Bramble Mediterranean Brasserie in Museumkwartier

Risotto was okay, not the best meal.

Food is subpar and overpriced. Staff is extremely rude. Restaurant was 80% empty when we came yet they took a very long time to serve us and bring out our food. Food also came out cold. When we complained they told us to take it or leave it. The food they did take back it looked like they heated in a microwave. Just avoid this place.

Very nice service by the waiter. Very accommodation, friendly. Created an atmosphere you really wanna have for a nice dinner. The food was very good and they do have a nice selection of wines. Recommended! Would absolutely go there again if back to Amsterdam.

The place is nice, waitresses are very attractive, cooking is fast. But there are not enough vegetarian dishes in the many, it should be fixed. I tried mushrooms risotto and it was delicious. My friend ordered buratta and it was cold unfortunately. When they cut it there was no liquid cheese part inside, it was completely solid.

We made reservations for 7. Unfortunately the table was not set up as we arrived.. (there was no one else, so I was wondering… 🤔 but quickly they made it ready. The staff is very very slow and doesn't speak Dutch at all .. none of them.. which I think is a shame!! The food looked and tasted good. But the slow service and not understanding a word of Dutch won't keep me coming back anytime soon. Unfortunately, you create the atmosphere here yourself, but it does not come from hospitality.

Congratulations to a truly worthy place both for the quality of the food and for the kindness and professionalism of the waiters and waitresses! Service and treatment that is difficult to find in other places in Amsterdam.

The experience was good overall but unfortunately the risotto was ruined by the amount of salt the chef put in it It was tasty otherwise but we couldn’t enjoy it because of the salt :’-(

An excellent example of how Google Reviews helps find a truly excellent gem of a restaurant. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere welcomes, the staff are attentive, service is warm and inviting. The decor is pleasing, classic, with a modern twist. The crew is happy, a #1 reason to be pleased. Shown to a good table, we were pleased to find a menu, assembled with care, clearly showing a more than interesting blend of Italian and Spanish cuisines. The starter we chose, beet and goat cheese, well balanced with a fine blended soured fruit juice, sharp and tasty. Then a shrimp sakara, reaching towards a Japanese influence, with beautifully soft cooked octopus, fruit de mare ( all fresh) and large tasty shrimp. We both chose a linguini, with a classic Italian feel, simple, excellent. Also, my new favourite.

Pasé a almorzar después de visitar el museo Van Gogh. Era un día bastante caluroso, así que nos sentamos afuera - el servicio era muy rápido y servicial - me dieron mi remolacha favorita del menú de la cena durante el almuerzo. Ya que estaba soleado - fuimos a tomar cócteles en lugar de vino y wow nos sorprendió gratamente. Conozco un buen cóctel cuando casi no se prueba azúcar o dulzor añadido -este fue el caso de los tres cócteles que probamos; mi favorito fue el de bayas-, terminó pidiéndolo dos veces y disfrutándolo hasta la última gota. Las ensaladas que pedimos eran sabrosas y frescas, y el risotto de setas y trufas recién salido de este mundo increíble. No sé si el chef estaba de buen humor o siempre es tan bueno en este lugar, pero después de haber cenado en cientos de restaurantes, desde los más asequibles hasta los más exclusivos de tipo Michelin en todo el mundo, me alegré mucho de haber venido aquí. Bravo!

As we were about to leave the beautiful city and head back home, we stumbled upon this amazing gem of a place. We didn't expect to find the perfect spot for a meal! Despite our time crunch, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious (huge thanks to Merve 🙏). To our surprise, my partner found his favorite beer, Alhambra Reserva Roja, on the menu. It's obvious that finding Bramble was more than just luck—it was destined! Thank you for such a fantastic dining experience! Can't wait to come back again!

This is my favourite restaurant in Amsterdam. The service is always welcoming, attentive, and efficient, especially Gabriele. The ambience is nice and relaxed. The chef is executing exquisite dishes made with great ingredients and, most importantly, has created a phenomenal Mediterranean fusion menu. Great job guys!!

Absolutely amazing lunch after the Marina Abramović exhibition. We shared the Burrata salad and Spaghetti Carbonara. Best Cabonara we have ever had. Hands down! :)

Located in the Museum quarter, very close to the Concertgebouw, both the quality of the food and the service have been excellent. We have gone to dinner two days in a row! We recommend the Caesar salad, the linguine frutti di mare and the chicken fillet. Without a doubt a restaurant that we will visit again in Amsterdam.

Highly recommended in Oud-Zuid with a beautiful terrace! We enjoyed tasty dishes and delicious rosé for an entire afternoon. We had dinner here this past Friday and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was super accommodating as we had a toddler. The hostess, Merve is a true gem. She helped us with our stroller, the high chair and made sure we had sufficient space. Navigating dinner with a child can be daunting and this restaurant really put us at ease. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced! We will be back!

Very nice place to have diner. Service is great, probably the best you can get in Amsterdam. Cocktails are varied and not too pricey, wine selection is great. Food is very good, starters as well as mains and desserts. A big shoutout for the secreto iberico and the olive tapenade.

We went to This restaurant for having a beer and eating some bites. The food is good, the only problem was that we ordered two Aperol spritz at 6€ each one (price on the menu). Once we asked the bill we got charged 3€ more on each spritz justifying that only the aperol was 6€ and the spritz costed 3€. They pointed out that was written in the menu, consequently we asked to show that on the menu and imagine? It wasn’t actually written anywhere. So at the end we paid the full price, but definitely not a fair treatment.

The food was excellent, we have never eaten lamb like this before, it was well seasoned and juicy. All around a successful dish. The linguine was also excellent. The service was very courteous and personable. We'd love to come back when we're in Amsterdam again.
