A regular cafe without any frills. The food is standard, but fresh.

Delicious breakfast! I definitely recommend having a meal here! Everything was very tasty, fast service, friendly staff (speak English) we all loved our breakfast.

While visiting Amsterdam, I stopped in Berry for a cappuccino. It was good, as the cinnamon bun. The staff was friendly and professional. The is sufficient seating inside and outside along the canal.

Cute cafe to grab some breakfast! We tried the Berry breakfast, which includes a hot drink, orange juice, croissant and sourdough with cheese and butter, the cheese toastie and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was tasty! I would recommend Berry Amsterdam for a relaxed Sunday morning breakfast!

Nice coffee place! Were all women working there and they were all very kind and friendly. Very normal prices for a cafe. Vibe inside is cosy, perfect for a cosy afternoon hang out with a friend or a morning coffee and breakfast.

Cute and local cafe. However it's the longest I've waited for a coffee(to-go), 5-6 staff circling around the cashier chatting about studies😅, with their back towards us, for at least a few minutes before we got approached. Took another 15-20 minutes before we got our coffee, and it was super sour unfortunately. Would not come by again.

Berry has put every inch of space to great use in this cozy corner cafe. There’s food, sweets, and drinks, as well as ample sitting areas and space to work on a laptop. We tried the carrot cake, and it tasted perfectly homemade with tart, fresh cream cheese frosting and hearty chunks of walnut and shredded carrot. All drinks we tried were lovely: cappuccino, hot chocolate, matcha, and dirty chai. We stayed for hours chatting and enjoying the atmosphere, will definitely be back.

Breakfast is excellent, but staffs are not ''really'' experienced and kind. First they are really slow, and not even aware of who is new and if it is needed to take order or not, secondly there is a rule as not sitting in the small tables if you are working, i can truly understand this, but rule is rule, you can not change it according to person to person, or to your peak times. I am not planning to come by often, because of the staff not the food.

Very nice place for a nice cup of coffee or tea. The lapsang tea is highly recommended. The atmosphere is pleasant and the interior cozy. Cakes are also tasty. Would love to come back for a sandwich or sandwich.

Absolutely loving this place, one of the gems in Amsterdam. I always go here when I’ve the chance. The staff is so friendly and really makes my day. There’s a great terrace to catch some sun. You can go here with a friend to have a coffee or just by yourself to read a book or write something. I always order the cappuccino and the cinnamon bun - some of the best in Amsterdam. 🙌 Back soon!

Very nice and cosy place for breakfast coffee. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it has a great sitting area outside. I liked the simple and clean food choices (the croissant with butter and jam was really good) and also liked the coffee.

My favourite spot in town Berry offers a full experience that combines great coffee, delicious sourdough bread, beautiful decor and specially friendly staff. The girls are lovely and spread their good energy to every table. Thank you for your amazing work 🥰

Not really fast service, cappuccino arrived not exactly warm. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, nice place to do some work, but it's a shame that there is none available here. Recommended, menu and prices all look very reasonable.

The chill and cozy atmosphere this place offers is out of this world. Found comfort and peace in both the place and coffee & breakfast which was much needed for me to start a tour in Amsterdam for the first time. Great coffee and freshly baked croissant will not disappoint you. Would love to visit this place again when I come back to Amsterdam. 💯💯💯💯 out of 💯💯💯💯!

Delicious Flat White and super friendly staff

A really cute and sweet coffee shop! The inside is super homey and calming. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk! It was strong and good! My friend ordered a cappuccino! We also shared a slice of the banana nut bread. To be honest it wasn’t my favorite. I like a sweeter bread. To be fair there was a sign that said something about it being sugar free or refined sugar in the bread. So it was healthier than what I’m used to! Service was friendly

Cozy spot for breakfast and brunch. Their breakfast bundles are amazing and very filling. Everything I tried was soo good, it’s all homemade. The carrot cake is definitely a must try, it’s baked freshly, the smell is all around 😍

Na de ochtendfilm, of de Ten Katemarkt, of de Kinkerstraat of, hoe dan ook Waar zullen we gaan lunchen? Amsterdam Berry is geen slachtoffer van het reserveringsmonster. Als je een beschikbare plek ziet dan is die plek ook leeg. Geen reserveringsbordjes. En dus ook geen onderhandelings-gesprekken. Heerlijk. Alleen daarom al is Berry een zeer goede keuze. En hoe zit het dan met ook allemaal goed.

I would give it more stars if not the staff. 2 young girls filling up the whole space with their loud conversations to the point I could not hear my friend talking to me from 0,3m distance. I felt like we were interrupting them in their social meeting. I couldn't really relax there enough and left tired from the noises. Not a very customer - oriented place.

Decided to meet up with a good friend here today and walked the 45 minutes in the cold especially. Was totally worth it though. Cozy atmosphere, delicious sugar free banana cake and warming oat-milk flat white. What more could a boy ask for, right?!? Don't hesitate to stop by this place. You won't regret it (the staff are excellent too).

The place is really cute, and they have fresh juice, they food I was bit disappointed at least I didn’t think would have it unshelled my on egg, so was bit weird for me. The servers was really friendly and nice.

Heel leuk ontbijttentje met huiselijke sfeer! Echt een uniek plekje tov andere tentjes en zeker een aanrader! Ze hebben scherp geprijsde menu's waar je ook echt goed vol van zit. Hele leuke tent!

We hebben zo ontzettend gezellig en heerlijk ontbeten bij Berry dat we de volgende dag besloten om nog een keer hier te genieten van het granola breakfast. De granola was vers gemaakt net als de juice van appel/gember/wortel. Verder is het een mooie locatie en sfeervol ingericht.🔝

Alles klopt hier. Gezellige en tegelijk ruim opgezette zaak met ontspannen achtergrond muziek (Berrylicious 4). De koffie en huisgemaakte taarten, ook vegan, consumeer je heerlijk op het terras. In de zon en aan een rustig plein. Of binnen dichtbij de gezellige bediening. One of my favorites!

Vriendelijk personeel, goede koffie en heerlijk gebak. En op een leuke, rustige plek in Amsterdam. Aanrader!

One of my favourite places in Amsterdam It's so hard to find a place like this anymore. The Square and the Mediterranean plants around are wonderful. The staff smiling , smart with a sense of humor . Knowing the owner you can understand why. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. The coffee at a good level . Granola with yoghurt and juice with beetroot is what I order on weekends while waiting for my friends Of course in winter it's so cozy. And the weekend it gets double and even more beautiful.

We hadden een heerlijk plekje in de zon, bijna niemand anders op het terras. Heel gezellig personeel! It was definitely a vibe. Weer eens wat anders ook dan een broodje hummus voor vegans. We hadden lekker een vegan tosti met bonen en een soort pittige saus.

Very cute little cafe with a selection of several healthy breakfasts. Huge windows, many indoor plants combined with wooden furniture give this place a special charm. I also don't want to forget to mention lounge music what was playing during my breakfast. Very good coffee, fresh juices, and above all I would praise the friendliness of the staff. Warm recommendation for a very good start to the day.

Really lovely spot! We came for breakfast and ordered a latte, apple oatcake and kimchi melt. Particularly enjoyed the apple cake (refined sugar free!) which was fresh out the oven and tasted like apple crumble. All the baked goods were being made from scratch at the counter which added to the homely environment.

Very nice and cozy place. One of the rare cafes in the city where you can find a tasty filter coffee.

Most authentic coffee place in Oud West. The owner is really involved with both his products - great coffee and self-baked pastries and delicious savoury food - as his customers. Good place to read, work and meet with friends. Also great terrace for the Amsterdam spring/summer days.
