Amazing and very authentic Polish food! In my opinion the best Polish food in the Netherlands. Every order is a win, especially the potato dumplings and pancakes. Their pistachio cheesecake is delicious! We also always leave with a bottle of their homemade wine, my favorite is elderflower. Only downside is that the inside of the restaurant is always super warm and it takes a while to get your order taken but it is definitely worth the wait!

We visited Bistro55 again. The food, atmosphere, and service were A+. The pierogi (dumplings) with both Russian and blueberry fillings melted in our mouths, and the desserts were simply amazing. 🥰🥰🥰 The staff was very friendly and helpful. 🤩🥰 We'll definitely be visiting Bistro55 again. 😇

I'm changing my mind after eating at this bar again ;) The broth, is it really that small a portion for 12e? The steak tartare... Unfortunately, I'm three hours after visiting the bistro, and unfortunately, the toilet is my friend on a Saturday evening. I don't recommend it. I've eaten here many times, but lately it's been a bit of a mess 🥲

I recommend the delicious tenderloin in pepper sauce, the pork chops are very tender, very good, and the service is super friendly. I hope the stone will continue to spread around the world.

Delicious dumplings, but a bit too little

Many of the menu items are not available. The potato pancake was supposed to be with beef goulash, but it was with pork. It was terribly oversalted, but for the price of 21 euros and when I was very hungry, a little bit was eaten. I do not recommend! I don't understand where this opinion comes from 🙉

I organized my birthday party at this restaurant and I was delighted! The food was delicious, each dish refined down to the smallest detail. The guests were delighted! Service at the highest level - very helpful, polite and professional. Beautiful, well-kept place with an amazing atmosphere. I will definitely go back there more than once, because such places are really worth visiting!

Bistro55 - total crap 😎. I enter with my mistress and when I enter I am not greeted by the smell of onions and fogged windows. There are no Chinese - "highlander" - dusty slippers with medicinal turbo honey for sale hanging from the ceiling. There is no disco polo coming from good quality surround speakers. Not an ounce of tawdry. Even the guests present had tasteful clothes and sweaty T-shirts 😐. The walls are scratch-free, the chairs don't squeak, the tables are of good quality and the mirrors are washed. I ordered żurek and Russian soup because we were going to Midas for the evening and I didn't want to take any risks with pork chops. [Next time I'll find out if it's a reasonable size or like a famous one.] What can I say - I even ate it with decorations. The service lady was nice, unobtrusive and professional. She served the foreigner in impeccable English. There is no shame around the Dutch. The prices are quite low in relation to the quality, but I wouldn't encourage them to be raised in any particular way 😉. If there are those who are bothered by the "disadvantages" in the first paragraph, I kindly invite you not to come... because for the rest of us there is finally a nice place where we can present our delicious cuisine to foreigners. The goulash with pancakes was very good, the portion could have been a bit bigger, it's not about the sauce and meat because there was a lot of it, there simply weren't enough pancakes to finish the sauce and meat. Cream should be included.

Dumplings with duck stole my heart. The dough is soft, melts under the tongue, the filling is perfectly seasoned. Served with corn salad and cranberries, a brilliant combination. I highly recommend it!

Bistro55 is such an amazing find and you definitely should try it. While I am no expert on Polish cuisine, Bistro55 gives you a great induction to the flavours and quality of fine Polish meals. Our group started with Roggesoep, followed by the Pierogi (dumplings) and then to the Gulasz (Goulash), Beef Roulade and pork Tournedos. Ambience is perfectly gezellig with cosy lighting and professional and friendly service. Bistro 55 is ideally located in its namesake - Best! Go try it - you will not be disappointed.

We came here completely by accident, encouraged by the reviews, and it was a very pleasant and tasty visit. We were surprised to try the next dishes. You can feel that they were prepared from fresh products and with passion. My favorite is sour rye soup - I love it, very rich with fluffy puree. My husband, however, ate both dumplings and pork chops - he "cleared" the plates completely! Thank you for a very pleasant taste experience. We will be back soon.

We visited Northern Barbantia last weekend and we are happy to give Bistro55 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I haven't eaten such good Polish dishes for a long time - thinking that only at home I can feel this taste. To start, we got delicious bread with lard, baked by the chef on site - it was very good. The only minus, too little :)))) Since there were several people, each of us ordered a different dish - because there were so many delicacies on the menu that it was difficult to choose one item. The favorites definitely became the tenderloin, potato pancakes and Silesian dumplings - soft and melt in your mouth ☺️ We also have to thank the staff for their care... the atmosphere in the place was very family-like and unobtrusive - which is rare today. We will recommend and come back. Ps. I would forget about apple pie - heaven!

The food is a disaster. The tenderloin is simply unedible with salt alone. The noodles are very floury and the poultry cutlet is full of oil. Poor atmosphere... Very dark, not suitable for children. The service was not nice.

My Leg will not stay in this place again. First of all, the place is very black and poorly lit - the atmosphere is great, but it's like being in a tomb. Secondly, the food... for these prices it should be at the level - and it is lower than poor... we received over-salted and cold tenderloin!! It's a shame for the place to serve such a dish - Silesian dumplings taste more like potato dumplings, poorly kneaded dough and oversalted... it was the same with potato pancakes, only salt!! The sour soup was ok but very watery, for 12 euros it should have been thick... The best thing about it was the margarita drink, you can't ruin that. The waitress was rude and not nice, as was the owner. As soon as we said that the dish was too salty, instead of sorry, I heard: we serve it all day and no one complained, then the ladies said they would like it - and we were right - the dish consisted mainly of salt 😆 of course we did not pay for the meal. I don't recommend this place, it's a shame to go to such a low place, it's better to choose another restaurant, but definitely not bistro 55.

After today's visit with family and friends, I am shocked that during peak hours a restaurant may no longer have most of the dishes on the menu and we no longer have this ingredient or that one. After placing the order, it turns out that what you recommended is also not available. In short, after this visit we had to eat McDonald's because everyone was hungry. Plus two dishes unfit for consumption (very over-salted). And in addition, the ice cream, which was advertised as a home-made product (lard and bread), well, maybe a typical "townie" will be fooled, but the lard is clearly store-bought, that it comes from a jar, and the bread is either not fresh (slightly stale) or defrosted....

Oh 😔 I won't be a pig and say nothing about this dinner. There are many Polish restaurants that you can try and taste and come back to where it tastes best. Zero hello 💪!

Here, every item on the menu will surprise you with its great quality. You can feel that the dishes are prepared just before serving, but we received our order very quickly. Applause for the staff👏🏻 As it turns out, Polish dishes do not have to be boring, on the contrary, they are prepared with great attention and sense of taste. The bone-in pork loin was juicy and very crispy! The tenderloin - wooow, melted in your mouth. Sour rye soup is a must-have on the menu - it was amazing! With a creamy consistency, essential with a surprising puree... Pistachio cheesecake - I haven't eaten better in a long time. We will definitely come back because it's a great place.

This Polish restaurant in Best is a true gem! The food is full of authentic flavors - everything from the pierogi to the tender meats was perfection. Great service too. Can’t wait to be back.

Last Saturday, I went with a few friends for a birthday dinner. After placing the order, we received a candy, and in the meantime, we also received a free shot of delicious homemade lemon vodka because the owner heard about the birthday. Very pleasant service, great food, I recommend it ♥️

4.8? What a miracle. My partner and I were guided by the good assessment, but unfortunately we were disappointed. As soon as you open the door, you notice an unpleasant smell. The sign to run was that at 2 p.m. there was not a single person there for dinner. It's as dark as a coffin and you can see that the owner saves on electricity. The menu I received was so dirty and disheveled that I lost my desire to eat. My partner ordered pork chop with potatoes and salad and I ordered mohito. I've never seen mohito served with white sugar 🤣 3 mint leaves were completely rotten 🤢 The cutlet was ok but totally without spices, the potatoes were oversalted and overcooked... The salad was a few days old and blue, so the lady decorated it with arugula and cherry tomatoes 🤣 For the ice cream, slices with lard without salt and pepper, also decorated with arugula and tomatoes 🤣. I'm giving you 4 months to close. Tragedy!

I came here today for the first time and I am very positively surprised because it is a very charming, atmospheric and peaceful place. An ideal place to eat very good food in peace. Short waiting time for orders. The service was very nice and appropriately dressed for the seriousness of this place (because in some Polish restaurants or pubs you will most often meet girls dressed in Wagins and stretched T-shirts with loose hair, which can later be found in dinner). The food was very good, properly seasoned and very nicely served. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here soon.

The interior is tastefully decorated and the atmosphere is provided by Polish songs in the background. For a moment I thought I was a thousand kilometers away. We will definitely come back here. I visited the "Bistro55" restaurant and I must admit that it is a place worth traveling extra kilometers for, even from Germany! If anyone lives near Eindhoven, I highly recommend that you try the dishes served at this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious - I have rarely had the opportunity to try something so unique, even in Poland. Each dish is prepared with great care and love for Polish cuisine. Mrs. Edzia, who cooks in this restaurant, has an incredible culinary talent. You can see that he puts his whole heart into his dishes, which makes them truly unique. I will definitely come back to "Bistro55" and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who misses the taste of traditional Polish cuisine. This is a place that not only feeds the body, but also the soul.

Delicious food! The pork loin with bone is super crispy, the dumplings have a lot of stuffing and thin dough, which is a big plus for me ☺️ Soups and cheesecake are great. Fantastic service! In one word, a great place for lunch/dinner, and the atmosphere is perfect for a date or a meeting with family or friends :) We will definitely come back despite the 110 km distance 😄

The service was great, the food was unfortunately never the same next to a Polish dinner, sour rye soup is cabbage soup with eggs, the cutlet is not good, the beef goulash is delicious, I have to give it 2 stars, the tenderloins in pepper sauce are terrible, we paid 120 euros for 4 people and unfortunately each he said that a kebab or McDonald's would be better for the price and quality, overall a disappointment with a rating of 4.8, which proves that the stars mean nothing.

More than half of the menu could not be selected. Not a single dessert. Not the white wine, not a certain beer as an alternative. Then it turned out that it was not possible to order the chosen dish. To make matters worse, they also brought another dish to the table, a kind of snitzel with mashed potatoes... Chef on holiday or something? Total stock gone? And only served after 45 minutes, for which an excuse was given. And yes, they knew that their site was no longer known.

It was a fantastic experience! We had a starter, main course and dessert and loved it. Everything is freshly prepared and the service is also top notch. A really nice evening with top service!

We walked in here out of curiosity. It was surprisingly good. Beautiful flavors and just something different. We asked to try everything because we are not familiar with Polish cuisine. They made it a wonderful celebration. The homemade fruit egg was not bad at all. Worth repeating. Next time we will go for the meat pallet, but make sure to reserve this dish.

Listen to the circus. Waiting time for sour soup - 50 minutes. Waiting time for dishes? More than an hour. Silesian dumplings sprinkled with roasted onion are nothing compared to the thin cutlet as in the photo and the raw cutlet, as you can see in the photo. We came 100 kilometers to this place based on the reviews, but from what you can see, the cuisine has changed, so, well, the taste has also changed. Laugh through tears! Wasted time and money. You really need to consider choosing this restaurant😀 The only pleasant part of this place is the wonderful but embarrassing situation of the waitress.

Unfortunately, bistro 55 is no longer the same place we would like to return to. Since the menu was changed (and the prices were raised), the food has been a mistake, as if someone else had started cooking it. I didn't think it was possible to ruin a cutlet and potatoes, but you can. The cutlet was as rubbery as a sole, and the potatoes were not potatoes, but rather spices on the potatoes, which made it impossible to even eat them. The beef goulash wasn't even standing next to the goulash, the meat looked like dog food, on noodles floating in the soup, and arugula was thrown on top, which fit like an ox into a carriage. It's sad to see a place with potential going downhill instead of growing, we won't come back for sure

The food at Bistro 55 is truly fantastic. The authentic Polish dishes are prepared with care and it is clear that a lot of attention is paid to both the quality and presentation of the meals. The pierogi is definitely recommended, every dish brought me one step closer to Polish culture. The flavors are strong, well balanced and show a clear love for traditional Polish cuisine. It is also highly recommended for people who are not of Polish origin.

Additionally, you can buy food not on the menu, such as lard, cutlets, meatballs, your own liqueurs or wine. The interior design is very elegant and pleasant despite the black color. We recommend!
