Don’t order from Papa johns!! 1- The order came 40 mins late, they didn’t even bother to pick up the phone 2- Chicken ranch doesn’t have any ranch (though we ordered it extra ranch sauce). I was excited to taste the ranch in tasted in many papa johns in other countries. They definitely don’t have ranch sauce 3- I tried papa johns in many countries, and many pizzas from different places, this is by far the worst pizzas. Doesn’t even worse the try

I ordered two pizzas yesterday. First, we received another customer's order. Then it turned out our order was incorrect and the selected options were missing. Once, but never again.

It was great, I live near to the area so my experience was truly nice, the guy that made the pizza was so cool and helpful and he did as fast that he could, also they bring u a garlic sauce was top this is a real plus, I think that the problem is the delivery services and not the pizza!

Brutal employee had to wait 2 hours, scandalous service, bunch of amateurs

Bad shop. Rude and unfriendly staff. Ordered a pizza via the Papa John's website. Chose the option to deliver within 30 minutes. (I live less than a 2-minute walk from Papa John's but am unable to pick up the pizza myself) I was called after 40 minutes, they were very busy, the pizza was delivered within 20 minutes. Not happy about it, but okay, it can happen. After the pizza had still not been delivered 35 minutes later, I called. They left a few minutes ago. After indicating that I lived within a 2-minute walk and had not heard the bell yet, they indicated that the pizza was now coming out of the oven and would be there within 10 minutes. Not only is the service slow, but they are also not telling the truth. But anyway, give them another 15 minutes before I cancel the order. The pizza finally arrives after 20 minutes, I am starving. Turns out they delivered the wrong pizza. With pineapple, about the only ingredient I don't like on a pizza. So I call. They will deliver the right pizza right away, within 15 minutes. After 25 minutes the new, correct pizza finally arrives. I can finally eat my pizza in peace. My phone rings. Papa John's is calling. I think to apologize again for their lousy service. No, a very rude and antisocial lady calls to ask why I didn't return the previously delivered wrong, now cold, pizza with 2 bites out of it? My answer that the delivery woman hadn't asked for that is responded to with the answer that I only paid for 1 pizza and therefore can't have 2. Would I like to bring the old pizza? Indicated that this really doesn't make any sense and that they should just pick it up themselves if the old pizza is so scared and then hang up with the idea that they will leave it at that. But no, where it took 2 hours to deliver the right pizza, they were at the door within 2 minutes to pick up the old, cold, soggy pizza. No apologies, nothing. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Not only do they not honor their delivery agreements by arriving more than an hour late with the wrong pizza, instead of apologizing and, for example, giving a discount or offering a free drink for the inconvenience, they bother you afterwards with the accusation that you deliberately kept the wrong pizza by not giving it to the delivery lady. Really scandalous. Never again Papa John's for me.

Worst Papa John’s ever. They have offers such as buy 1 get 1 free, but only on Uber Eats. As soon u try to order it „only pick up“ appears, since months now. BUT u can order on Thuisbezorgd and they actually deliver ur food, but there are no offers😆 I tried calling the location and order per phone, but the workers there don’t even know what offers they sell. Really disappointing, Big L!

For my first time at Papa Joes Pizza, I am really impressed! The pizza had a crispy crust and fresh toppings that were super flavorful. The friendly service made it complete. I will definitely come back here!

I tried Papa John’s pizza for the first time, and I liked it. Pizza Quality: The pizza was fresh and hot. The crust was soft, and the sauce had a good flavor. I really liked the ranch sauce🤤 Toppings: The toppings were plenty and tasted good. The pepperoni was crispy. It wasn’t too greasy, which I liked. The garlic bread was great. Price: The price was fair, and they have good deals. I will be back..🤤

I ordered a pizza and it didn't arrive, uber app status keep saying deliver is ready to deliver, So I called to the restaurant. And they said they already delivered it. They delivered it to wrong address, and they are the one who confused address number and house number, but they keep saying this situation is my fault. I'm going to do everything to hear sorry from them. I have all receipt that my address written correctly, I don't want any pizza from them anymore.

Waited almost 1.5 hours for a pizza that would be delivered within 30 minutes. When I called after the status had been changed to delivered, but the pizza had not yet arrived, I was told that they have no idea how long it will take and that it is busy. Communication was apparently not the strongest skill of the gentleman I spoke to by telephone. I ordered a pizza again after years, but a few years ago it was also 45 minutes late as standard and it was always very busy. The pizza was slightly warm and this time I did get what I ordered.

My order was never delivered. Terrible experience. Never ordering with them again.

Dunno what happened as of late with this branch of Papa John's, but the service has deteriorated greatly since the start of 2024. My order was late, so the food was just slightly warm still- no big deal, it happens. One box of pizza had no sauce or peppers, again, no big deal, it happens. My pepperoni pizza was devoid of the extra jalepenos that I paid extra for... I'm losing out on flavor and money now. The spicy buffalo wings must've been from a baby chick cause they were the tiniest I've ever seen! What's going on, PJ? The Piri Piri poppers must've popped off in the oven cause they were overcooked and sad looking, not to mention drier than some off-market nuggets. And to top it all off, not only were the pizzas badly cut, they were ghost cut as well! I had to cut the slices myself with a knife. Why bother? I've been a longtime if PJ's when I was living in the USA, and was genuinely glad they branched out here, but now this is just a bitter burn to nostalgia. Pizza Hut ain't in this side of the 'Dam and NY Pizza tastes nothing like real NY Pizza... so I guess I've only got Domino's now. Well, I've saved up enough points for a free large pizza; I'm gonna take it and cut my ties afterwards. I can't justify having nostalgia if it means that I don't get the food that I paid for.

Ordered food, they say the delivery person is already on his way and is almost there, I could wait another half hour and found out that the pizza is very bad and Soggy never again

We only go to Papa John's for their Garlic sauce. Delicious buttery taste. After McDonald's fries sauce I face fast food sauce. No other pizza place has the same sauce. Delicious as a dip with your bread or pizza

My pizza finally arrives after an hour, and then these jokers expect you to come down to pick it up, I don't know, but I pay delivery costs, for what?? There went the tip! And then it was still cold, they came to exchange it, but really exchange it🤣, that also increased the appetite, thank you👍🏼

I had to wait 90 minutes for a stone cold pizza and then got this response back. I ordered from here once and will never do so again.

They've gotten pretty bad. Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:30 PM, 7:15 PM still no pizza. Called and another rude guy on the line, telling me I have to wait and I shouldn't complain because they will be there in 5 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a pizza at 21.40 and was suppose to be here at 22.30. I called the store at 23.00 and they said that it is one the way. The pizza never came.

Just good all round pizza. Make sure you pick it up from the store, never trust delivery as your pizza will usually arrive cold. Tip: Google maps navigates you to the back entry of Vomar (Supermarket) which is wrong. I’ve updated the location.

I have never eaten such a nasty pizza, I ordered a shawarma pizza. I waited 1.5 hours for the pizza, but the shawarma was nowhere to be seen. Will you deliver them afterwards... or? Is this supposed to be a margherita with three pieces of tomatoes on it, because if so, I'll get some euros back from you. And then I haven't even mentioned the service. I ordered a large pizza of 35 cm to my regret. The pizza was delivered hard and cold, so I could use it as a Frisbee.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the bad reviews but it's really bad. The pizza took over an hour to arrive and was no longer warm once it arrived.

We were on holiday in diemen from finland and this place was perfect in everyway. There was a really nice lady selling us the best pizzas we ever had (altough drunk). Were definetly coming back here on our next trip, thank you <3

I really don't understand the bad ratings to be honest. Whenever i ordered a pizza from here the taste was great and service was very polite!! Today i ordered a sausage and pepperoni with stuffed crust. It was one of the best I had so far! The girl who made it was also very nice.

I often order Garlic Pizza Sticks and Garlic Cheese Sticks here, which taste really good. The only thing is that sometimes they forgot the drink that I put in my order.

Vriendelijk personeel, rijk belegde lekkere pizza’s en snelle service. Wij kwamen eigenlijk te laat binnen (net voor sluitingstijd) maar de dame achter de balie is zo vriendelijk geweest om toch onze pizza’s te bakken. Tevens zingt ze altijd heel mooi terwijl ze bezig is in de keuken. Een aanrader dus! 👍🏽

De bezorging duurt telkens absurd lang. Nu al een paar keer besteld en de bezorgtijd van >30 minuten hebben ze nog nooit waargemaakt. Het duurt altijd langer dan een uur. Als ik ze bel liegen ze ook telkens dat de bezorger net is vertrokken en dan wacht ik makkelijk nog een half uur. Pizza is goed.

Dimphy wat is zei een leuke medewerker! Geweldige service gaf ze. Ik kom zeker terug :)

Some of the best pizza around hands down. Really fresh and well made. Not ever over or under cooked. They’ve somehow managed to make it the perfect middle. I highly recommend pizza here! The customer service here is also no joke, the delivery woman is very nice and enthusiastic, always delivers with a smile. Favourite pizza place :))

Toen de storm uitbrak bij ons in NL had ik vroeg al pizza’s besteld maar kreeg het niet binnen en had al via ideal betaald. Wat bleek nou dat ze uiteraard gesloten waren. Via de website onderaan kan je contact opnemen en een mailtje sturen wat ik tevens heb gedaan dat ik mijn bestelling wel heb betaald maar door omstandigheden niet heb gekregen. Kreeg paar dgn daarna een mailtje terug dat ze het terug zouden en is netjes gebeurd. Dus bepaalde reviews die zeuren dat ze niks hebben gekregen dan zeg ik moet je ze wel mailen he!! Waarschijnlijk door weer omstandigheden of andere obstakels konden ze het niet bezorgen of dat ze gesloten zijn. Bedankt PapaJohns voor jullie snelle afhandeling en reactie.

Voor een niet Italiaanse pizza een zeer geschikte plek. Bij mij altijd snel thuisbezorgd (geen zondagen of precies om 18:00). Bezorgers altijd vriendelijk aan de deur. Bedanken je ook vriendelijk als je een klein fooitje geeft.

Pizza's om van te smullen😋 en pizza was tijdens spitstijd snel klaar. Lekker warm, goede deegkwaliteit, een aanrader voor iedereen! Personeel is vriendelijk. Update 15 december 2021: Vandaag weer eens besteld bij Papa John's Diemen. Een geweldige team die door weer en wind een pizza voor me bezorgd Dat wordt echt gewaardeerd!!! Zoals altijd is het smaakvol. Ik had er zo 10 van kunnen opeten, maar helaas laat me maag dat niet toe. Ik heb wel een uur gewacht, maar het is het wachten meer dan waard. Een dikke 10 zijn jullie waard!

Very long delivery time (1-2h). If at least they gave us a warning before ordering it would be ok but the website says delivery within 30 minutes... Other than that, pizza is very good.

Delicious pizza and chicken wings. Our favourite pizza is The Works, it's just the best. Super delicious with lots of toppings, still warm, and never dissapoints. We usually order from the website because it has nice discounts and promotions, and free delivery too!

Slechte ervaring met bezorgen vandaag. Gaf ze een uur de tijd, kwamen ze nog 40 minuten te laat! Hing toen net aan de telefoon om navraag te doen, geven ze aan dat er ook klanten zijn die al een uur wachten. Moet ik me gelukprijzen dat ik maar 40 minuten hoef te wachten?
