Lovely, beautiful location, great service, and a great menu that's regularly updated. Delicious food, lunch, dinner, or just drinks, in a pleasant atmosphere. Especially in the summer, the terrace is a wonderful place to relax, overlooking the water with a delicious drink, snack, or one of their incredibly delicious ice cream sundaes. Highly recommended.

We wanted to enjoy a burger, but were first seated at a table that only served lunch. Then, according to the staff, we had to sit behind the building because "the front would be full soon." We felt completely tucked away there, and we never saw the staff again. I constantly felt unwelcome—and apparently, neither were our children. When I tried to order something from the menu at the front, I was initially told it wasn't possible. Only after a lot of hassle and without any kindness was it finally arranged. The worst part is: on our first visit, we were allowed to sit up front. That made this time even more incomprehensible. For the almost 100 euros we spent there, we really expected something different. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience—we won't be back.

Leuke plek aan het water, lekker buiten kunnen zitten en ook binnen. Wij zaten eerst op terras en hebben diner binnen gehad. Gezellige sfeer, zat ook lekker vol en het eten is echt heel erg goed. Bediening snel en vriendelijk, vlotte uitstraling. Het diner is een aanrader, staan genoeg lekkere en goed betaalbare opties op de kaart.

A surprising menu. We dined here with four people. Everyone enjoyed something different, and the food was excellent. This is a great example for many. Excellent menu, high quality, good atmosphere. Beautiful view.

Zowel in de bistro en in het cafetaria serveren ze goede kwaliteit eten. Eten is altijd lekker en goed bereid, en om het spannend te houden wisselen ze regelmatig van kaart. Leuke bediening ook. Het hele team is vriendelijk en enthousiast. Je hebt geen verre vakantie nodig, gewoon in de zomer op het terras aan het water, biertje of wijntje erbij en genieten. En als je dan ook nog het lekker eten proeft waan je jezelf op vakantie.

It is a well-organized and neat restaurant. The building and view are beautiful. The food is of a good standard, but could be better. I had the temporary menu of asparagus with salmon. I would have cooked the potatoes a little longer myself. I once got the tip to put the potatoes peeled in water in the refrigerator for a day. I would also give plates with the sandwiches, so that the table does not get covered in breadcrumbs. I enjoyed it immensely and it is definitely worth repeating.

Very friendly service, delicious mocktails, attentive to kids and it remains a lovely place with a view of the water. The food, rib eye and salmon with asparagus, was delicious. The only point was that it was a bit too much in the sauce for us.

Had lunch on Mother's Day on the sun-drenched terrace by the water. The service was not very experienced, he said, but that was not noticeable. Friendly, funny and felt the atmosphere well. We lacked nothing. The food and drinks were delicious and well taken care of. Highly recommended for a nice lunch or dinner.

Once again we had a nice dinner! The food here is always very good and varied. The service is casual, personal and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is also great. So definitely recommended. PS the desserts are a 'must' by the way...so delicious:-)

Evening with colleagues after a day on meeting. I wasn't expecting that from the place. What a surprise with the home and fresh made curry & chicken soup as a starter. Followed by a satey chakalaka with crispy peanuts chips. Delllllllliiiicious! I recommend 100%

Restaurant is located at a parking lot in Cuijk. There is nothing else around it. But when you sit around the back of the restaurant, it is a beautiful view over water. The seating inside are all reserved and the terrace is full. When asking the waiter if there a table available we notice that a 4 persons table is only half occupied. We asked the waiter if the empty table could be pulled apart for us. Both waiters denied. We took the matters in our hands and got us a table. It would have been graceful of them if they see the opportunity to serve more customers. The service is friendly and prompt. My ribeye is as ordered, medium-rare and has a nice cap on it. We still would recommend this restaurant to fellow TripAdvisors. Make sure to place reservation beforehands.

Nice looking restaurant on the water with plenty of parking. However, slightly less satisfied with the drinks and pastries. The chai latte is really sweet. The chocolate cake and meringue caramel cake seemed to have come from the freezer, still very cold and a bit on the dry side.

Ik had gerserveerd voor een borrel, maar voor ons had dat anders uitgepakt. We moesten zelf naar de tafel lopen, we werden niet naar de tafel begeleid, toen we zaten kwamen ze met de dinerkaart, de drankjes waren wel goed, lekker, maar toen we deze eenmaal op hadden, werd er niet meer gevraagd of we nog iets wilde drinken, dat vond ik wel een beetje jammer dat dit niet gebeurde, we zijn maar ergens anders heen gegaan, want we werden niet geholpen. Voor een borrel zou ik hier zelf niet meer terugkomen.

I had made a reservation for a drink, but it would have turned out differently for us. We had to walk to the table ourselves, we were not escorted to the table, when we were seated they came with the dinner menu, the drinks were good, tasty, but once we had finished them, we were no longer asked if we wanted anything else. wanted to drink, I thought it was a bit of a shame that this didn't happen, we just went somewhere else, because we were not helped. I wouldn't come back here for a drink.

Het (afhaal) kerstdiner was voortreffelijk. Vooral het voor-en nagerecht vielen in de smaak. De soepen waren heerlijk en de hoofdgerechten óók.

Fantastic location on the water.

5+ stars! Had another (delicious!) meal there today. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, they know their stuff! 1 person has a gluten allergy, no problem for boathouses. A sheet that states what is and is not possible, but we are also happy to contribute ideas. Also did a great job with the dessert! Children are also well pampered. Boothuys keep it up!

Het Boothuys is located in a beautiful location. That's why the atmosphere is immediately nice. A snack board as a starter, very tasty. Drinks board only from 2p. Main course sirloin steak and week dish. Both very tasty. The fries that came with it came with lots of paprika powder. Service is excellent, but we did have to wait quite a long time for the food.

Had a surprisingly good meal at the Boothuys. We had never been there before, but we were pleasantly surprised by: A. the delicious food, B. the good and friendly service, C. the good atmosphere and D. the beautiful view of the water and the sunset.

We begonnen met een voortreffelijk glas Pinoit Grigio Blush. De mannen bier, alcoholvrij. We hadden 2 keer de vissalade, 1 keer de kippensaté en 1 keer een uitsmijter Boothuys. We hadden een eensluidende mening, het was allemaal erg lekker. We waren er eerder, maar komen heel graag terug.

I ate a delicious diamond tenderloin skewer, but one piece was tough. Passed this on because the quality of this piece of meat was really not good. One employee did nothing about this, but the next employee passed it on and the manager came to us and offered us a drink. We are not in the business of getting a free drink, but a skewer costing almost 30 euros should be of good quality. All's well that ends well, but it's a shame that the first employee didn't do anything with it.

Onlangs heerlijk en gezellig gegeten bij het Boothuys in Cuijk. De bestelde uitsmijter was erg smaakvol en met verse producten bereid! Tijdens het nuttigen van onze luch hebben wij in de gezellige en sfeervolle bistro gezeten. Kortom een aanrader!!!

Geweldige locatie, heerlijk eten en vriendelijk personeel. Ook erg meedenkend mbt allergieën. Ruime keuze ook voor de gluten en lactosevrij mensen onder ons.

It was the last really nice day of the month, and we had lunch here during the annual family day. During the booking a few weeks ago, I indicated that we were a bit time-constrained due to several activities. This has been taken into account. The atmosphere, the food and the welcome and service are very good. I had an egg roll myself, which was very tasty, and the carpaccio and grilled cheese also looked delicious. Definitely come here for lunch more often.

Wij gingen met het gezin bootje varen op de Kraaijenbergse plassen en hadden vooraf een borrelplank besteld. Deze waren super lekker! Vega en niet vega dus super geregeld. Het stond op tijd klaar dus we konden gelijk vertrekken. Daarna nog lekker geborreld op het terras. Altijd gezellige en vriendelijke bediening!

Nice place, price/quality of the food was okay (only the shrimp croquettes were not really what I expected. There was no ragout/roux in it but it was more of a kind of spring roll), the service was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately Not everything went smoothly: - At one point it became a bit busy after opening at 11:30, but the wait for our lunch dishes after the starters took a bit too long for our taste. - The lunch dishes were not served at the same time, there was a 5 to 10 minute gap between them, which was a shame. - The desired sauce for the fries for one of the children never arrived. The fries were now cold, so they were not eaten. - 'Crispers' ordered were not included with our salads for either me or one of my table companions. (Please correct me if they are in the photo of the dish.) - One of the meal salads was missing the fried elements. That was resolved afterwards, but in combination with all the above points, the whole thing still felt a bit chaotic.

Het restaurant is ruim, het terras ligt aan het water, er is een speeltuin voor de kinderen, het eten is lekker (ruime keuze), kortom, heerlijk! We hebben de verjaardag van mijn man met familie gevierd met een uitgebreide lunch, het was een erg geslaagde middag!

We ate at a few times recently and have to say I had a fish pan but there was more sauce than fish, fish has to swim but in my stomach. The second time I ordered steak tips and again way too much sauce!

Gezellige ambiance, met uitzicht op het water. Aspergesoep met ham en ei! Heerlijk, alleen had de kip een vrije dag! Geen ei te vinden! De mooi gebakken diamanthaasspies was echt erg zout, jammer! Je proeft van het pure malse vlees nauwelijks iets. Prima bediening!!
