Biergarten Eindhoven in Oud-Strijp

We were here with a group tonight. Everything is done via QR code. Three times we went to smoke or use the restroom, and our entire table, full of beer, was cleared. We confronted the staff, but received little response. All the beers are very expensive, around €7-8. The food was fine.

Friendly service. The sandwiches are carelessly thrown together, and their signature sandwich is decorated with chewy bits of cowhide. The homemade lemonade was delicious, but half the ice cream.

I don't recommend burgers - the meat reminded some canned product and didn't taste good. Beers are fine, though

Enjoyed a smoothie sour beer from the diverse menu, and the fries were amazing! They had some spice/herb mix and it was addictive.

Fantastic, spacious dining and drinking establishment in the heart of Strijp-S. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, a wide variety of delicious beers, and delicious food. We couldn't find anything to eat with our beer, so we decided to share a picanja. It was neatly presented on two plates, each with their own fries. That's really thoughtful of the chef. Top-notch!

Nice pub in Eindhoven with a fun terrace!

Service is amazing, Cuyen brights up the day like no one else, always with a smile and a great energy. Such a charm and what a pleasure to meet her! Also a great variety of beers and music and a great environment. Had the luck to also meet Loris and Nick (as I am becoming a regular) great staff! Will be back!

Chaos was het er op zaterdagavond. Te weinig personeel dat loopt rond te rennen. De bestel app stond uit omdat het anders te druk werd?? Belachelijk dure drankjes waar je eindeloos voor in de rij staat. Eten was schokkend. Hamburgertje leek wel plastic, kwam na een uur!! De frietjes nooit gekomen, prijs: 45 eur!!

Evening of music in the Blue Collar Café, but first pamper your inner self. The weather was perfect to grab a terrace and it was already pleasantly busy on the Biergarten terrace around half past six. Ordering is done via the QR code on the table and it works fine. First a few delicious large mugs (0.5 liters) of Gulpener Weizen. For dinner, delicious BBQ Beef Skewers with fries.

Such a great staff! My brazilian friends and I never felt so well treated in a restaurant in the Netherlands like we were at this restaurant. Friendly, efficient and the food is awesome. Congratulations on the the kitchen, bar and management. You guys have top level of service.

Nice place for getting a beer or two

Yesterday with a friend we decided to have a beer somewhere at Strijp-S. As a smoker I naturally like to sit outside and after some Google research I decided to look at the Biergarten. Upon arrival, there was already a crackling fire burning in one of the barrels and it was immediately clear that we were going to take a seat here. There was a large block with a QR code on the table and the first beer was quickly ordered. Soon someone came with an ashtray and the barrel was replenished with logs. Now that's service. Super friendly staff, also up for a nice chat and the afternoon progressed steadily. At some point we decided to leave, but with a very satisfied feeling. This morning I missed something and sure enough, my back pocket was empty. Shit, wallet gone bad. After blocking the account, the neighborhood decided to use the app, but also sent an email to the Biergarten. Somehow I had the feeling that I might have left my wallet on the table. I quickly received a response and my wallet was justified. It's really great that they put this away immediately. My thanks are enormous and, in addition to all the standard comments such as friendly staff, nice café restaurant and so on, I can also say that they are very warm and honest people and I will definitely go here more often. Perhaps a tip for idiots like me, put your phone number in your wallet so you are easier to find.

5/5 for sure. First of all, love the staff - always happy and super friendly. Everyone seems to be at ease here and it creates a great atmosphere to come around. I’m a big fan of QR codes, so it’s great you have those and I really appreciate the wide selection of non-alchoholic drinks for a “biergarten”. My favorite is the non alchoholic radler - 10/10 and the juice punch is nice too. Happy about the food too, omg and the burger - love it. The chef is supper funny and it looks like he loves what he does - good vibes always make food better. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the yellow painted wooden walls - such a pitty to hide the wood, m the place seems cozy, but the yellow makes it feel cold, therefore I mostly sit outside, if the weather allows. And if I come inside, I always hope to go upstairs if it’s open, because there are some nice table games to play! Blessings.

Cold burgers. Give back. Then something, better. Cuisine is good and the taste too. But service doesn't serve well. Leave it too long. Order via the App, without contact or recommendations. So pay immediately. Beer in plastic mugs... better skip...

The Biergarten has (of course) many types of beer, but also tea and soft drinks. You can also enjoy delicious food with something for everyone, from meat to vegetarian and everything in between.

There is food and then there is the hamburger from Egi. Dear lord (I am an atheist, but Jesus Christ) that was like a divine culinary intervention. Driving for 200 km is the least we could do for this piece of heaven. Imagine a nice burger getting gangbanged by three Michelin stars while it gets blessed by Anthony Bourdain and Ferran Adrìa and you get Egi's impression of a burger. Mad respect! The fire in her eyes completely made it a perfect evening. Labai ačiū!

This place is a great addition to Eindhoven. The atmosphere is amazing, and many great beers/foods. All the personnell is lovely ❤️.

I just received great help at the Biergarten by an employee who completely made my day. I was looking for something special to make my wife happy: the very best tortilla chips. And what I got was truly extraordinary! This employee went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. The tortilla chips were hands down the best I have ever tasted. He understood how important it was to me and made sure I left with a big smile. His friendliness, commitment and eye for detail were a breath of fresh air. He saved my day and made my wife happy, and I am extremely grateful to him for that. If you are looking for delicious snacks and top service, you should definitely go to the Biergarten!

Definitely Eindhoven's most vibrant spot. I love how all people mingle there. Beer & Food are the cherry on the cake.

The staff is super super nice, especially when it comes to beer choices. They definitely know how to recommend drinks suitable to your tastes and the quality is excellent. The food is absolutely amazing, there's a lot to choose from and flavors are 10/10 I definitely recommend the kimchi ( best I've ever had) and the picanha. The aesthetic is quite the classic biergarten but not in a boring way, perfect for a chill hangout .

Nice new venue in the Strijp area. Decent variety of beers, though a few more German options could fit better with the name. There’s enough sitting area indoors and outdoors, and service is fast and reliable. It’s also easily accessible via public transport from the city center

Nice place to sit, but be careful: you order a Gulpener weizen (the menu only says 0.3L for € 4.20). You are nicely asked if you want 0.5L; nice you think! Go ahead! Only to have to pay €8.40. In other words, you pay more for less beer. I think that's very bad.

Cozy place to sit on the terrace. Very cool location, industrial look and beautiful buildings. There was a DJ and an extra stall with fresh fish dishes. Nice beer list.

Amazing beers, food, and experience ! During spring and summer the terrace is quite cool 😎

The choice of beer and location is just great, but the food and atmosphere is a perfect negative of what makes the Beergarten a nice place. Second time in a row when I decided to eat out at this establishment we chose a good ol' burger - what could possibly go wrong with such a simple, rustic dish? Not mentioning the first time I got a nice burger with cold bun, but okay mistakes can happen. This time got again cold bun, with lukewarm patty covered with slice of cheese, ending with stone cold veggies as topping. All this for 14.50. I'd prefer to take a minute walk to Blue Collar to get my money's worth. Beer is priced same (EUR3.625 recalculated to 250ml when ordering the 0.4l pilsner) as everywhere in the neighborhood, unless you decide to get hammered and stick to 1L glasses. Whole evening was accompanied by Elvis-ish rock and roll music, which makes you think of anything but a typical German Biergarten. Food was served quickly and the waiter was always in a vicinity so cudos to the hardworking crew!

Nice place, but you don't have to write home about the food. Ordered a veggie burger with kimchi take away; kimchi missing; small sandwich, weighs maybe 300 grams, patty, a slice of tomato, slice of pickle onion and some sauce. Cost 15.50; I think it's worth maybe 6 euros. See picture

Had a few pints with the lads in Biergarten last night! Great fun, great music too!

It has a nice atmosphere, food is ok. Nothing special and beers are crazy expensive. 2 beers 15 euros. There are better places in Eindhoven. Beer in plastic glasses. Little update: now they use glass beer, but half a liter of basic white beer is 9.50€. A neipa can of a non alcoholic beer is 8 euros. Most expensive bar in Eindhoven. We ordered food too, 3 mini tacos and 12 euros, and a bit of beans with sweet potatoes, 15 euros. Definitely not enough food for the price. The location is nice and the vibe too, but the prices are crazy.

Phenomenal place: there's always a good crowd and party later at night. The food is interesting, full of flavor, and real barbecue. The choice of drinks wide. Especially on summer evenings there is no place like this in Eindhoven. Only downside is the price level: drinks are inexplicably expensive.

Always loved the location, happy that there is a new bar at Ketelhuisplein. The concept is very cool and casual, the food started out great, but unfortunately isn’t anymore. Great beer options, large beers, and a few good alternative non-alcoholic beets and other drinks. And the parties are great too! Love the people this location attracts. About the food: Two of us became sick from the chicken burger once, and the spareribs tasted rubbery the last time we ate there. A change of chef after the opening might be the cause? I don’t know… Receiving your food also isn’t great always. As it is made per dish, it doesn’t get to the table at the same time. Last time we waited 30 minutes longer for one dish, when we asked if someone could check if everything was alright, they didn’t get back to us and after an extra 20 min it suddenly appeared

But it's a bit of a shame that on a Saturday evening, after we had already had a beer and a starter, we couldn't find any main courses in the APP and were eventually told that no burgers or main courses (The main) could be served that evening... You could indicate something like this upon arrival! really bad...

Leuke, relaxte tent met ontspannen sfeer. Interessant ingericht met verschillende niveaus, fraai uitzicht over Strijp-S. Vlotte bediening via online ordering. Eten niet geprobeerd, biertjes smaakte echter goed. Ideale plek om te borrelen.

Let op: Echt een zomer tent, in het najaar en de winter met de altijd geopende roldeur wat koud denk ik. Verder was er op onze avond ogenschijnlijk personele onderbezetting waardoor we zelf onze drank bij de bar moesten halen. De bediening had enkel oog voor een grote groep die boven stond. Wel erg top dat je hier je bier in fatsoenlijk grote glazen kunt krijgen ipv die kleine glaasjes bij meeste horeca in Nederland.

Bier was lekker en vlot getapt. Slakken als hapje op de bockbier dag ........en dan ook nog slecht en smakeloos geserveerd dat kan echt niet. Afknapper jammer!!

Erg mooie locatie. Gezellige sfeer, ook heel mooi met een zonnetje op het terras. Binnen ook ruim opgezet en genoeg zitplaatsen. In het weekend vaak live muziek. Eten is ook prima verzorgd. Op een houtskoolgrill.

Lovely Sunday afternoon in the sun, a large beer and porc tacos + chicken wings. Very lovely waiter who kept an eye on everything. High chairs are 90 degrees which isn't very comfortable so we switched after an hour to one of the lower tables, perfect! The weizen beer and draft beers were good. However the gulpener radler was a no, way too sweet and morelike orange than lemon. The porc tacos flavors were nice however not hot enough anymore. Good portion size. Wings good - not too special but luckily hot. Toilets clean, only remark is the straight look into the men's toilet.

A great place for a drink rain or shine. Don’t let the huge terrace fool you. The Biergarten Eindhoven is a cozy place for a bite inside and out. You won’t find a huge selection of beer here, and that’s no problem. For a drink and a bite with some friends or colleagues you’ll find everything you need. We organized a company drink for around 40 people. We paid for drinks individually and ordered a pre arranged bites menu. It was a lot of delicious food for a great price. Everything was organized perfectly. I highly suggest the smoked wings! I’ve also sat on the terrace and ordered by QR code. Drinks came out quickly and the system was easy.

Leuke plek om een drankje te doen, maar het eten viel beide keren dat ik er was echt tegen. 'Bbq shrimps' is echt niet lekker en de 20 euro zeker niet waard, de garnalen zijn doordrongen van vet en liggen op een gek maïs prutje. En een andere keer had ik de vega tacos, wat ook een schrale maaltijd was in tegenstelling tot wat je moest betalen. Bier drinken is hier aan te raden, maar ik zou echt ergens anders heen gaan voor eten.

It's a really nice place with a great concept behind. It can get very crowded, though. And it's hard to enjoy a conversation. Waiters not super organised, switched orders and took a long time to bring food and drinks.

Ay eerlijk, tent is leuk, muziek is top maar mag wel iets harder buiten, goeie sfeer, leuk personeel. Maar ze mogen echt wat doen aan de hygiene. Die biertafels staan kneiter dicht op elkaar waardoor je echt op elkaar lip zit. Ik denk dat als je iets meer hoge tafels waar je aan kan zitten of kiest voor staantafels dat dat dat minder wordt. Er liggen veel etensresten op de tafels, dus af en toe met een doekje langsgaan gedurende de avond zou chill zijn.
