paid for at a self-service kiosk. Staff then prepare the order. The selection is very large and includes not only classic flavors but also some more unusual varieties. The ice cream is delicious and very popular; the shop had a constant stream of customers both inside and outside.

Delicious ice cream in a very modern shop! Be prepared to wait outside in a queue if it’s a hot summer weekend day/evening. The payment process is like McDonald’s/Burger King with their automated pay machines, so no real human interaction in that front. So no way to try to flavors before buying. But I lucked out and got salted caramel and it was delightful. Will definitely have to make a trip back to Rotterdam just for this flavor. What a great little shop. I would like to note that it is not wheelchair accessible due to the step it takes to get inside. A pretty substantial step up. Would love to see the owners of the establishment address this accessibility challenge.

Ooh, what service! I can't eat gluten, and Madina double-checked to ensure I wouldn't have any stomach issues, and her energy is so positive. I really didn't feel burdened because she reassured me that she didn't want things to go wrong, even though it was incredibly busy. They kept the crowds out with a staff member standing at the door, who, by the way, also had a big smile despite the crowds and heat. Everyone is eating their ice cream with real satisfaction. Delicious creamy ice cream in many different flavors

I was here a while ago and ordered an ice cream and matcha. It was a hot day and they didn't have air conditioning at the time, but there was a large screen showing when your order was ready. Fine, I could just wait outside and check the screen to see when my order was ready for pickup. At least, that's what I thought; since it was busy, I assumed it would take a bit longer. When I came back after a while and asked if my order was ready yet, no one could speak to me properly and they just looked at each other. I was told to prove that I had placed an order, which I found absurd. Then I was told that someone else had taken my order and they were going to discuss whether they were going to remake it. After they had decided, I managed to get my order with some difficulty, with the message that *I* needed to pay better attention next time and not look at the screen because they were apparently making announcements. This was my first time there; there are screens for ordering, so I couldn't have known that they would only make announcements and that the screen was just hanging there for show. What I found most bizarre was that they had the nerve to put the blame on me, when they themselves should be taking responsibility for delivering the order to the right customer. Everything is self-service there, so you should at least put a smile on your face when all you have to do is hand the order to your customer/guest. By the way, the ice cream was tasty, but on the pricey side. Unfortunately, not recommended.

Yummy ice cream and friendly staff. So many delicious flavours! My favourites are salted caramel, cookie dough, hazelnut, yogurt, oma’s apple tart, lion, kitkat, and vanilla. There’s a spacious seating area outside where you can take the time to enjoy your treat.

Despite the crowds, we got to the kiosk quickly and were served fast. Tasty ice cream, decent portions, and a reasonable price considering the location. Recommended.

The ice cream parlor was very modern and neat. Nice modern music. Polite staff. The reason it received 3 stars is that the matcha (both of them) tasted like nothing. And so I felt it was a waste of my money (15 euros). A scoop of vanilla ice cream would have done wonders.

Delicious ice cream. It is truly a great concept that nowadays you no longer have to stand in line and can order everything yourself via the checkout counter. That makes the visit quick and pleasant. However, I have one major question regarding hygiene. Why isn't the staff wearing gloves? I saw several employees touching the cones, waffles, and other products with bare hands. Subsequently, they touch their hair, face, or clothing with the same hands and then continue serving the ice cream. That comes across as very unhygienic and, frankly, makes eating the ice cream less pleasant afterwards. Therefore, my question to the owners is: why are gloves or other hygienic measures not used when handling products that are eaten directly by customers? Otherwise, the ice cream was very tasty, but I hope more attention will be paid to hygiene.

There is a blonde girl who works here who kept sitting around on the table and chatting. Why?” Why does it matter to her that I wanted extra whipped cream? Strange girl. This was Tuesday, I think around 5 or 6 o'clock.

This is a very novel ice cream shop (they also sell coffee). The flavors are rich and varied (there are even Dutch caramel biscuit flavors), but since each scoop is quite large, it is recommended to order one or two scoops to avoid getting too greasy at the end.

Loved the ice cream here, and not too expensive either. I tried the blueberry cheesecake and yoghurt split, both great. Staff super busy and efficient, and had to queue a little bit. But if you love ice cream, this was the best out of all the places in Rotterdam

This icecream shop is located in one of the most famous streets of Rotterdam. Tried straciatella and blueberry cheesecake icecreams. Both were very sweet. Flavors and textures were fine and balanced, but at the end, it was sugar rush for me. On the other hand, cones were very fresh and crisp. Overall, it is a 3 star for me.

I can’t see the common ground when it comes to rating ice cream. We all have our own cuppa tea. Yet I couldn’t find anything supporting the €2.70/scoop price tag, oh, c’mon! At the very least, a better service delivery would make the cut.
