Mooie sfeer. Leuke, lichte gerechten. Fijne wijnkaart. Héél attente en professionele bediening. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

Deze plek is uitstekend voor een avond vol met verrukkelijk eten! De keuken staat garant verrassende vegetarische gerechten. Daarnaast werden we vrolijk en voorkomend bediend. Kortom een aanrader om hier een avond door te brengen

We wilden eens een keer ergens gaan eten waar we nog nooit geweest waren en waar we nog konden reserveren. Het werd Bikke. Dat we war vroeg waren, was geen probleem. Leuk ingericht restaurant vlakbij de Maas. Super vriendelijk personeel, met voldoende humor. We kozen voor 3 gangen, om voor 4 gangen te gaan vonden we de keuzes te beperkt. We begonnen met een amuse van roggebrood met komkommermayonaise, heerlijk op smaak! Voor kozen we beiden de kalfsmuis, super mooi opgediend en ook ontzettend lekker. Als hoofdgerecht had mijn vrouw de sukade en ik de zalm. Beiden waren we onder de indruk van deze gerechten. Als nagerecht kozen we voor de rabarberhangop en voor mij de parfait van drop. Deze hoefde ik niet te delen ;-) Wat een bijzonder dessert. Toen ik dit zei, kregen we te horen dat deze nog maar een week of twee op de kaart zou staan. Jammer dat we in die twee weken op vakantie zijn. We gaan zeker terugkomen.

We were welcomed from the first second at Bikke, the server was very wholesome and they were super patient when we were deciding on our orders. They managed to make 4 all day platters in 30 minutes and all the Food was amazing. Highly recommend the picanha smorrebrod!

I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the waiter who, half an hour after I received my meal, told me he wouldn’t bring me tap water because they allow a maximum of 1.5 hours per guest. Very unprofessional approach to the customer.

It's something different. Good food with a Scandinavian twist. Wines are also good and the staff is friendly. Eating outside is a nice plus ❤️

This was our second visit to this venue, this time for dinner. The food choice is limited but everyone will find something. The quality and taste of the food was great. The drinks are good and the service is not super "warm", but we were taken care well. Definitely would recommend and will visit again.

Great food here! Came down for an impromptu weekend trip and went searching for food. We didn't have a reservation and we were still able to be seated fairly quickly. Service was excellent and we really enjoyed our meals. Would visit again if we had the chance.

Really nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food is overpriced in my opinion, but maybe it comes with the Scandinavian part. Also I wasn't a fan of paying 3€ for a glass of water 😕 Overal I found it a bit pretentious. Would not visit again.

We had the 3-course option and really really enjoyed all the dishes. The service and location are also very nice so definitely come here ane check it out. Small note to the owners: Definitely bring back the natural wines, they would go great with everything.

Der Abend war sehr schön wenn auch die Portionen zu klein für den Preis waren! Es gab unseren bestellten Wein nur einmal und wir mussten die Sorte wechseln! Außerdem waren die Weine sehr hochpreisig!

The breakfast was tasty and sufficient in terms of portion and variety. Nice to get acquainted with Scandinavian cuisine. Even though it was completely full, there was enough space and you could hear each other. After ordering we had to wait more than 45 minutes, while we had to leave again 1.5 hours after arrival to make room.

A visit to BIKKE is a must when you are in Maastricht. A new hotspot in Wyck! The fine dining experience was top notch. A delicious 3-course menu with dishes that are beautifully presented. Later I went back for lunch. Very cozy with a natural wine and delicious Swedish meatballs. My tip? Don't forget dessert, even after lunch. You don't want to miss that cardamom bullar! BIKKE, I'll be back soon for a drink and a snack in the bistro! See you then!

Het bikke ontbijt menu was zeer lekker, met de steak tartaar, de brioche en een heerlijk broodje met zalm en scrambled eggs! De bediening deed zeker zijn moeite.

Delicious food at BIKKE. Service was also excellent, we lacked nothing. Surprising, tasty dishes and many vegetarian options. Definitely recommended in Maastricht!

Nice place to eat, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, service knows what they are doing and exudes calm; small tip when you make a reservation. Ask for a spot at the back of the shop from where you can look into the kitchen ;)

All of the waiters we experienced are very friendly. Within the City of Maastricht where you find dozents of crazy good restaurants i would say this is one of the hidden Champions. Price / Value was really great and we would always come again on our next stay here. Loved it!

Great relaxed place, very friendly and approachable service and fantastic food and coffee! So good that we had breakfast here 2 days in a row. The rye bread is great, everything is fresh and the Danish Krone (pastry with puff pastry and yellow cream) is delicious. Reservations are recommended, although at Bikke they always do their best to give you a seat at the long tables or bar.

Wow, small portions. Not worth the money

The atmosphere is nice, but you cannot eat your food comfortably because the tables are too close to each other, and the prices are too expensive compared to their portions.

Very nice place! Our breakfast was a 10/10. The coffee sizes are a bit small and my Latte was thin, but otherwise everything was perfect!

The hot dogs are delicious, but there are a lot of people waiting in line. I recommend going early.

Wonderful place to have a nice dinner

I had a fantastic experience here! Everything was excellent. The Eggs Norwegian were delicious, with fresh, flavorful salmon. The Danish pastry was so good I couldn’t resist ordering a second one. The rye bread was very dense—not my personal favorite—but my wife really enjoyed it. If we're ever back in town, this will definitely be a stop for us again!

keep coming back here for brunch, very filling and much different than what is offered at the copy paste restaurants. if you want something different definitely do try it out. might be somewhat on the pricer side for breakfast but much better than something you would get for a bit less. the service is also warm and welcoming. their lunch/ early dinner food options are also nice.

Had lunch today in this super nice Scandi restaurant. The decor is very attractive, the food is very tasty and the host is very attentive, friendly and humorous. In short, highly recommended if you are in Maastricht.

Just a bit different than usual, delicious food. Food is really fresh and of good quality. Separate space that has been used creatively to make optimal use of it.

Food was delicious and the waiters/waitresses were very nice, however Bikke’s kitchen staff made up a lot of strict rules over what we could and could not order. Based on the fact we had a « large » group (we were only 7 people), we could not order the brunch menu nor any egg dish. We could not choose more than 3 different dishes for our table and we could not even decide on the type of bread we wanted. For example, if 3 people wanted the salmon toast, they had to agree on either all having white bread or all having dark bread. Two people ordered the savory french toast and the waiter had to ask for permission to the kitchen staff for one of the french toast to have extra bacon. All these rules were made because the kitchen staff was afraid they wouldn’t be able to accommodate our big group, but if you cannot accommodate a 7 people group eating brunch, perhaps you should review your business model. Maybe have a smaller restaurant or a bigger kitchen/more staff ? It seems like they are trying to squeeze as much customers as possible while not being properly equipped to serve these customers. The restaurant was not even busy and we had made a reservation, so I’m really unsure how a table choosing for two different bread types for their salmon toast was an unsolvable challenge on this Sunday lunch!

Don’t recommend for groups over 5. We reserved ahead for a table of 7 and were not allowed to order from half of the menu. We could only choose the same 3 dishes among our group, mostly from the smørrebrood selection, and even then we all had to have the same bread?! Seemed totally crazy that customers who are sure to pay a generous bill should be so confined in their choices, I have never been anywhere where this was such a practice. The food is good but we couldn’t eat what we wanted, pretty sad that the kitchen is clearly too small/inexperienced to handle a larger brunch order. A very disappointing experience (especially as it was not busy, nor a large restaurant).

Uitgebreide kaart met tevens een mooie wijnselectie. Ik had vooraf oesters gevolgd door de Eggs Norwegian. Dit gerecht is erg mooi te combineren met de Riesling die ze op de kaart hebben. Heerlijk geluncht en vriendelijke bediening. Aanrader!

Extensive menu with a nice wine selection. I had oysters beforehand followed by the Eggs Norwegian. This dish combines very nicely with the Riesling they have on the menu. Delicious lunch and friendly service. Recommended!
