I never received my order and received no response from customer service. I don't understand how this company can stay in business with such poor service.

Just ordered something, but none of the extras I ordered arrived. I can't reach them by phone, so it's a waste of money and terrible service. So be careful if you want to order something here, because if something goes wrong, it's simply your problem. 30 euros for 2 burgers (with toppings) and a milkshake 😔 So, no more.

You can order from me next time. I order at 12:20 (expected 12:45-1:10), I call at 1:20 and they say it will be there in 20 minutes. I stayed up until 3:00 and nothing arrived. I wake up and hear the delivery guy will be at my door at 3:50 with a balaclava on, completely covered. 3 and a half hours, my bad! 🤣

I think it's a shame you can't give 0 stars, but oh well. If you order food here and they don't have something, you just get something else (without them calling or anything). When you call, you get a rude guy on the phone who claims he's called you multiple times and blah blah. He just hung up on me because I told him it wasn't the first time he's done this to us. (Last time, we got chili sauce instead of peanuts, and of course, he called a lot then too and really made an effort to reach us.) I just wanted my Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge, and now I'm stuck with vanilla pecan brittle. He doesn't answer the phone anymore either. Only order here if you like paying for things you don't want. The crunchy chicken salad was also unusual. See photos.

I placed an order with this store and my food arrived freezing cold. I called and explained the situation and was told that the address where my order was placed was very far away and they simply hung up on me. I have ordered from them several times and never had any complaints. This was the first time and I was immediately treated this way. It was very bad and a real shame.

10/10 always the best food and very very friendly workers. Delivery also very quick. Thanks, see you next time!

The restaurant was disappointing due to the poor service. The waitress, dressed in a shirt and shorts, seemed unprepared for the guests. The music was far too loud, and communication was challenging, as he barely spoke English and only used Arabic. As for the food, it was truly subpar; the fries were burnt, and my meal was also inedible.

Tragedy, probably the worst burger I've ever eaten. Buying one for a euro from the supermarket and heating it in the microwave would be a greater gourmet experience than this.. The delivery took almost two hours, unpleasant service on the phone.

Order is delivered 2 hours after placing, I had to call twice to ask where the delivery person was, then the delivery person calls me and says he is downstairs, I have to explain 80 times, ring the bell, I am not coming downstairs (I live in an apartment), then it turns out that it is at the wrong building, I had to explain via video calling where it is and the icing on the cake is that my burger is stone cold and with certain pieces of meat I could not even bite through and my ice cream had melted

I tried to place an order, but it wouldn’t work through the system. No problem – I’m an understanding guy, so I called politely to explain. On the phone, they said she was alone and busy with orders. I get that, I’ve worked in the kitchen myself and know how stressful it can be. To make it easier, I suggested picking up the food myself. I ordered a patatje oorlog (French fries with war sauce) and a large burger. But when I heard the price, I was a bit shocked. I had to pay extra for the satay sauce, the onions and the mayonnaise – and all that together came to almost 19 euros. And then I pick it up myself. You know what? The burger itself? Nothing to complain about. Really tasty – well-cooked and full of flavour. But when I started on the fries, things went wrong. That satay sauce… sorry, but that was really not on. The texture was so syrupy and thick that it tasted more like chewing gum than sauce. You couldn't dip your fries in it normally. I still decided to call, just in between eating, to let them know that the burger was really great. But as soon as I started talking about the sauce, they hung up on me with the message: "Come to the restaurant if you want to say something." I thought that was really disrespectful. I was polite, understanding and I know what it's like to be under pressure in a kitchen. But when you pay almost 19 euros for what is actually fast food, and then you have to pick it up yourself, you expect a bit more service. This simply didn't have to happen.

Cold food. Fries tasted like potatoes so not cooked properly. And I got quite sick from it. So definitely do not order here again!

Charged me €25 for a single redbull, and refused to private a recipt. Pretended to refunded it, and demanded I then pay a further €2.50 for the drink. Ignored refused request on Revolut. Local police will be contacted unless refund is given, and it will be reported to trading standards

Me and my girlfriend popped in late for some food on Thursday on our first night in Zaandam. The lady serving was so nice and friendly. Food was excellent.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! See the "loaded" fries here, cold and for €10, plus a tablespoon-sized container of satay sauce for €1. If you call to ask why, they'll hang you up! Don't do it; the other reviews are spot on!

Bad atmosphere inside while ordering. I went to the restroom upstairs and there was a woman doing yoga (junk, in my opinion). The food was okay but not great. I took three bites after going out and had to throw up.

The food was cold when they delivered it and they wanted to give €10 back and wanted me to eat cold food. Not nice people I will never order again

The delivery person comes to our door and rudely tells us why we are not boycotting Fanta. We are not obliged to explain this to anyone. After this I called the business and no apology was offered on behalf of the delivery person. Do you want to boycott the right way? Then you shouldn't offer it yourself! No one gives you the right to address the customer like that! 1st and last time ordered here, thrown away without eating it because it made us feel sick!! Legal action will follow..

Meat has no taste. Tastes like rubber. Order took almost 3 hours. Arrived cold.

2 h of waiting, forget 50% of my order , coming one more time, and even dont offer nothing extra to say im sorry, and the kuriier at 1 in thr night scream under the windows, 0 class, and i order chessy burger 11.95€ (on the picture with fries) bring without nothing , eh ;(

Well.. when I woke up this morning I didn’t think to myself, “My world is going to be rocked today.” I thought, “You know it’s probably gonna be a pretty normal day, nothing unbelievable is going to happen.” But let me tell you ladies and gentlemen, this has rocked my world. I am shaken to the core. These steamed hams have struck a chord in my body. The rest of my life will be nothing but pure agony unless I’ve got these steamed hams in my mouth.

The best place to have food at night. Delicious and not too expensive. Friendly customer service.

I ordered food from Bobby's Burger at 11 am and received it at half past two, in addition, I was treated rudely, never again.

I had already ordered 16 euros for a small burger and something on the side. In addition, I accidentally entered the wrong address and then provided the correct address. Once the delivery person arrived I was told that I had to pay an extra 2.50 euros because I made a mistake. The food was also not of good quality. Dramatic service, at least you expect good quality and price ratio

I ordered here at 7:10 PM and food was delivered at 8:40 PM. At the end I was left with limp fries and a melted milkshake.

Delivery guy was new but he was very happy, and kind! The food was delicious, I had a veggie classic burger and it was perfect 👌 Delivery was on time.

A hopeless place, with an English-speaking aggressive and especially unkempt guest with long hair and beard down to his chest, who knows nothing about catering and especially service (gastronomy). I ordered 2 burgers, when I picked them up they indicated in English that they only sell their burgers with advance payment, while this was not indicated on the phone, but the approach was very backward. People who work there don't speak Dutch, first of all. Second; we never received our food because they couldn't reach us by phone. Apparently there is a policy that you don't get food if you pay cash and they can't reach you. Nowhere is this clearly stated. So then you already know that. Antisocial people too. You are better off at Amros! You are also immediately harmed by someone who can barely speak English.

Small tent with about 6 seats. Actually intended for pickup and delivery. I had great expectations of the citizens, given the beautiful photos on the facade. Unfortunately, they are not freshly made burgers but standard factory burgers. It doesn't taste bad per se, but for that money I expected something different.

Really worthless. Ordered for 4 people at 11:45 PM, after 1 - 1.5 - 2 hours I called several times, each time the delivery person was on his way. If you indicate at 2:00 AM that you no longer wish to receive your order and would like to receive a refund, we will not cooperate in this. Guess what, I wake up at 3am with a call from the delivery person! Never experienced this before, will never order here again.

I waited more than an hour for my food for the 3rd time. The employees speak limited English, and if you call where it is, the delivery person is always on his way, it seems like driving home for Christmas... just keeps on his way. So I won't order here anymore. Home delivery says 20-45 minutes delivery time, but you will certainly wait more than an hour!!!

This is a review about ordering online.... Food was delivered quickly, hot and space good. Price a bit too high, but it is what it is. Unfortunately, I had clearly indicated in the comments no tomatoes with the burgers and fries de lux. This was completely ignored. The extra toppings have also been forgotten. And when you call them, you get someone on the line who only speaks English poorly. I was connected to someone who could speak Dutch, but I had to speak in childish language. I don't know what happened, but Bobby's burgers were always spot on and good. Now they are going backwards rapidly.

Arrived an hour and a half late and lukewarm. In addition, their loaded fries with Cheddar cheese gave me food poisoning!

Ik heb ooit de fout gemaakt om bij een soortgelijk genaamde burger tent een bestelling te plaatsen. Maak asjeblieft nooit dezelfde fout. Deze was smaakvol en juicy. Deze is wel met liefde gemaakt, voor mij, niet een of ander nummer. De andere was droog, smakeloos en net wat dikker dan een ouderwetse tramkaart. Niet vergeten: Bobby’s Burgers, met 4 b’s.

Moest hier toevallig zijn voor een marktplaats dingetje. Ik werd uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen! En mocht gelijk een burger uitkiezen. De mannen waren vlot en uiterst vriendelijk. Ik kreeg een heerlijke crunchy kip burger. Heb lekker gegeten en ga zeker nog een keer terug!

The quality has really gone down! Really didn’t enjoy the burger and as matter of fact I ordered twister fries and got a different kind of thick fries which was dry and sloppy. I couldn’t swallow it so I dumped it in the bin. What a pity!

Iedereen bij hobby's burgers is zo behulpzaam, en de burgers zijn een van de beste die ik ooit gegeten heb. Deze mensen zijn echt goud waard! 100% aan te raden!!

Burger prima maar de uienringen waren slap en niet lang genoeg gegaard, slappe vieze meelbal. Frietjes dito. Saus was wel lekker. Zonde van het geld.

Patat was schrikbarend weinig. En slap. De levering was ook niet je van het. Burger was een sensatie voor mijn smaakpapillen.
