Just had the most bizarre experience at Beren Middenbaan in Barendrecht. We ordered food, and half of it was missing. We called them to tell them we were missing half, and were then called liars. Apparently, they were 1000% sure they'd given it to the delivery driver. Furthermore, the fries we received were completely limp and lukewarm. Maybe from now on, they should speak to their delivery driver first, or double-check the order before calling customers liars! I've never experienced anything like this before, blaming your own mistakes on customers. We won't be ordering from them again!

Delicious dishes and everything can be ordered separately for a small additional charge

We had a wonderful meal thanks to BezorgBeer! The food was nice and hot upon arrival, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. Delivery was super fast, which is always nice when you're hungry. There's plenty of choice on the menu, something for everyone, even the little ones. And as a nice surprise, we even got free socks with our order. All in all, definitely recommended!

Never again will I get a delivery bear from here. One time it's okay, the next time it's wrong. And now it's really wrong again. I ordered at 5:20 PM (the website said it would take 70 minutes). So I'm hoping to have something at 6:30 PM. Then they call and say, "We'll be there in 30 minutes." Which isn't very practical with a 2.5-year-old, but oh well. Half an hour later, nothing. I call again at 7:22 PM and am told, "Sorry, it's in the oven," and told it will take 10 minutes. But I know that's bullshit and that it would still be at least another 15-20 minutes. They said they underestimated the demand, saying, "How long have you been without a delivery bear?" I canceled the order over the phone, and they'll refund it. Amateurs, they should close their doors and never open again.

Ordered last night, September 9th. Delicious food. Hot and fast. Friendly delivery person. Everything looked great.

What a crappy website. Sorry, you have to check six boxes, and if you don't check one correctly because of the various messages (no, I don't want a second paid side dish), then you don't get a first side dish either. The result? Just a box with 4 satay sticks, mayonnaise, and applesauce for almost 20 euros. You'd think you'd have to check that first side dish of regular or thick fries as a mandatory option anyway, and possibly others as optional, so that one would be omitted. But no. I guess I didn't look properly after that 'incorrect' message popped up: you still have to check something. So I apparently checked the wrong thing and opened the second side dish option. But seriously, when you see this come in as an order, you, as the seller, think, "That customer must have made a mistake, right?" Done with that already.

Have ordered here several times, always something went wrong, now just again, I placed the time, arrived more than 10 minutes before the time stated, stood cold on the ground in front of the door for 5 minutes. Delicious, that calls itself the bears

Keep up the good work...😁🙏 Me and my girlfriend have been "regulars" for quite a while now and we're still having a great time! Last night dinner came a little later than planned due to crowds. Someone called politely and said it was taking a little longer and apologized. The food came a little later, but it didn't taste any less! Very good! 😁🙏 Keep it up! 🌹

I ordered food from the bears again in a long time, but unfortunately the food was already lukewarm/cold when it was delivered. Were probably the last of the ride. Too bad you get cold food for so much money.

I was called promptly and she was very friendly that they arrived a little late, but that they were busy preparing our food did not seem to be a problem. And our food was super tasty and we couldn't finish it. Well packaged and friendly delivery person. We ordered LOADED SCHNITZEL It will definitely continue like this 👍

Wednesday evening we had a 3-course menu twice, 1 of which was gluten-free. The person with gluten-free only got a plate with a lot of satay sauce and some satay on her plate and the plate was otherwise bare. No vegetables or anything added. Nowadays you are asked if you want French fries or sweet potato, for which you have to pay €1 more, we only saw this on the receipt after payment. Previously you got a lot of bear fries, but now you get a small bowl of fries. For the 3 course menu with a price of €32.50, you can really expect something. For us this was a major setback and it is a shame that the Beren has deteriorated so much. Unfortunately we will not be returning again.

Had to wait a very long time for an order on Tuesday evening, more than an hour, that's possible... but when it arrives, the fries are cold and stiff, the satay sauce from the chicken satay has dried up... very unfortunate for over €20... a waste of money.

Half an hour after the delivery time I receive a message that it has been delivered to my neighbor... yes... she is on vacation for 5 weeks..... when I call, the delivery person still arrives... .enjoy your meal sir...it turned out well...oh yes? Het was al een tijdje geleden dat ik de beren had besteld. Toen destijds erg lekker en knapperige friet. De beren vind ik iets aan de prijzige kant, dus ik bestel er niet vaak. Vandaag besloot ik weer eens te bestellen. Helaas niet zo lekker als de vorige keer.. De burger was kaal: 1 sompig blaadje sla en 2 plakjes droge harde bacon. De friet was helaas ook niet zo lekker als de laatste keer: erg droog en slap. Enige pluspunt was de spareribs, die waren gelukkig wel heel lekker!

Heb weer een keer besteld, het was voor ons een paar jaar geleden omdat het gewoon slecht was dus weer geprobeert maar is nog steeds niet goed. Kruidenboter echt superzout, kippetjes van gisteren die opgewarmd zijn en hele bleke kipsnitzel en kipfilet en sate. En allemaal bij elkaar in de doos alles klef en nat. Nee voor ons nu nooit meer.

Om 16:00 bestelde ik om op 18:00 4x sparerib-menu's te halen. Ik kwam om 18:05 aan en ik kreeg 4 warme dozen mee. Alles correct en alles warm. Alles was lekker en het is gewoon wat je verwacht. Het zijn wel jonge mensen die er werken, maar heb er vertrouwen in.

Lekker eten! We zijn al lang klant bij het restaurant en hier afhalen of bezorgen is in de huidige tijd wel echt next best! Helaas 1 klein puntje wel te vermelden is dat je in het restaurant patat krijgt voor een weeshuis en bij de bezorging of afhalen net aan genoeg voor 1 persoon. Soms is het wat karig. Maar goed de kids eten nooit alles en dit is ook wel tegen verspilling.

Het eten was super en van goede kwaliteit. Vriendelijk personeel, een echte aanrader!!

Vorige week een bestelling geplaats,het heeft ons goed gesmaakt! Bestelling was er met een half uur en alles was netjes verpakt, complimenten. wij zullen vaker gaan bestellen.

Heerlijk gegeten met mijn familie. Ik kies altijd voor de spareribs berepittig en zoals gewoonlijk was het heerlijk!

Lekker gegeten.Prima burger met overheerlijke burgersaus. Wat ik ook altijd er prettig vind is dat je zelf je burger kan beleggen. De toppings worden appart in bakjes erbij geleverd. Ik ben geen fan van ui en dit hoef ik dus ook niet op mijn broodje te doen.

Snelle bezorging, eten was lekker! Zeker nog een keer bestellen😍🤤

Het duurde een uur voor de bestelling er was en de Saté stokjes zaten kleine stukjes varkenshaas op. Dit was anders nooit maar dit was echt het geld niet waard zeer jammer
