Bloei aan de Vecht in Wijk 09 Nieuwersluis

High tea isn't anything special; the price-quality ratio could be better. The seating is very nice, and the service is excellent. But for that price, I expect more from a high tea.

Had a wonderful dinner, both ala carte and a 5-course surprise menu. Both were very much enjoyed during our stay at the hotel!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The covered terrace part is freshly renovated. We been here in December and the xmas decor made it very cosy. The food style is more fine dining with small portions so I would suggest 2-3courses if you are hungry and it worth the experience. Everything was delicious only two remarks, the ‘gepocheerd ei’ was overkooked, the yolk was solid and the hollandaise sauce on top also had a bit of a solid texture which I felt disappointing. The PompoenCremeBrulee’s flavors was well balanced and nicely presented although the name probably refers to a crunchy topping which I missed.

Pricey menu, €15 for two sandwiches with tomato and cheese, but the service is top notch, they understand how to do things here...

What a beautiful location this is on the idyllic Vecht. You can feel like a wealthy merchant from the 18th century who had a country estate here on the Vecht. We received friendly and knowledgeable service and were seated on a beautiful lawn with a large pond. The lunch menu is short, but that is not a problem at all. Sharing dishes with the four of you is no problem. I thought the bouillabaisse could have been a bit more concentrated, I thought it had too little flavor. Other dishes were perfectly fine. For coffee we moved to the terrace on the Vecht, yes it is wonderful to relax…

Very tasty drinks and food, great location. Bread was baked hard, still delicious but not easy to bite or cut. The location next to the river makes it very enjoyable!

Today during our sloop trip we moored for a drink and a bite to eat, we had a delicious meal, the service was friendly and prompt. It's wonderful to sit here along the water. It is also an ideal place to moor. Definitely recommended! Thanks for the good care

Lovely place on the Vecht, good food, beautiful dishes, friendly service. When the weather is nice you can sit in the garden and watch the boats go through the Vecht. The sandwiches are highly recommended
