Excellent food, ambiance, and service. The yakatori and salmon are highly recommended. For dessert, we had the crazy banana brownie, which was also very good. Prices are a bit on the higher side. We had a short wait because it was busy, but we were informed of this beforehand. The service was very friendly and attentive. Reservations are definitely recommended on weekends.

We had a lovely meal with 4 people. Cozy atmosphere, nice location, and top-notch service. I’m really not easygoing with my gluten-free and keto lifestyle, but everything was discussed very thoroughly. And it was clearly stated what was and wasn't possible. Loïs was an excellent hostess, and the personal message on the card when we left was also very nice. We will definitely be back here again.

What a lovely spot! ✨ Bistro ’t Schippersrijk really has such a cozy, atmospheric vibe. We started with the Tres Chique, and the way everything is served on those long boards is already incredibly charming. An extensive collection of various small dishes, allowing you to taste a lot. Lots of choice, and everything we had was delicious! For the main course, I chose the sea bream, which also tasted very good. 🐟 The terrace by the water looked fantastic and was unfortunately completely full, but we ended up having a lovely time inside with a beautiful view outside. The service was friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt cozy and well-cared-for. Definitely a place to remember! Hopefully, next time we'll get a spot outside by the water! ☀️🥂

The atmosphere was fantastic, as was the serving staff. However, the food took a very long time. It was pricey and the portions were strange. Some dishes were generous, but most were somewhat meager.

Het Schippersrijk is a cozy restaurant that delivers high quality at a reasonable price. We were here with 14 people and everything was perfectly organized by the staff. They kept a very close eye on everything. It has a nice location on Lake Uitgeest and is definitely worth a visit.

Fine restaurant. Tasty food, friendly staff, just a bit of an old-fashioned interior with too much stuff. BUT, the website states that the restaurant has a disabled toilet, but that is not true! People in wheelchairs absolutely cannot use the toilet. A grab bar on a standard toilet does not make it a disabled toilet.

What a fantastic experience this was. We had a delicious meal here, and the atmosphere was very pleasant from the very first minute. Everything was beautifully presented on the table. The huge platter with all kinds of small bites was a particular feast for the eyes and for sharing. The dessert with the scoop of ice cream and the pastry was a perfect end to the afternoon. We will definitely be back here again.

We were here recently. It is a stunning location; we often cycled past it and thought we would take a look. It was quite disappointing. We had to wait an average of 30 minutes for our drinks; the food was fine, but the portions were very small. We had the pork tenderloin in peppercorn sauce and the steak in red wine sauce. We were still hungry after a 3-course menu. Tomato soup for both of us started, and afterwards, a collection of desserts. In terms of food quality, there is nothing to complain about. When we were standing in the playground, we noticed that the atmosphere changed. They were no longer hiring new people because there was a shortage of staff. Unfortunately, this is a trend that is emerging more and more frequently in the hospitality industry; there is little hospitality businesses can do about it.

Asking if the door can be opened because the guests by the window are so hot. And literally leaving us sitting in the full force of the wind. It's such a shame that the service ruined our Father's Day dinner like this 😡

Having lunch with a lady behind a spotless windbreak outside by the water with boats is hard to beat. You can also go inside, by the way, and for this kind of occasion they have an incredibly extensive selection of nice breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other bites. Highly recommended if you have an hour to spare and are feeling a bit peckish.

What an incredibly shitty place, sorry, but as soon as the sun comes out a bit, you're standing in line for the terrace. While 60 percent of the people are sitting there drinking coffee and tea. But serving for the terrace isn't allowed. Scandalous, where is the priority?

Our afternoon started perfectly with a lovely boat trip with skipper Sjaak; it was relaxed, fun, and filled with great stories along the way. After the boat trip, we were welcomed into the bistro, where we immediately enjoyed the beautiful view over the Uitgeestermeer, which gave us a wonderful holiday feeling. In the bistro, we were warmly welcomed and could enjoy delicious small bites: surprising, fresh, and prepared with care. Ideal for sharing and enjoying quietly. The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful – we were really well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and casual, and everything is also well organized practically: ample parking, which makes it even more pleasant. Highly recommended for a fun afternoon or evening. We went here for an extensive lunch with a group. The food was good; nothing extraordinary, but just fine. It was very busy and noisy. Waiters come by a few times to take your drinks; it often takes a long time before you can order. Fine for a one-time meal, but nothing special.

Today I celebrated my mother's 90th birthday with an extensive charcuterie board with 30 guests. Very friendly staff and delicious small bites on the board. Very tasty. On to summer, on to the terrace. Always good.

Several colleagues even said they'd never had such a tender steak – truly top-notch! Next time, they'll definitely order the chateaubriand for two, just for themselves. Highly recommended. We dined at a beautiful location on Uitgeestermeer lake. The menu is varied and offers plenty of choice. We were treated to an amuse-bouche beforehand and a Schippersborrel (Skippers' drink) to conclude the dinner. The staff were very welcoming.

They made room for us. The coffee was delicious, and the apple cheesecake was amazing. It was great that we could pay separately, because at Klup, you don't always know each other, so it's nice to be able to pay separately.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance in the middle of a heavy rain, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Nestled by the lake, the view was absolutely stunning and truly memorable. The atmosphere felt both romantic and elegant, making it perfect for a special evening. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and at very reasonable prices. A hidden gem we are so glad we discovered!

Of course, the waterfront ambiance is beautiful, but the quality of the restaurant was disappointing. The Sjaak steak was probably as old as Sjaak himself. Tough and inedible, with a bland sauce. Ordered medium but it turned out to be rare, sent back to the kitchen, and the steak remained raw and tough. The dry salad was also from a bag with some cheese and diced melon, not even dressed, so easy. The four of us had to share the tiny fruit bowl. For this price, you expect more. It's a shame.

Lunch for four people at a table outside is impossible. Two lunch boards are nearly impossible, and the table has to be set up so you have to hold your plate on your lap. And then I get a sneer, let alone something else I can't put down. Where should everything be? To make matters worse, a glass spilled on my plate. The concept is nice, but space is scarce.

Located on Uitgeestermeer lake, this is a very atmospheric restaurant. The food is a feast for the eyes and palate. Plenty of choices, even for vegetarians. We had the "if you're still unsure" dessert, highly recommended! I have nothing but praise for the staff; they are friendly, attentive, and helpful. This restaurant is highly recommended.

We had a fantastic afternoon. First a boat trip with "the Rose". It was great. We were welcomed with a Schippersbittertje and during the trip we got 3 delicious amuses that were presented very originally. After this we had an extensive lunch with the meters long shared dish expanded with the très chic. At 16.00 we left satisfied. It was a top afternoon.

Staff was rude, cobwebs everywhere under the tables outside, olives on the carpaccio, way too expensive 3 euros for 2 mini bake-off rolls. Not a nice experience but a nice place too bad they don't make good use of it.

Already at the table in our "dining club" group app already posted that we had found another gem! Reception (without reservation Ascension Day around 14:00) super hospitable. We took a seat at the bar and drank a glass of wine while the most beautiful table in the place was quickly cleaned and made ready. Food, atmosphere and staff a big 10!

Absolutely fine, no frills, just solid food, a little more expensive than average, but good meat and a nice platter as a starter, which was not exaggerated in terms of taste sensation but simply tasty, a nice young man as a waiter, in short, I would definitely go there again.
