Domino's in Diemen Centrum

Incomplete order I ordered three pizzas with a 1.5L coke. The delivery driver forgot the coke and said he would return, but never did. Disappointing.

Ordered food while still open and it just never showed up. Didn't let us know anything about the delivery. Embarrassing.

This really is the best pizza place! The thin, crispy crust is perfect every time, and the flavor is fantastic. The owner is also incredibly friendly and always gives a warm welcome. The service is incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended!

The pizza was cold, disgusting and very small. I bought a medium pizza and got a small pizza that was inedible. I will never come here again and the service was very bad.

Absolutely dissatisfied with this location. My order was delivered to the wrong address. After contacting them by phone, they said my money would be refunded within 5 business days. Unfortunately, I've received nothing. I've called several times, filled out the contact form, and sent emails, but no response. This store is absolutely worthless!

The pizzas were reheated old pizzas, dry like cardboard, partly burned probably from the reheating. The chicken strips were undercooked. I paid extra for fast delivery, maybe they were in a hurry to get the order out and decided not to make a fresh pizza batch for us. Very disappointing. Last week we ordered the same combo and it was really good. Too bad. Btw, the mushroom pizza also had seasoning which I removed from the order. This supports the claim that these pizzas were not made for our order.

They only take your money, pizza never arrives, no one picks up the phone. Criminals!! Edit: almost six months later and countless calls to customer service, i am still waiting for a refund! What the hell is wrong with Dominos???

I ordered a pizza and they never delivered it. I told them about it but they did not give me a refund. I advice people not to order there, the delivery service is so unrealiable it can skip your command easily without refunding you. Bunch of thiefs.

Never trust this shop. I ordered a pizza and they never delivered it to me, and I asked for a refund, complained about it, but they did not give me a refund. Their delivery service is unreliable. I mean how can you just skip a delivery? And then not give a refund? I advice people not to go to this shop for your safety, might burn it down to ashes someday unless I get my money back.

Very bad service. I ordered pizza on Thursday around 9:00 PM and it only arrived around 10:30 PM, completely cold and unedible. I then call them to report this and they say I have to wait until Saturday. I did this and they still don't come up with a solution. The manager indicates that he cannot do anything about it. Worst experience ever and I advise everyone not to order here. This experience has ensured that I will never eat here again. For the money you pay, you would rather go to the New York pizza.

Good pizzas, took a bit longer, the milkshakes were not that tasty. The 1+1 deal was very good!

⭐️ Worst service ever – Robbed of €30 and treated unprofessionally! I am deeply disappointed in Domino's service. I ordered for my family, but my order could not be delivered because an item was unavailable. I was not allowed to cancel because 1 of the items was already in the oven. (They call me too late with the message, I can't do anything about it.) Instead of providing a solution, I had to pay extra for everything my family wanted to eat or choose an item at 50% of the value (cheesy bread), despite indicating that there should be a discount through the app when ordering two pizzas. We use the app regularly and know very well how it works, so this was not right. The operator was completely unprofessional and wanted to argue with me and even argue about €5 in additional charges. I just wanted to order a pizza and didn't feel like doing any childish stuff. Meanwhile, my children were waiting for their food, so I suggested that I come to the branch to still get the discount, because the manager said this only applied to takeaway. In the end, they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem, and I literally felt robbed of $30. This is why I will never order from Domino's again, nor will my family. It's not about the €30, it's about the fact that I was left without food for my children and no effort was made to solve the problem. The behavior of the branch owner was absolutely unacceptable and came across as pure fraud. Fortunately, I quickly got pizzas elsewhere at NYP, where I was treated well. Domino's, you really crossed the line! P.s: The comment below is a lie. Added proof that it concerns a delivery. You also indicated that I could not cancel the order so I had no choice and had to choose between a hot dog and another item that was not wanted at home. To the left or right you have enjoyed funds for which you have not provided goods or services. Free money is what they call it in normal words.

WORST service ever! I ordered an hour and a half ago and my pizza still didn't come. I called them 3 times - no one picked up. I pass by the pizzeria often and they seem to work from the outside but I guess no one cares about actually working, they only care about taking people's money without anything in return...I DO NOT recommend this place, let's see if I will ever get my pizza 🙃

I recommend not to order here. My delivery never came and never got my money back. Calling and complaining both didn’t work out, I was always told to call again or I would be called back. Never again.

1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting and my pizza still hasn't arrived. I call the location and they tell me it's on the way. It's been on the way for 30 minutes. Disastrous service, I will never order here again.

Our order took twice as longer than expected and we didn’t get any response from the restaurant through the app. We had to call three times and the costumer service was very poor, the ladies on the phone were very condescending and offered no solution to the problem nor an estimated expected time of arrival as their drivers were short staffed, yet they continued to take orders. They refused to let us speak to a manager or to give us their name. Never ordering to this dominos again.

Order was given to someone else and therefore had to wait 23 minutes. Service was not very helpful or accommodating, disappointing. What Domino's forgets to mention is that these 23 minutes were in addition to the collection time. This certainly does not seem like a 'normal' waiting time to me.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing, the pizzas never arrived, leaving me without dinner. I went to the store in person the next day and asked to speak to the manager, who, without even apologizing, promised a refund which he never actually gave. I think it was an excuse to get me out of there. Unfortunately, when you purchase from the Domino's website you cannot choose which pizzeria and they do not have a real-time chat to explain any problems to the head office, I will no longer purchase pizza from Domino's and will not recommend it to friends. They should be embarrassed about their service!!

It's ridiculous to have to order online when you're already in the store, because otherwise you wouldn't get a discount.

Received a wrong order, emailed about a refund - no reply, called a week later - they promised to call back and of course never did. At this point I'm more peeved about the waste of time than money.

Forced to pay with an app during the stunt promotion while you are in the store... we are not going to do that!

I orderd from this place twice. The first time the pizza was delicious and delivered in about 20 min. The second time I waited over an hour for the delivery, had to call in twice and the pizza was mediocre at best. Overall big variation in quality and service.

I gave two stars, one for the mediocre delivery and one for something they call "pizza". Do yourself a favor and do not order here and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The sauce is horrid and acidic beyond belief.

We order vegan pizzas here all the time (mostly vegan spicy). Delivery: The delivery can sometimes take more than 30 minutes if you order the largest pizza. However, if this is the case they always give a coupon for cinnamon sticks as compensation for the wait. The delivery guy/girl always brings it all the way to the 3rd floor. Taste: The pizza sometimes tastes better than other times. Sometimes it comes with almost no toppings and other times it is full of toppings. We never had a mix up, we always got the right vegan order. Never had a pizza that tasted bad. Cinnamon sticks are also very delicious. At times we ordered potato wedges from the website, but they did not have enough. They always called and asked if we wanted our money back or something else instead.

De prijzen varieren te veel, zo erg dat ze het zelf niet meer weten. De ene week kost een pizza 5€ dezelfde pizza een week later 10€ 😕 ( voorheen als de pizza niet in de reclame was bijna 8€ ) De pizza zelf smaakt goed maar de prijs is altijd weer een verassing - 10€ is echt te duur voor een medium pizza.

Zelf afhalen 5 euro middel grote pizza is aanrader, bezorging niet doen

An excellent serivce. First of all the pizza was always hot in my case, the delivery was fast. I can not say something bad about dominos diemen, because they really make their job! Congratulations, I think the best store I ever seen in Amsterdam. ✌🏼
