Beautiful, spacious, and large terrace with a lovely view. I haven't been inside yet. Friendly service. Nice menu and, of course, plenty of beer selection. It's just a shame there's no non-alcoholic beer on the menu.

A wonderful restaurant with delicious beets on tap. We also took a tour of the brewery, but that was a bit disappointing. The quiz was fun, but there was a lot of information and very little to see. Basically just metal silos, not a single movement of the production process.

Had a wonderful afternoon/evening. Especially enjoyed the unfiltered Alfa on tap. Then we had delicious, super-tender spareribs and a mixed grill. Very friendly service and skilled chefs. Highly recommended!

Cozy, good food, nice beers, nice terrace

Of course, we had a nice beer after our bike ride. We enjoyed some delicious bread with it, and there was plenty of room on the terrace. The service was also friendly, which was great :)

Beautiful brewery, stunning location, fantastic beer, a superb guide (Paul, I believe), in short: truly worth a visit! And definitely worth staying afterward: after the tour and tasting, you can relax in the wonderful café/restaurant, either inside or outside. It's simply fantastic!

Beautiful restaurant and lovely terrace with spacious covered seating. The staff was very lackluster. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a friendly smile. I had nachos as a snack, but they were also great. Some of the nachos were burnt, and the rest were so sticky that it wasn't very appealing. But the most important thing is that when you sit down, the staff serves you kindly. So, for these reasons, only 3 stars.

We had a drink at the Alfa Brewery Café, which is located next to the actual brewery. The view was stunning, as this is a beautiful setting anyway. We tried both the Edelweis and the regular pure, and both were delicious and highly recommended (especially the Edelweis). Unfortunately, I found the service a bit slow at times because they were often very busy with each other. Otherwise, they were friendly, and we had a nice time. We're going to take the tour right away, though we arrived a bit too late for it. We'll definitely be back!

Friends of ours had made a reservation and that was definitely a good choice. Terrace was nicely full, the weather cooperated. Delicious lunch, staff; one made jokes and laughed, another unfortunately could not find the muscles for a smile. But for us it was a successful lunch.

Top location for a break while walking through the beautiful hilly country

I asked if I could pay half of the bill in advance. That was not possible and I got an irritated reaction!!! The order took a very long time several times. I must mention this. The snacks and appetizers were very tasty. And there is a lot of choice for special beer on tap.

We did a beer tasting and the beers were delicious and good. As food, we tried chicken (sate van kip) and the chef's specialty, venison. Everything was very nice and delicious. Since there is a little too much sauce in the dishes, if you want less sauce, it will be good for you. If you happen to be here, I definitely recommend it.

I am a repeat visitor and enjoy being there. The tours are interesting and entertaining. The food is great and the beer is tasty.

I was there for the 2nd time and to be honest it was disappointing again. The staff is very slow. Had to go get the card myself. According to my husband, the pork belly was tasty. Sour meat could use a little more salt and pepper. Fries limp. You notice that it is more of a cafe than a restaurant. Shame

Staff was slow and could have been a bit friendlier, even though it was not busy at all, after 15 minutes I went to get the menu at the buffet. The food (pork belly) was delicious and with lots of vegetables.

After a lovely walk in the area we had a bite to eat here. We went for the Autumn Bock which was offered to us in a “tasting”. Nicely done and good to find out which flavor suits you best. Main courses were fine and we enjoyed our meal and drinks. Service (young lady) was a bit inexperienced but very polite. All in all a great experience, certainly inviting you to come back for a delicious beer.

Wonderful place to drink/taste one of the alfa beers. Also one of the only places where you get unfiltered. 100% recommended to try. Also a good end point for a walk.

Alfa brewery bock beer event. Very cool with all kinds of great traditions. Bokken....shooter's...band that played all kinds of polkas....a man who told a wonderful story about the new beer and delicious new bokken beer.

Here you can taste and experience authentic Limburg conviviality and real traditional beer and dishes. I enjoyed a unique beer sorbet, made with Alfa Edelpils. The atmosphere reminded me of a village pub. You will immediately feel at home here in the middle of Limburg culture. Definitely recommended!

Lekker onder het doek genieten vsn n bierplankje en unne kalte Platte. Tsjonge tsjonge een genot voor de tong zowel de drank zls het eten. Ook het Alfa fruitbier viel in de smaK asn de andere kant van de tafel, want er werd nog een we besteld en dat maak ik niet vaak mee. Ben je te voet of oppe fits maak een tussenstop. Masr ook met de auto ben je vN harte welkom hier. Genug Parkplatz.

the manager of the business felt it necessary to ridicule my wife for putting syrup in the beer. He also had to repeat this mockingly at other tables. We were fans of the Alfa brewery, but this gives it a special aftertaste.

We hebben gisteren met zijn 4-en Bie de bron gegeten. Het eten was slecht van kwaliteit. Ten opzichte van een jaar geleden is het eten er sterk op achteruit gegaan en de oudere man in de bediening was lomp en onaardig. Wij gaan niet meer terug om te eten.

Mooie gelegenheid met prima bier uiteraard. Heerlijk gegeten. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Jammer van de zichzelf geweldig vindende hoofd gerant. Wat een vervelende man die meende het personeel te moeten kleineren. Doet afbreuk aan deze mooie plek.

Yesterday I celebrated my 40th birthday Bie de Bron. It was well taken care of! What a nice location, good food and good service. They made an effort to make it a very nice evening for us. Patrick, Luca and team: thank you!

Na een eerste keer heerlijk eten, was het gisteren teleurstellend. Eerst was het eten lauw, na klacht meteen weggehaald maar kwam opgewarmd (tonijn was nu kurk droog) terug. Spijt dat ik voor dit geld, totaal € 165,00 het eten wederom niet had teruggestuurd. De jongen in de bediening vond het ook erg jammer dat het nú teleurstellend was, hij betreft geen blaam en gaf gratis een kopje koffie. Ook al is het druk op zaterdag, het eten moet goed zijn!

Nice to be able to eat so well at the Alfa Brewery. Beautiful dishes (Suurvlees could be a little less sweet) consisting of good portions. Some of the staff members run very fast, but some don't. As a result, our main course was delivered and the fries only 12 minutes later. It was made up for by quick service with apologies and a cup of coffee. But definitely recommended!

Food was really fantastic. Sour meat could have been a little more sour. Was a little too sweet, throw in some pickle juice. The pork belly was fantastic. A truly delicious oriental taste. Quite spicy (very spicy for the Dutch palate). One of the only 2 places where you can drink Alfa pure unfiltered. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time before they came to ask for the order. Because there was only 1 waitress. The burger was a little pink on the inside.

Beautifully situated terrace with the tastiest lager in the world, which is twice as tasty when you see the Alfa brewery before your eyes. The menu is trendy and invites you to stay longer and certainly come back often.

A beautiful catering facility linked to Alfa beer in the Limburg hill country. Very friendly and pleasant employees. Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly expensive to visit a catering establishment. Average 4 euros per drink (1 coffee, piece of apple pie and 2 spring bucks). BUT once a month is still financially possible.

Nice and tasty, not too extensive dinner menu, which guarantees freshness. Various dishes prepared with Alfa beer. Alfa draft beer, Dort and very special unfiltered Alfa... only available at this location. Smooth and friendly service Had a nice evening, worth repeating.

I regularly come here while walking (in beautiful surroundings) to take a break. Sometimes there are free guided tours of the brewery here, really worth it. This location also houses a small museum, which you can visit for free. In my opinion the menu could be a little more extensive. If you visit Bie de Bron, don't forget to drink a delicious tapped Alfa beer, really delicious.

Very nice location near the Alfa brewery. Cozy terrace and extra fun this afternoon with a live orchestra. The source is also highly recommended for parties and celebrations. Compliments to the staff.

What I think is such a shame is that if you don't drink alcohol, there are only standard soft drinks as an alternative. An iced coffee in the summer, or a mocktail. Yes, it is a beer brewer, but we also come here because of the nice location.

2 glasses with lipstick on the rim. I expect them to pay more attention to this. There wasn't really any service because the terrace wasn't actually open yet in this nice weather, so we could get drinks inside at the bar.

We love Alfa beer and are happy that this restaurant now exists. There is also a shop here.
