Slecht service. Wc was niet schoon. Eten was ook niet lekker. Ook niet veel keuze voor diner. Ik had pasta gegeten vond het niet lekker.

There is a serious problem with cleanliness. Toilets are in pretty bad shape. Although the staff is friendly, unfortunately it is not a place I can recommend.

It's a real shame how Nisantasi has deteriorated, I used to always love coming here. I am extremely disappointed. The food was not tasty, there is a girl downstairs who does not take orders properly. Food is being prepared downstairs and there is a smell of cigarette smoke where people are cooking!!!! This is also where you go to the toilet, so it was clearly visible. Upstairs in the shisha lounge area, the staff only looks outside. It was my umpteenth time but today was truly the last time.

I don't even want to give 1 star. I come in and then I get one of those grumpy employees who doesn't even talk to you in a nice manner. Then we go upstairs because according to her everything upstairs was for shisha. Wanted to sit somewhere that was supposedly reserved. We were there for 2 hours and no one was there. The boy who worked upstairs was very sweet and came to us straight away. On our table there was a picture with a 3-course menu per person for 30 euros and the person who worked there told us that it no longer applies and that it was valid until December 17. That is a lie because the same day they posted on online platform including Instagram that it is valid, right? We paid 15 euros per person for shisha, while it also stated on Instagram that the entire month of January is €12.50? I smell a scam here. Something is wrong. Definitely not recommended for new people.

What an amazing grand café lounge café today it was nice to enjoy the weather with friends, the welcome was very pleasant and we got a nice place in the sun and the service was top and the ladies and gentlemen are very hospitable and from reception to the last minute they were very alert and attentive and that is something we rarely encounter these days, a big 10 and certainly worth 5 stars. Thank you very much and if we come to Nijmegen again, this is the place where we will come again to enjoy the Waalkade 🥰🥰🥰

Our chicken was undercooked and pink on the inside. I ordered soup with bread. Bread only arrived when my soup was finished.. not recommended, our food was inedible

The woman behind the bar just takes your debit card and pays for you without you seeing anything. She charged us €18 for €11.50 drinks. When you ask, she pretends she doesn't know anything and marches you in the other direction with a big smile. Scammers and definitely not recommended.

Bad service and the restaurant is not clean

Bad customer service, bad food presentation, and unclean in general. We had to ask them 3 times to remove the dirty plates after eating, and one of the girls handed me the wipe to wipe the table because she couldn’t reach. Bad food, bad service. You get super cold food. Cutlery was completely dirty, sticky and full of grease stains. After one bite of food we indicated that we did not want to eat anymore. We were disappointed with the cheese and sucuk for breakfast. For this price I expect better ingredients. Furthermore, good service and a cozy cafe, which we visit quite often.

Unfortunately the ham cheese bouncer was not with ham. It was some sour will. It tasted good, but in combination with what I had ordered it made no sense. Too bad there was no alcohol-free beer. But the ice cold radler o% was fine. No further complaints were heard in our group.

Hello dear tourists, Please don't let the pictures fool you. The restaurant is in a good location, but nothing more. I was visiting Germany, the prices on the website and in the restaurant have a big difference (more expensive). After the restaurant opened at 3 p.m., the tables were covered and generally tidied up. The staff is not changing table friendly, no one speaks a word of English. The food for the prices was a joke! Definitely not a recommendation.

Really expensive and not worth the money... ordered borek only got 3 pieces that were as thick as my little finger for 8.50 euros..

Overpriced, tiny portions and not good! Truly by far one of the worst restaurants I have visited. How you can put something like that on the table for that money! I would be ashamed as an owner! Went there hungry, paid and left hungry again. Catastrophic!

A very good restaurant where they also have a separate lounge area. Service, food, location and staff are truly top class. We have already been to Nişantaşı lounge & restaurant twice, we will definitely come here more often. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much for the good service Burçin.

A day in Nijmegen, given the menu you expect solid Turkish cuisine. Unfortunately, this turned out to be less true, in a mixed dish you have to find meat among the mushrooms that were in the majority. All pieces of meat tasted the same, nothing special because of the amount of sauce. Iskender was also not as you would traditionally expect, meat too cold. And wrong choice of meat used in this case. All in all a disappointment for us. We don't come here anymore. Furthermore, you would expect a nice concept (nostalgic Turkish), theme was good. However, the loud music (NL top 20 rappers) did not really fit the atmosphere of this business.

Super friendly staff, they come by several times to ask if everything is still to your liking. Don't be frugal when filling the plates!! Sisha is also good, holds coals well and has many kinds of flavors. Great tent! Don't let the previous reviews put you off coming here for a relaxing evening.

Ordered salad with halloumi fried in nut batter. The nut batter was not there. Ordered fried squid rings with garlic sauce. There was no garlic sauce. This was indicated to the server. Said oh I don't know. The layout with some lettuce did not look good. The drinks are served without a glass but with a straw. I can't speak about the food.

It is very conveniently located next to Holland Casino, you can easily park. As for the restaurant itself, the quality was of a lesser degree. Had lunch today and it took a long time before we could order and receive the food. There were as many staff members present as there were tables occupied: 3. The milk was lukewarm and the bread tough and the chairs under the umbrellas had wet upholstery. Everything else was very reasonable.

Due to the pandemic, I cannot judge the look and interior design as we sat outside, but the quality of the food and place was good. Service was fast than expected. We ordered Adana Dürüm, and the taste of was astonishing, even though it was lacking the spiciness. Prices were reasonable too. Overall really satisfied during my visit.

Beautiful location, spacious and luxurious terrace, service was very friendly and cooperative and the food was also delicious. Highly recommended. If you want something other than a standard terrace, I would definitely visit here😁

I normally never give reviews but this really needs to be said!! Service was bad. Everything takes too long. On the first floor you can barely have a normal conversation and eat at the same time because as a non-smoker, the smoke from the sisha around you burns in your throat. The food was served first and after a serious 5 minutes the cutlery was served. Once outside on the terrace they DO NOT look at you!!! I called them several times if they could help with the order. There was a boy in the service who did his best, also indicated that it was busy, but after all I paid for it. Sorry, not worth repeating for me!!

Very friendly service, ordered humus with bread as a snack. Beautifully presented, generous portion, warm bread. Meanwhile, watching ships sail by on the Waal in the rain. Great lounge music in the background. A perfect end to a visit to a beautiful city.

I ordered Beyti kebap with my girlfriend today. Unfortunately the meat was not fresh, but really hard and burnt. Not as expected. A nice place with a view, but the food is certainly not recommended. We also had to wait a long time for the staff. Too bad everyone.

We came to your sisha lounge yesterday with 3 friends, it was really the most beautiful sisha lounge I have seen in Nijmegen. Only when we came to the cash register, 2 people who worked there dropped something and the boss or chef started shouting like crazy why did you do that and I didn't like this at all, this cannot and should not happen, everything else was fine .

Wir hatten das 4 Gänge Menü für ca. 20,00€. Enthalten war Brot mit Dips, eine traditionelle türkische Kichererbsen Suppe, ein Hauptgericht und eine Nachspeise. Als Hauptgericht haben wir Adana Kebab und Iskender Kebab gewählt. Dad Adana war super, Iskender war in Ordnung, allerdings nicht traditionell. Die Nachspeisen (Baklava und Cheesecake) waren auch in Ordnung. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, Service war super und gute Atmosphäre.

Sehr zufrieden! Hatten das 4 Gänge Menü für ca. 20€ mit Brot und Suppe als Vorspeise, ein Hauptgericht und ein Dessert nach Wahl. Super Atmosphäre, super Service!
