Mediocre food for an exorbitant price. The pork tenderloin was still raw inside, and the Caprese pie collapsed (€14.50 for tomato and a little mozzarella). The spare ribs were nothing special. It took 30 minutes for a sandwich to arrive. It was pleasant, though, and the staff worked hard.

Once again, we had a delicious meal, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

We recently had another delicious meal at Restaurant Klaas in Uitgeest. The dishes are of excellent quality and prepared with great care. The interior is charming and inviting, and the service, as always, is friendly and attentive. Yesterday they organized a special Dutch evening with a four-course menu, and it was another surprising and delicious experience. Everything was perfectly arranged, making for an unforgettable evening. Highly recommended!!

As a regular customer of Klaas restaurant, I had the disappointment of my life last night. Even the service apologized for the bad food and the limited (read: minimal) menu. No more Klaas for us.

We had a great meal together. The tenderloin and quail were tasty and well prepared. The bread and butter as starter came from the local bakery. The staff was very friendly and pretty quick with service. EDIT: A quiet weekday, we came in very early and had a good time. Very relaxed atmosphere. The salt baked, flambeed tournedos was amazing!

Alles was even goed, de bediening, de sfeer, de wijn maar vooral de gerechten. Chef Marco Coppens weet van alle ingrdiënten iets bijzonders en buitengewoon smakelijks te maken. Bovendien durft hij wat spannender gerechten op de kaart te zetten zoals gevulde noordzeekrab of pieterman met scheermessen. Dus ga voor de specials!

We have eaten here several times before. The food was different for a while, but since the new owner and the new team, it is good as usual. Definitely recommended to try once or return...M&M

We are very happy with the service from Klaas. Luna is really great and really thinks along with you, makes suggestions and is truly a hostess through and through. We'd love to come there!

If I'm honest, the satay used to be great and now it's just so so. Service was somewhat chaotic and in the end too busy to get attention to place an order. I would give 3.5 stars.

Had dinner with Klaas on Saturday evening. Booked (easily) via the website and received 2 emails. The place is nicely decorated and, as expected on a Saturday evening, was full. Despite the crowds, a good atmosphere and excellent service. At the height of the rush they could "just handle it". We actually would have liked an extra drink, but the service was very busy serving the main courses. Both delicious spare ribs (recommended!!) with homemade garlic sauce, fries, delicious apple sauce and coleslaw. For us, the bowl of fries was on the small side. Desert with homemade brownie and tarte tatin. The tarte tatin was nothing special and had little taste. The brownie was delicious.

Had a nice lunch in December, it's a really good idea that you are now also open in the afternoon. This was my first visit since the takeover, everything was well organised. The food is tasty and well prepared, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. ✨

Gastvrij, fijne omgeving, goed gegeten. Heerlijke kaasfondue en vis op, goede wijn erbij. Niks was te veel gevraagd. !

Heerlijk eten, denken goed met je mee. Hadden vis en de k(l)aasfondeu. Personeel erg vriendelijk en een leuke sfeer in het restaurant! Aanrader om te gaan eten!

Gisteren hier weer eens prima gegeten. Begonnen met een heerlijke garnalencocktail. Daarna mijn partner de vis van de dag (een perfect gebakken schol) met een zalige ravigottisaus en fijne groente. En voor mij de kippendij saté. Superlekker, ook de huisgemaakte appelcompote. Voor de kok en de enthousiaste bediening een dikke tien!!!

Heerlijk gegeten, super bediening. Absoluut een aanrader. De carpaccio was absoluut een van de betere die je ergens kan krijgen.

Wat een verassing om in een plaatsje als Uitgeest zo'n gezellig eetcafe aan te treffen. Verassende smaken, goede porties, gezellige sfeer en top bediening!

Was heerlijk bij Klaas. Vriendelijk personeel, waren er op 4 mei, werd rondom 8 uur allemaal prima geregeld.

Wij hebben bij restaurant Klaas heerlijk gegeten. Een samengesteld 3 gangen filmmenu in combinatie met een filmvoorstelling in dorpshuis De Zwaan en op tijd klaar voor de film! Het is een prachtig restaurant met een gemoedelijke sfeer en heel vriendelijk personeel! Echt een avondje uit!

Staying in Uitgeest, we passed this restaurant every day whilst on our way to the train station and decided to stay around the town instead of going to Amsterdam one evening. This restaurant did not disappoint. Staff incredible and food amazing! Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Fijn en gezellig restaurant, hier gegeten met gezin. Leuke sfeer, goede bediening en lekker eten. Goede porties. Enige nadeel vind ik dat alle bijgerechten separaat besteld moeten worden.

Persoonlijke, gastvrije ontvangst, enthousiaste bediening, prettige ambiance met gemêleerd publiek, voldoende keuze uit voor-, hoofd- en nagerechten en dranken, veel lokale producten en ingrediënten. Goed en smakelijk bereid en tempo van opdienen naar wens. Straalt jong ondernemerschap uit. Suggestie: houdt echt gepaste afstand (bedenk daar een oplossing voor) en draag mondkapjes in tijden van corona. Gelukkig wordt er nu, de komende week, bezorgd!
