Therefore, I tried again via the Domino’s app. Unfortunately, exactly the same thing happened: the money was debited, but the order was not created again. I then contacted the branch by phone. I was told that they could not see an order and that the money would eventually be refunded. No one could tell me exactly when this would happen. The result: my family and I ended up without pizza, without food, and without €70 that had by then been debited from our account. This is truly unacceptable. If a payment is debited but the order is not processed, this problem should be resolved immediately. I am very disappointed in the service of Domino’s in Diemen. Their online system is almost always down, and their provided phone number does not work. Impossible to order from most of the time.

The courier was very disrespectful and mad at me for no reason, he didn’t call me and didn’t message me in the app and somehow he expected me to know he was here. First and last time I order here teach your workers how to treat your customers.

Lovely place, great tasty food and more than fair prices. Not to mention the wonderful waiters and especially the blonde girl Vlatka. 👋
