While it's more of a young people's hangout, I had a great time there late one evening, enjoying a delicious beer and a wonderful whisky. Great beer menu! The atmosphere was convivial.

It was wonderful to sit on the terrace with a good beer! The bartender was friendly, we could sample some beers, he took good care of us, and the atmosphere was great.

Sadly, it was a whirlwind visit, but I'll definitely be back. Excellent beers on tap and many more in bottles and cans. The owner is friendly and offers sound advice. Craft beer lovers will have a wonderful time here.

Was here late at night. Were sent inside after which an employee started smoking inside. Last round was announced, none of the staff looked at us even after eye contact. Previously sat here nicely but this was really a hungover mess

absolutely amazing bar with a lot of craft beers! the employees are extremely friendly and gladly help you choose a beer dim lightning, amazing playlist, and the music wasn't too loud, just there in the background perfect place :)

Delicious beers on tap and a wide choice of bottles and cans. We received advice and got what we were looking for. Highly recommended is the Neon Raptor 13%.

A very nice canal-side bar with a great selection of beers. And very reasonably priced. Indoor and outdoor seating, but very nice outside by the canal, watching the boats go by. If I'm in Leiden again, I'll definitely return here.

Super atmosphere, many types of beers with the necessary explanation and advice from the knowledgeable staff. So you just don't know? ask for help there is something for everyone! Owner is also a nice man!

One of my favorite places on not-so-busy days. It’s too popular during typical busy hours (weekend borrel times) and it might get a bit gross. But usually when there aren’t as many people the inside is actually quite beautiful.

Excellent selection of craft beers. Fridays after midnight are great with great music and dancing.

The staff is wonderful, but the atmosphere has deteriorated. If you're a woman, might be best to avoid this place. So many creeps following you around and the bouncers are high on their "power". Sad really....

Went to the Steenstraat this week with the Valkenburg fire brigade in connection with... a strange smell. The staff offered coffee and other drinks several times. We did not use this, because the fire brigade catering had started. Offering a drink shows customer friendliness and service-oriented staff. Compliments! Frank de Wit

Bierproeverij genomen, vriendelijk personeel en kan leuk vertellen over de bieren die geschonken werden. Sfeer is goed!

Leuke kroeg met goed personeel, heel veel keuze in bieren maar de Grolsch hazy IPA is een aanrader.

Was hier erg rustig voor een vrijdagavond... Service was matig. Wel redelijk assortiment een drank. Hing een soort zweetgeur door het hele gebouw wat niet ten goede kwam van de sfeer. Parkeren kan in een van de garages in leiden.

Mijn maat had een bierproeverij kado gekregen en mij meegenomen. Leuke tent, echt een biercafe. De gastheer die ons ontving was vriendelijk en nam de tijd wanneer hij met een ander biertje kwam. Reuze naar mijn zin gehad. Afgesloten (zat niet in het pakket) met een Omar blond. Die was top. Als ik weer in Leiden centrum ben, ga ik zeker een biertje happen.

Luogo accogliente e molto bello. Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico, hanno anche lo spritz, cosa abbastanza rara nei Paesi Bassi.

6e en laatste cafe van onze Leidse bierwandeling. En ook deze kroeg mag er zijn. Veel speciaal biertjes van de tap. Barjongen is wat schuchter en pakt soms zijn gitaar. Maar zet helaas niet door. We kregen hier een lekkere hot dog bij onze bierjes en dat ging er goed in. Levensgevaarlijk lekkere fruitige ipa op tap en trippel. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Groot assortiment aan bieren, helaas was de untapped 0% bijgewerkt. De barman stond elke 40 minuten buiten te roken maar was verder een gastvrije gozer. Prima bar

Eine tolle Location mit ganz viel Charme und einem sehr netten Herren hinter der Theke! Ganz so wie man es aus früheren Zeiten noch kennt. Aus unserer Sicht eine absolute Besuchspflicht für jeden Bierliebhaber, welcher gerade hier vor Ort ist. Es gibt hier jede Menge Biersorten an denen man sich ausprobieren kann. Der Herr hinter der Theke steht einem auch mit Rat und tat zur Seite und gibt anhand von Vorlieben das richtige Bier mit an die Hand! Aber nicht nur Bierliebhaber bekommen hier etwas zu trinken, sondern natürlich auch alle anderen Gäste! Denn neben Bier gibt es auch noch diverse andere Getränke ☺️ Danke für den tollen Abend! Best place in the city for craft beer! Went there with friends and the bartender could give us very good advice and background information on all beers. Really liked the place.
