Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos in Wijk 11 Zaandam Zuid

It's been almost an hour and 25 minutes since I placed my order, and I still haven't received anything. I can't reach them by phone either... very disappointing.

Only do this if you always want to wait at least 2 hours for your food.

Bad business, nothing is arranged properly. If you don't order, it takes at least two hours before you get your damn food.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. They sent the wrong order, and our guest (who didn’t know what we ordered) accidentally accepted it. When we called to politely explain the situation, we were met with extremely rude behavior, yelling, and even swearing. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Honestly, this place is one of the most careless and disrespectful restaurants I’ve ever dealt with. If you value customer service and basic decency, avoid this place at all costs.

Please read here first before you order, otherwise you'll be hungry, this shop is ridiculous, they should close the service, it's super bad, delivery takes at least 2 hours, the fries were soggy and not tasty, and the wrap wasn't tasty either, not for me anymore

I ordered yesterday at 7:30 pm. The food arrived at 10:15 pm. Two and a half hours later I called the shop owner and told him where the food had not arrived yet But I told him I didn't want the food anymore. He hung the phone in my face without any apology. It's on a home delivery deal for 10.95. When I picked it up I just had to pay 15.10. Then get it from home delivery. Had classic burger nothing extra no sauce normal fries and a coke.

The place is not in order, we ordered online and have been waiting almost 2 hours for our food. Have called twice, no one answers, we are always on hold. Then they call and say that the food is now arriving, but then you wait too long again. No clarity is given and you wait a long time for your food. It is customary to wait at least twice the waiting time, and if they forget something they only bring it when an order happens to be made nearby. They also answer the phone very slowly

It is not a problem that a company takes a little longer to process an order, but after an hour, say 10 minutes and then an additional 20 minutes goes too far. Subsequently, not everything ordered is delivered. I call about this and they want to bring it if I indicate that after calling 3 times I am done with it and expect my money back, they hang up. If I call back I can come pick it up and deliver it, they don't do it, it's too busy for these customers. What a crap company. VERY unprofessional and customer unfriendly. I always drive from Purmerend to Zaandam when I feel like having a burger or taco, because the service and hygiene here are better than in Purmerend.

I honestly wish I could give johnnys burger co 0 stars, it is currently 14:19 the have excepted my order on tuisbezorgd at 12:29 I get to the restaurant a few min early and find them closed I continue to wait for someone to show up as I have called the restaurant a few times to see if they are open and that there might be a mistake that they are not open and my order was excepted at 12:29 …. Friendly staff who will help you immediately when you get there. Also not averse to a chat. So nice. And the Tacos we got were very tasty, but above all powerful. You would order just about 1 Taco for 2 people. Fills well :)

Have always been a regular customer, but after the last three times we decided to give up. At the Zaandam branch, things were forgotten and the food was no longer edible after the ride. Everything was “wet”. Every time we ordered for 8 people, the milkshake machine was "defective" and we received the money back from the delivery person. We often made too little. When we contacted Jonneys, it took two months before we were contacted. (Via the contact email on the web). Once we found someone, we received a 50% discount on the next order. That order was also a disaster. Every time the food was good, we were very satisfied.

5 stars because the fast food team really deserves it! At first I hesitated, small local store, average rating. We are tourists on the boat that stays on the canal, we know nothing here. The order was quickly prepared, good tacos, with enough sauce, well-cooked chicken, friendly and attentive staff, they recommended good things to me and thanked me for the order. I recommend !

Tonight I ordered a burger, but my order took a long time. When I called about this, the delivery person was immediately called to see what was going on and within a few minutes I was called back with an update and an apology for the delay. Moreover, a note would be made to send a make-up with the next order. Shortly afterwards the delivery person was at the door and I could finally eat. Unfortunately, it had become lukewarm due to the long delivery time. Shortly afterwards the bell rang again. Johnny's had not only sent a new, hot meal without being asked, but also immediately sent a little extra and the comment that there would be a make-up with the next order. The service was unexpectedly good. Compliments!

Very delicious halal food. The staff that runs this branch is very humble. The person that answers the phone as well as delivery staff are very decent and respectful. Can't say enough to praise these guys. We were staying at a hotel during our travel to amsterdam and ordered from this place twice. Their food was amazing and the service that we received from the staff was great. I would definitely recommend trying Peri Peri Chicken Burger. It is simply out of this world!!!

I order more often, always satisfied. Burgers and wraps always filled and tasty. Ordered a children's menu for the first time this time, but the twister that my son got with it, very little and ordered a strawberry milkshake for the first time, was not that tasty. Because saw no difference with vanilla

Ordered twice. Once had to wait 90 minutes. Then gave it another chance and today again more than 2 hours delivery time! After calling where the order was, they said there was nothing they could do about it and neither wanted nor could do anything for us. Also treated really badly on the phone. Never again!

Ordered food in the shop, owner was very aggressive when I indicated that my order was not as I wanted (which I communicated in advance) then started shouting like crazy! Aggressively threw the food into the trash. I am also a restaurant owner myself and this is absolutely not how you treat customers! So never eat again

we order for the sweet chili spareribs the restaurant is only 5 minutes walking from my house but we order via Uber Eats. it took 1 hour to deliver, the spareribs was extreme sweet and rare from a to feel the fat in my mouth. I think they could have baked more, the potato, salad, and jalapeño was ok

BBQ spare ribs were not good. Very greasy with tough pieces in between. Order via Uber went very quickly. Twister fries were good.

I ordered spareribs, which were not spicy (maybe for other people they would be). Besides that, there was almost only fat on the spareribs. The wedges were okay.
