Poor service, more than an hour late, which meant breakfast was served and the letter that should have been included was missing, which indicated what it was for. Poor service.

A pile of cheap, prepackaged junk. I couldn't believe my eyes. And then they were charging €27.50. I'm sure there are a lot of customers during this coronavirus crisis. But I wouldn't be able to sleep soundly if I had to earn my living like that.

The previous review could have been mine. I reserved a Mother's Day breakfast with a time slot, and they didn't show up at the agreed-upon time. I tried to contact them via email and messenger, but all they did was give me a rude response. NEVER again at beschuitje.nl! The breakfast itself wasn't good either. The bread wasn't baked, the egg was from days ago (blue), and instead of a Mother's Day card, they included a birth announcement. It was absolutely ridiculous!

The Mother's Day breakfast with delivery by 08:30 AM ordered at Ontbijtservice Beschuitje.nl was never delivered. The Customer Service is very unprofessional too, they were not able to give any info about the order when contacting them. I was not informed that my order won’t be delivered and I received no explanation for this. I don’t recommend this organization!

We arranged a Mother's Day breakfast for our 8-year-old grandchild at Ontbijtservice Beschuitje.nl. Almost €100.00 for 2 breakfasts. They offered Priority delivery, just to be sure, so you're guaranteed the exact time. Instead of 9:30 AM, the delivery driver arrived at 12:00 PM. 2.5 hours late! More like lunch time than breakfast. Judging by all the negative reviews about this company online, this is more the norm than the exception. We asked for an explanation, of course, but unfortunately, there was no substantive response or explanation. Other than that I need more trust and patience. They simply turned breakfast into lunch. No apology for this disappointing start to Mother's Day. What a lousy organization. We'll definitely never order again. Absolutely unsuitable for this purpose.

Awful service, stood on their phones and chatting when we needed assistance. Food was not good at all and had to pay for basic condiments. No one asked us how the food was and if we needed anything. Horrendous experience as a couple visiting Amsterdam for the first time. Do not recommend.

I went for coffee with my aunt. We had to wait 20 minutes for two cups of coffee, which was ridiculous. Otherwise, the place looks very clean.

We placed an order, and it came wrong twice. On top of that, even though we asked a young waiter for water five times, it never arrived. The tea and coffee we ordered at the very beginning still hadn’t come even after we finished our breakfast. By the way, it’s very strange — wrong orders are being delivered to every table, and there are 4–5 plates just sitting around with no owner. If you can’t manage table service or don’t have a waiter who can take orders correctly, you could switch to self-service. We shouldn’t be the ones to teach you this, right?
