Always late, and by that I mean every order way too late 45 minutes if not 1 hour late.

Despite the bad weather, I called promptly to inform them of the delay. I received further updates and even a call to say they were on their way. My food arrived shortly afterward. A huge thumbs up for the young entrepreneur at BurgerMe Nijmegen!

I received the wrong burger and called about it, but it was quickly resolved, even on New Year's Day. Absolutely fantastic! The fries cured my hangover, and the burger, which arrived a bit later, completely restored my health. More than satisfied!

Yesterday, December 22nd, I ordered food there. (I've ordered food from there a few times before, it was okay, and the longest I've ever had to wait was an hour.) After ordering through their own service (not home delivery or anything like that), the app jumps to a folder with a 45-minute timeframe. After an hour and a half, I finally called to ask where the food was. The woman on the phone told me she was starting to take it. So I asked if that was normal after an hour and a half, and she gave the reason as a lack of delivery drivers. After waiting almost two hours, the food arrived, no apology from the delivery driver, nothing. You'd think it would be fantastic because they'd been working on it for so long. Appearances can be deceiving. The bags the fries came in have those grease-soaked spots on them, the same goes for the bag the chicken snack box came in. The food that came out looked like it had just come straight from the deep fryer. My wife and I both had the Angus burger, which wasn't much better. The meat was dry and tough, and I could have easily ended the four-day march. We ended up almost 50 euros lighter for food that was absolutely inedible. We will NEVER order from here again.

I've ordered food from here several times in the past. The food was sometimes a bit more expensive than other fast food places, but I always got something that tasted good. Now I order again and get something that's nothing like what I had before. The onion rings I always loved are now the same cheap junk you can find everywhere, and the "brioche" bun on the burger didn't look or taste like it. The lettuce looked wilted, and the burger was bland. It's a shame, because this used to be one of the better burger places. Not worth the price anymore, until they improve the quality.

I waited almost four hours for my food...my food arrived, and guess what? No juice, my sandwich was half-filled. All in all, a very bad experience.

I waited an hour and a half for a flat, anemic burger with a few stray vegetable bits. It had a total of three jalapeño slices, even though I'd ordered extra. This was the first and last time for me.

My experience with this store was particularly bad. They advertised a so-called delivery guarantee, claiming you'd receive compensation if your order took longer than 35 minutes. My order arrived over an hour later, but absolutely nothing was done about that promise. The delivery driver didn't mention it, and when I followed up on the website, they promised to contact me. That didn't happen. I contacted them again. Even when they promised to call me back, they remained silent. And this isn't an isolated incident, as I see many other people making the exact same complaints in the reviews. Apparently, it's standard practice not to honor this so-called delivery guarantee. Why this is even mentioned on the website is beyond me. You can fill out the form, wait patiently, but you simply don't hear anything back. It's as if you're not being taken seriously as a customer. On top of that, the store itself looks unkempt and messy. Cables are strewn across the floor, unopened boxes are everywhere, a meter box is left open, drinks are scattered on the floor, and tables from previous customers aren't being cleaned. It exudes absolutely no hygiene or professionalism. The food itself is fine, but nothing special. It's wholesale meat you could just as easily get at any other burger joint. All in all, a lousy experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The sirtaki burger was supposed to consist of a burger with feta, a generous amount of tomato and cucumber, and lollorosso lettuce, if the picture is to be believed. I also ordered ketchup and garlic cream. In reality, it was a soft ciabatta bun, a perfectly good burger, but no ketchup, minimal garlic cream, not a single piece of feta in sight, one slice of tomato, no cucumber, a few shreds of white onion, and iceberg lettuce. Disappointing.

Eat here regularly and always get delicious burgers. Chili cheese nuggets are also recommended.

Cold burger, cold fries, order pizza again next time

Ordered here and delivery took 35+ minutes. According to their own promise, you would then be eligible for compensation. Emailed them twice with no response. Their promises are not kept. In addition, they delivered the wrong citizen.

After regularly ordering from Burgerme for a number of years, I just ordered for the last time. Quality and service was very good in the beginning, but this has deteriorated rapidly over the last 10-12 months. The branch can rarely adhere to the guaranteed delivery time of 35 minutes. The fact that this does not happen occasionally is negligible. But this happens regularly even though we live only 300 meters away from the branch. To top it all off, the burgers are also cold-lukewarm. How is this possible if there is only 300 meters between the branch and our address? While other burger chains manage to deliver hot burgers. Then there is the problem of the ridiculous transaction costs that are charged when you choose to pay via Online Banking. We no longer live in 2015, and Burgerme still cheats its customers of enough money by having toppings that are not worth the asking price compared to the quality. Placed order tonight at 7pm. Order was supposed to be placed at 7:45 PM - called at 8:15 PM. The response was not really understanding, but rather dry and disinterested. Good customer service is the basis of a successful company. Unfortunately, you failed the customer and lost us as a 'regular' customer.

We found it by chance, in a quiet area, it turned out to be super tasty. Burgers are large, juicy, with grilled meat. Everything is great and fast service. Lowered the rating only for the atmosphere like a run-in, dirty, a spider crawled, not very clean. Paint everything with fresh paint, cosmetic repairs and it will be great in general.

You really have an antisocial delivery person. I just met him on the Energieweg, because he "jumped" over a rise on the road with his Volkswagen Up. The burger was good but the buns were bigger than the chicken patty inside. It could be due to the reason that it was a bit hard to communicate in english with the person taking the orders. Overall, not the best experience. I also ordered a dine in but was served a take away meal.

Recently ordered a halal burger. Delivered on time, but unfortunately the burger was cold on arrival. The burger also resembled a frozen Mora burger in terms of structure. Really not nice. Super happy with our food! The vegan burger was super tasty: great patty, fresh veggies - I’m super satisfied! Also the mango curry sauce is a total banger. Fit well with the fries (which were very well made, especially for delivered food, just the right crispness). Also, the delivery was super fast, all food was warm and fresh from the press. Then called the back three more times because it took a long time and vague explanations were given again and again. The order was delivered three hours later. After a long hot day, my friends and I were craving a good burger. Stumbling along the terraces in the heart of Nijmegen, we were unfortunately unable to get a spot. We all knew what the second option would be: BurgerMe. We scoured the net looking for franchise reviews. At first we were very indignant. The establishment in Nijmegen only had a 3.2. One of my friends showed his disapproval and refused to go. After carefully reading the reviews one by one, we came to a joint conclusion. It wasn't the food but the delivery people! We decided to move on, at least for that one friend. The majority decides and he had to go along. He gathered his courage even though I knew the moment must have felt like a lump in his throat. After being greeted kindly, we placed our order. It went well, the wait time was short and the owner's young children even cleaned up the trash from previous customers. We also didn't spot any angry delivery people, chapeau.

After a quick inspection of the restaurant, I was extremely skeptical about this Toko, the reviews didn't lie. 3.2 stars… However, I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. Customer unfriendliness was the biggest headache for this restaurant, within this category it performed surprisingly well in my view. Although there is still room for improvement in communication, my well-communicated wishes were not properly understood. The food wasn't bad. Looking at the price, I believe that you get value for your money. A suggestion for the chef is to offer multiple types of bread, as the bun was soggy. When I touched the food I simply pierced the bottom layer. All in all I had a great experience, although there are still some areas for improvement.
