Eating gives you a stomach ache. They indicate a 20-minute final count, meaning you have to wait more than 2 hours for a chicken burger menu. You call, the operator says he is on his way, I call again because he still isn't here, then he says yes, he is leaving now. Never again.

Terrible service. Awful. Whenever I order from this establishment, I do it through their takeaway app or their website. They always take more than an hour to prepare and deliver the order, even though it's a 10-minute drive. Every time I call, they say they'll arrive in a few minutes, a complete lie. I keep ordering because the food is good, but it's getting tiring that the delivery service is always this awful. I usually order lunch before going to work and always end up eating it on the way. The lack of organization at this establishment is ridiculous.

You can come eat here, but don't order. I have been waiting for my food for 2.5 hours. I called them and the guy told me he was on his way by car. That was already 30 minutes ago. I would have some respect for the fact that they might be busy and things take longer. But they are just lying to me on the phone; the delivery driver isn't on their way when it's a 6-minute drive from your store. I am working; I wanted to take a break with your food. Meanwhile, I am working with a headache from hunger. And there is still no one.

Ordered today via Thuisbezorgd. It stated a 20-40 minute wait time, but in the end it took about 60 minutes. I called the branch briefly and got a friendly young man on the line. He indicated that the delivery person was on their way, and shortly after that, it was indeed delivered 😊 Despite the longer wait time, I am very satisfied. The food was delicious and was delivered hot. Thanks guys, hopefully the service stays this way!

We have ordered food here quite often and are generally always satisfied! Today, for the first time, we had a small problem with the fries; we called and it was resolved properly. We received new fries and friendly assistance on the phone 😊 Do take into account a slightly longer waiting time than indicated. Overall, we are satisfied!

Order placed around 20:45, had it delivered at a specific time to give them time. Delivery eventually arrived 3 hours later after cancellation (too late, as I was about to go to bed). Used to be great burgers. Now a stinking dry smashed hamburger. Instead of two, there was only one. Otherwise, the presentation was rubbish. Truly, this used to be great; the hamburgers looked amazing and tasted even better. Now the same price as at that big yellow M, but the quality of a microwave hamburger.... A shame, a really, really shame.

We always wait longer than the maximum waiting time! Always! Every single time, and now you call to follow up on it once and they react very nonchalantly. Additionally, the food was cold, such a shame considering we love the food! There goes another €60/€70…… we're bummed about that.

I've ordered food from here many times; the food is good, but the service is terrible. Delivery times are incredibly long. They say 20-40 minutes, but expect at least 1.5-2 hours! And I'm not even talking about the wrong order being delivered. In short, it's the last time. I gave it plenty of chances.

Terrible! We ordered food at 6:07 PM, and it's now 8:00 PM and we still haven't received it. We called twice, and the first time they said it was on its way. Half an hour later, we called again, and were put on hold without hearing anything. So now we've been waiting two hours for our food! And then we pay a fortune for zero service.

Food is always delicious, but you have to keep it a surprise when it arrives. Ordered at 11:00 AM for 4:00 PM and was still an hour late. Now, again, "as soon as possible" and you're still waiting two hours. I would order when you're hungry and let yourself be surprised when it arrives.

I ordered a smash burger menu, which was described as a burger with two patties. What was delivered was a burger with one patty. I contacted them, but a week later still no response. Deceiving customers and then not responding to a legitimate complaint is outrageous.

Oh my, oh my, what a waste of time!! I ordered 4 burgers and fries on December 7th at 8:00 PM. The price was almost 80 euros, I thought I was going to have a cardiac arrest. The delivery time was supposed to be a maximum of 40 minutes. After an hour, I called and was told it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. After half an hour, I called again and they told me it was on its way. The food arrived just after 10:00 PM, which was perhaps the biggest disappointment. The burgers looked so shoddy and were cold, as were the fries. All in all, I waited 2 hours for cold food for almost 80 euros!! The worst burgers and delivery ever. Definitely not recommended. I'll never order food from here again.

I ordered food for a birthday 75 euros for 4 burgers with fries and 1 pair of onion rings the food was tasty but the delivery was very slow and then there was a shitty asylum center person at the door and the food was ice cold!!!!!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. They sent the wrong order, and our guest (who didn’t know what we ordered) accidentally accepted it. When we called to politely explain the situation, we were met with extremely rude behavior, yelling, and even swearing. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Honestly, this place is one of the most careless and disrespectful restaurants I’ve ever dealt with. If you value customer service and basic decency, avoid this place at all costs.

It's on a home delivery deal for 10.95. When I picked it up I just had to pay 15.10. Then get it from home delivery. Had classic burger nothing extra no sauce normal fries and a coke.

It is not a problem that a company takes a little longer to process an order, but after an hour, say 10 minutes and then an additional 20 minutes goes too far. Subsequently, not everything ordered is delivered. I call about this and they want to bring it if I indicate that after calling 3 times I am done with it and expect my money back, they hang up. If I call back I can come pick it up and deliver it, they don't do it, it's too busy for these customers. What a crap company. VERY unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Friendly staff who will help you immediately when you get there. Also not averse to a chat. So nice. And the Tacos we got were very tasty, but above all powerful. You would order just about 1 Taco for 2 people. Fills well :)

Have always been a regular customer, but after the last three times we decided to give up. At the Zaandam branch, things were forgotten and the food was no longer edible after the ride. Everything was “wet”. Every time we ordered for 8 people, the milkshake machine was "defective" and we received the money back from the delivery person. We often made too little. When we contacted Jonneys, it took two months before we were contacted. (Via the contact email on the web). Once we found someone, we received a 50% discount on the next order. That order was also a disaster. Every time the food was good, we were very satisfied.

When I called about this, the delivery person was immediately called to see what was going on and within a few minutes I was called back with an update and an apology for the delay. Very delicious halal food. The staff that runs this branch is very humble. The person that answers the phone as well as delivery staff are very decent and respectful. Can't say enough to praise these guys. We were staying at a hotel during our travel to amsterdam and ordered from this place twice. Their food was amazing and the service that we received from the staff was great. I would definitely recommend trying Peri Peri Chicken Burger. It is simply out of this world!!!

Ordered a children's menu for the first time this time, but the twister that my son got with it, very little and ordered a strawberry milkshake for the first time, was not that tasty.
