Not good service, more than an hour late, so breakfast was only served and the letter that should have been included for what it was for is missing, bad service

A lot of cheap pre-packaged junk. I couldn't believe my eyes. And then 27.50 questions. Probably a lot of customers in this corona crisis. But I wouldn't be able to sleep peacefully if I had to earn my money like this.

The previous review could have been my review. Breakfast for Mother's Day with a reserved time slot and they did not arrive at the agreed time. I contacted them via email and messenger, but all they did was give a rude answer. NEVER again for me at beschuitje.nl! The breakfast itself was also not good. Bread not baked, egg from days ago (blue) and a birth announcement instead of a card for Mother's Day. Really didn't make any sense!

The Mother's Day breakfast with delivery by 08:30 AM ordered at Ontbijtservice Beschuitje.nl was never delivered. The Customer Service is very unprofessional too, they were not able to give any info about the order when contacting them. I was not informed that my order won’t be delivered and I received no explanation for this. I don’t recommend this organization!

On behalf of our 8-year-old grandchild, we arranged a Mother's Day breakfast at Ontbijtservice Beschuitje.nl Almost €100.00 for 2 breakfasts. To be on the safe side with Priority delivery, so you can be sure of time. Instead of 9:30 am, the delivery person arrived at 12:00 noon. 2.5 hours late! More lunch time than breakfast. When I look at all the negative comments about this company on the internet, this is more regular than exceptional. Obviously asked for an explanation, unfortunately no substantive response and/or explanation. Other than that I need to have more faith and patience. They simply turn breakfast into lunch. No apologies for this disappointing start to Mother's Day. What a worthless organization. Of course never again for us. Absolutely unsuitable for this purpose.

The breakfast was delicious. Delivered on time by a very friendly driver.
