I really had so many choices as a vegetarian that I didn't know what to do with them.

As always at Brownies & downieS, the coffee was super delicious and the brownies with M&M were great, again and again.

I come here as it's a grab and go for coffee and brownie. Located next to Jumbo, it has great seating and friendly staff

We both had coffee, one with apple pie and one with bread - both delicious!

It's such a shame that a great company like this provides such unfriendly service. I had a bladder infection at the time and asked if I could use the restroom. Unfortunately, they refused, with no understanding whatsoever. Such a small thing can make a big difference for a customer. It's very disappointing that the extra service is lacking here.

Absolute favourite for us because of the food, concept and service. The pira bread of the sandwiches is fresh and nice. We were 4 of us we ordered the following Asparagus soup - seasonal special and its so light and nice Loaded fried - favourite for all of us. Fries never disappoint in most places here but what makes it special is the generous topping of Parmesan Vegan croquettes- good vegan option, comes with bread and side salad Bbq chicken sandwich - so good with right amounts of sauce and very filling Pulled mushroom sandwich - one more good vegetarian option with tasty mushrooms 12 uur - soup bread with ham and eggs , always love this option when cafes have it When it comes to desserts love love their brownies. This time we had Choco loco Brownie- very rich chocolaty as expected Blondie with mango brownie- tried for the first time. Very nice Lemon cheese cake - not as good as brownies but still enjoyable as its not very sweet There is nice play area for the kids. The service is always great. They even cleaned the feeding bottle for us. Love this place

Very nice to have been here. The interior is beautiful. Employees are fun to talk to. There is a nice atmosphere, it is very pleasant there.

I arrived here on a cold winter afternoon. I found a pleasant welcome, a truly excellent cappuccino and a tasty slice of carrot cake. I am happy that this very inclusive reality exists, which allows everyone to feel like protagonists of such a welcoming restaurant business.

An update August 16, 2023, below is the old review. Went for a cappuccino three times and now it's going perfectly. Mirna guides the staff very professionally and friendly. See, then as a customer I become completely happy again, despite a previous disappointment. I really recommend it now😀👍 Old Covid review: Even though I have a lot of respect for the objective and was therefore a regular guest in Eindhoven, I was asked for my QR vaccination certificate for the second time in a very insistent and unfriendly manner. Just one meter away and we'll throw you outside. Thanks to the huge hat who plays an apparent role of manager there. I am a big believer in safety but she knows I have been vaccinated. Koninklijke Horeca Nederland indicates that a customer can first sit quietly and then have the check done. Well, that doesn't work there. So I indicated that this was the last time they saw me there. And you know it: a store without customers doesn't live long.

Super service, beautiful terrace, inclusive concept and fantastic food

In May, I visited here after a 10 day stay in Tilburg...before being aware there is also one in Tilburg also!! I now know as I've been there too in the last 3 weeks. I visit Holland a lot, and this establishment is where you should spend every euro on food you intend to, trust me.. I remember telling the lady on front of house, out of the 10 days I'd spent over there, if anything, this is what I'd take away and share... Don't miss it

High tea with friends. Tasty food, friendly staff. Centrally located, easily accessible by car and train. A bit of an industrial environment, but you won't notice that on the terrace.

Had a wonderful high tea with my friends! It was no problem to adapt this to a pregnancy-proof version and a milk-free version, great! There was more than enough goodies and the teapot was quickly refilled. Sweet and friendly service :)

Good breakfast, very clean environment and unique service experience

Amazing work they are doing here for people with down syndrome, would visit again soley for this reason. However this is a big chain, and we were not impressed with the food. The bread tasted dry, and some of the portion sizes were far too small

Amazing restaurant for my family. We were visiting from the US, and our two kids (5&7) loved it. Pancakes and grilled cheese options were available for them; they both got pancakes and they both cleared the plates. I had a BBQ chicken sandwich which looked and tasted amazing, and my wife who is vegetarian found the falafel delicious. The atmosphere was very modern and green. Patio was excellent with a ton of shade (was excellent even on a hot summer day) and there was a kids play area inside. A perfect restaurant for families. They have free wifi and an English version of their menu as well! Bathrooms super clean. Free water with mint and lemon in it. Everything was a perfect experience.

Immer sehr lecker zum guten Preis und der Service ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit B&D haben wir bisher in verschiedenen niederländischen Städten immer nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Das B&D in Eindhoven ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Der Weg lohnt sich.

I looooooves the club sandwich and the fries from the kids menu. The biggest recommendation I've left this year.. it was like tasting heaven 🫠🤤👏🏻 BRAVOO

Beautiful café with really friendly service. We had the easter special with soup, sandwiches, mini burger, dessert and the blondie pancakes on top and everything was delicious and so beautifully served! We felt like in a gourmet restaurant. Really a lot more than we expected for brunch! 5/5 recommend, great coffee too

We hebben hier als groep een heerlijke lunch genoten. Belegde broodjes, kopje pompoensoep en drinken erbij. Het smaakte heerlijk. Bediening was ook top! Regelmatig werd er geïnformeerd of alles naar wens was. Het is een echte aanrader! :)

Amazing place for Saturday morning breakfast. I especially go for pancakes. Super delicious. The staff is friendly and the place has a nice vibe.

Really good cold coffee on a hot day

Goed initiatief, leuke plek om te lunchen. Niet voor gehaaste gasten, want de bediening bestaat uit mensen met een achterstand op de arbeidsmarkt. Neem de tijd, ook om een praatje te maken, want dat wordt duidelijk gewaardeerd. Als je meer wil dan kroketten of een uitsmijter, er is een tweede lunchkaart met wat bijzonderder aanbod, inclusief een paar leuke vegetarische opties.

Heerlijk, teveel keuzes om iets te kiezen en de kok Thomas is gewéldig😁😁

Eten was op topniveau verzorging en de bediening was net zo top!
