Large kapsalon doner always delicious

Terrible! Ordered 2 fries and 2 snacks, which was supposed to take 40 minutes, almost 1.5 hours late. Upon arrival, the waiter had forgotten the cola, which was supposed to arrive in half an hour. To this day, I still haven't seen any cola! Never again!

We order from our regular snack bar, always nice and hot and delivered very quickly! The delivery person is always friendly!

I ordered a large Donor kapsalon yesterday. It exceeded all my expectations! Delicious Donor meat, delicious cheese, and fries. And all in just the right proportions. Truly, the best Donor kapsalon I've had in a long time.

Strong sticky kappa, the three of us had a Saturday hair salon tasting. The line up: 1 kappa fries, 1 kappa potato slices and 1 kappa fries. We unanimously agree that this is worth 4/5 stars. For dessert we shared 2 Mexicanos with peanut sauce. A slightly obscure combination suggested by compa that served as the icing on the cake. Keep up the good work guys from Neerbosch!!

First time I got a dish here. The meat was bone dry... inedible. I'll never order from here again.

We didn't receive a product, and then all the employees started yelling at us, claiming we hadn't ordered it. It was about a previous order that hadn't been delivered, and they said they'd send it to the same address next time, but they simply ignored them. A very disrespectful place that certainly doesn't treat its customers like regular cafeterias. Never ordering from here again.

We have been ordering quite a lot of food once a week with our office for some time now. But today we had to call and try to explain that we like to order food but that the last few weeks it has been delivered colder and colder with today as the low point and that we will not order anymore. The answer from the restaurant: "then you don't order, it's up to you". Outrageous. Crap man

Delivery is always much, much later than stated. When you call they are always supposedly on their way. Pizza and fries in a closed plastic bag causes condensation and therefore weak fries and tough pizza. It used to be very good here, but is now very bad. This was the last time we ordered here.

What a great tent! We eventually picked up our food ourselves after there were several errors in the order and we didn't understand anything on the phone. They were also unfriendly when we came to pick it up.

First we have to wait 45 minutes longer for our food. Then 2 mistakes are made in our order. When we call back about this, they are difficult to deal with on the phone and suddenly our order can no longer be found. And it is too busy to help us further. When I went to the cafeteria myself, 6 staff were doing nothing and were eating themselves. Very unfriendly staff and we were given new food with great reluctance. Very unfriendly and angry employees!

Probably the best kapsalon in Nijmegen. The food is always hot when delivered. Sometimes the deliveries take more time than promised but I have never received a cold meal. So I am not angry if it is late because the food tastes so nice. Delivery is always the friendliest I have seen.

Dramatic. Regular customer for 3 years, they are treated like the first stranger. Always ordered the same thing, which has now been delivered completely wrong. You call them, the first thing you get back is a big mouth and that they are closed (10 minutes before time)… No leniency, no customer friendliness. This company should be given another lesson in manners.

If you want them to not follow your order at all and do what they want, then by all means order there. Thanks Neerbosch.

We eat here for a while already and were never dissapointed.

These people scam you, you order one thing and get another, you find out while eating that there is nothing they can do anymore, the second time is a waste of money, don't come here again, no money back, no new ones, ridiculous, never come here again, don't advise anyone if you are Dutch. You don't have to come here, you won't be treated the same, unfortunately

After a fairly sloppy recording of the order for pickup, I had to wait another 25 minutes in the store. While eating I found a piece of wire brush in my hair salon. A quick call to the hall resulted in a "thank you for reporting it", but an apology was not forthcoming. Pretty rough if you ask me.

The shawarma sandwich, (for me without lettuce and with satay sauce), the best in Nijmegen. I live in Wijchen, but drive up and down there. And I was always helped in a friendly manner! YESTERDAY I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO PARK, IN THE ONLY FREE SPOT BEHIND THE BUSINESS. THIS IS NOT HOW TO DEAL WITH YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME, VERY Pity.

Adequate, certainly not great. Fine for a quick bite, don't expect too much.

The meat was barely warm and tasteless, the fries were crackers, and the only thing I liked about the entire plate was the roll, and it was 13 euros and the card at the table said 10, which is a blatant fraud.

Ordered hair salon. Took 103 minutes to be exact before it arrived. After 90 minutes I called them to ask how long it would take. Most blunt dry guy then says "10 minutes, fifteen minutes." Unfriendly and unsympathetic. After the hair salon finally arrived, I also discovered that the meat was simply hard and burnt in some places. And you tipped for that. It would have been better to spread a peanut butter sandwich on it. 😒

Absolutely ridiculous company. I ordered fries and frikandel and live very close by. ONE HOUR LATER I call to ask where the food is and they say they are only going to make it NOW!! And if I pick it up it will be faster (even though I paid delivery costs!). I say that's not possible (I have a sleeping baby at home and I'm alone) and the guy tells me to just wait!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I used to eat a lot at this spot. It's cozy. The atmosphere is a little dated, but that is something I like. The food is ok, staff is very friendly.

I'm allergic to chilli sauce, so I couldn't eat my kapsalon. I clearly stated, no chilli sauce. The milkshake costs almost 3 euros and is child-sized, which is scandalous. Everywhere you get lettuce, tomato, cucumber and feta. Only lettuce here, to make the ultimate profit. First and last time I ordered here.

Good food, but the delivery is always bad, but always, something is always forgotten, or things are swapped, normal fries and you get fresh fries, shawarma and I get döner, get half an order, your food is delivered somewhere else, in short always something, always have to call back and then it usually takes a long time before the rest finally arrives. Food 1 hour late, fries cold, 1 special fries missing and they don't answer when we want to call about it (paid of course), they deliver and fry fries incorrectly and you can't reach them to get your paid for fries. Paupers.

Ordered a pasta, well it was very dry. And it really wasn't worth eating. When I called the cafeteria I got a lady on the phone who was very convinced that she could cook. Well I wonder where she learned to cook. Feeling sorry for her husband😢.
