Fabulous bagels, and a lovely visit every time! The team does an amazing job to make you feel welcomed, as well as make your delicious bagels. Was missing the delicious bagels from the states, and they have such amazing variety. Try their creative specialty bagel as well, changing every so often for new flavor and combinations.

Very delicious and fresh bagels!! A lot of different choices, also for vegan/vegetarians. The girl who served us was very polite and welcoming!

This little shop is pure sorcery. I was there as a tourist and looking for a quick lunch to go. I had the bagel with focaccia and pesto/ mozzarella/ tomato filling and I swear it had magic in it. First bite was pure bliss. Even after an hour it was not soggy and tasted still fresh. Very big recommendation here!

Best bagel store ever in NL. I’ve been a customer since student days, and now that settled in Leiden, this place has become a part of my life here. Chewy, fresh bagels, love taking them home and creating my own toppings.

Amazing bagles freshly made at the store and they make awesome sandwiches with all types. Staff is very nice and experienced.

Friends recommended coffee here, so on Saturday morning we took two cappuccinos for 7.40 to take away. One coffee was good so score 4 The second coffee is more precisely milk without coffee, therefore the score is -0 In total, 4/2=2

Whenever I can I travel from Maastricht to Leiden to get some bagels here because they are the best in the business. Atmosphere is always chill and friendly even if its busy, the workers will take good care of you. I also think the girl who served me was flirting with me cuz she wrote ‘love’ on my bagel and gave me a forehead kiss. Amazing service, 10/10 would recommend.

The bagel breads were extremely dry and also hard. They seemed old bread, and they were hard to eat them. Anyway, good options for vegetarian and vegan

I recently visited BetterBagels and was thoroughly impressed! The bagels were fantastic, and the spicy one was a standout—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. Excellent flavors and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

I was walking there and looking for an open bakery/café. I've always wanted to try bagels. A small shop with nice employees. The bagels are freshly topped. In my opinion, the bagels are a bit firm but definitely tasty.

The tastiest bagels in the Netherlands! Delicious, surprisingly filled (vegan) bagels, but it's also fun to take the bagels home and fill them yourself.

The bagel tastes as good as the name of the shop itself. I was in NY years ago, tried some good bagels there, and the bagel quality here is second to none. Frank is an amazing man to talk to, you will be inspired! I will definitely come back!

A couple years we tried a bagel at this place, with filling like salmon or egg salad. All I remember from that experience was that the bagel was very tough. Saw them on TooGoodToGo some time ago and bought a few times now. I have to say, I have completely changed my opinion about this place. The bagels are amazing! I always warm up my freezer-stored bagels in the oven just before eating, and they taste super delicious.

Best bagels in NL. Had the deluxe lox and went to heaven. This place is better than the Netherlands bagel place in Den Haag.

Amazing homemade gluten free bagels! It was so nutritious and delicious…a real treat to find a gluten free and vegan lunch! If I had this near my home, I’d go nearly every day! They were also very friendly and they even helped point us to great things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

Prima wat hardere glutenvrije bagels (geen luchtige/zachte bagels verwachten!). Echter heb ik nu al meerdere keren gehad op verschillende dagen dat ik aankwam in de ochtend en spreads nog niet verkrijgbaar waren. Dan krijg je doodleuk te horen: ‘ja over een half uur kan je terugkomen’. Niet heel gek om alles klaar te hebben staan voor je klanten voordat je open gaat toch? Service kan dus beter.

Visité Leiden desde Den Haag y me detuve aquí cuando busqué en Google 'bagels' por capricho y encontré este lugar. Me había estado perdiendo los bagels de calidad después de mi vida en los Estados Unidos y Londres. ¡Gran cosa que hice! Compré 6 para el congelador (y obtuve uno gratis con mis seis). Mordisqueé la mitad de un bagel de 'todo' en mi camino al museo y no me decepcionó. Los Double Everything son top. ¡Lástima que no estén en La Haya! Delicioso.

No estaba seguro de que me iban a impresionar los bagels, pero estaban deliciosos junto con la tarta de queso (y compré un poco de regaliz, aún no lo he probado). Tuve el vegano cubierto, mi compañero tenía uno de tocino y mi hijo tenía un hummus que tuve la suerte de comer. Todo delicioso! No estoy seguro de que mi tienda traiga bagels ya será lo suficientemente buena, aunque vimos al dueño hacerlos y nos aseguró que podemos intentar hacerlos en casa. . . . . ¡Volveremos, hay una nuez rematada que quiero probar!
