Had a great laugh with the staff and a delicious meal after a night out

I haven't had such a bad meal in a long time. I threw both the kapsalon and the hamburger away after just a few bites. I had to wait almost two hours. The kapsalon was very bland and there were hardly any vegetables, the meat was old, and the hamburger was drenched in a disgusting sauce. The food seemed to have sat idle for an hour until a delivery driver was available, apparently. From now on, I'll just order from Cafetaria Keizer Karelplein; they really know what quality and service are. ONCE and NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst kapsalon ever... and they can't even cook a Mexican... a real no-go... they should feed that disgusting stuff to pigs!

I recommend everyone to eat here!! Super delicious food and a full plate. Super sweet employees who are really friendly and helpful! Great service, the food was really fresh! If you're in Nijmegen, you definitely have to come here!! Best restaurant!

You just came home from work and you ordered food at 0:37 and it didn't arrive until 02:30, the first time but also the last time, yuck, they couldn't call to let you know it would take a bit longer or something.

Order only arrived after an hour and a half and not even complete. A frikandel special and a Mexicano were missing. After calling, they responded: "We did put the food in it and that we are lying" so never order from this place!!!!

Just ordered food here. Even 1 star is too much. Awful. Never again. They melted ice and then refreezed it. Food was soggy cold and impossible to get rid of. Drinking just the can was tasty, but yes, that is not difficult and is not produced by them. Order also took a long time. I hope the euros roll out of your nose. I think about 80% of the order was thrown away. Do not order here!

Great tent, I had entered the wrong address and they waited neatly at that address until I came to pick it up. Not 5 but 10 stars. Boys were hungry and saved the evening.

Ordered food at 1:45, shortly afterwards received an email that it would take 90 minutes. Food was finally delivered at 3:25. Food was cold, fries were inedible. The chicken sandwiches were inedible... even the magnums were inedible... all in all NOOOOOIIIIITTTTTT order more here...

Very disappointing. I got a nice lady on the phone who said everything was done. Once home we got a hair salon without the accompanying sauce (which was clearly included) plus a hair in the cheese. Also instead of a large hair salon we got a medium size, but we paid the price of a large one. Too bad about this.

I ordered a chicken plate and Grandpa wanted to count the extra plate for me. The chicken had burnt leftovers from burgers because other customers ordered before me. When I noticed him, he started insulting me, so I replied the same and wanted to leave. Grandpa jumped out to me with his paws, constantly insulting me. It was the first time in my life that situation. Apparently he's had enough, and it's time to close this place down.

Just ordered 3 hair salon, little meat, really little!!! Looks like a large fries with a little bit of meat. And cheese wasn't even melted. Bon Appetit well no it wasn't what a cash salon should be.

You can order food here until late and it will be delivered within the agreed time by very friendly staff. Recommended!

After our order, I gave an anonymous review on home delivery about our paninis and the piece of metal found IN the sandwich. The next night I received several calls from the restaurant, the next day I called back and was threatened by the boss (her own words) of the restaurant. She recognized the story in the review and looked up my details. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!

After 1 hour and 20 minutes they arrived with my food. On Monday night at 1.30 you can't tell me it's that busy. The food was nothing to complain about.

Sunday night, a quick tasty snack before the working week starts again. We thought... After 50 minutes, we called to ask where the food was. The lady on the phone was initially unaware of our order. A little later in the conversation she told us that the order was 'just' being prepared and that it was 'busy' (3:00 am!) It would be shipped out in 5 minutes. It's nonsense as far as we're concerned. Everything indicated that they had overlooked our order. Finally the food was delivered after an hour and a half. Lukewarm, bland and limp. 'Bon Appetit' did not apply. All in all one big disappointment. Unfortunately, we couldn't wipe our tear-stained faces with a napkin. These were not included.

Due to a combination of circumstances, it took a little longer, but it was super tasty. Good thing recommended.

Waited two and a half hours for an incorrect order. No apologies on the phone for the long wait. Definitely not recommended by far. Save yourself and order somewhere else! Maybe if you go there it will be nice.

Just really disgusting stuff. Kapsalon is just fries, ketchup with a little lettuce and the occasional stray piece of meat. In short, worthless. You don't even give this kind of junk to the pigs.

The food I ordered here was quite good for an order at 2:30 am. The lamb shawarma was the best but the hot chicken was tasty too. The veal döner was the least good but still quite okay, for 3 am Also delicious rice and a salad which was quite okay. Only they forgot my coke. But they delivered this neatly.

Too much sambal with my döner sandwich. Also a shame about the fries I got with it; then I had to stay.

Delicious food, super friendly service and people who make your food with passion, a big plus.
