Very cozy restaurant, super friendly service and never eaten such delicious chicken before!

Made a reservation at 6:00 PM for dinner for two. Had to wait a long time for the menu and drinks. Made my choice, but the potatoes were gone 🤷‍♀️too bad. After that, the staff came back to our table twice... the salmon was gone... and a little later, the tomato soup too. A hungover evening, even though I did get a glass of wine 🫣

We came here for lunch and were even able to choose from the dinner menu! So I ordered the tenderloin, which you'd easily pay 40 euros for in Belgium, but here you get it for 28 euros! As a butcher shop owner, I had a wonderful meal here and received a filet puree that was more than perfect and tender! The owners are pleasant and hospitable. A very well-maintained and cozy atmosphere inside! Highly recommended! The chef really knows how to cook! Keep up the good work 👍 Greetings from Belgium!

There is a new team in this restaurant so all older reviews are no longer valid. We were here on Mother's Day and there were only 3 tables occupied. We were received very unfriendly and disinterested by a young lady who does not speak Dutch. We had to wait almost an hour for a few fried schnitzels. Be very careful when paying here because the prices in their cash register system do not match the prices on the menu. I always check the receipt and the satay costs 17 euros on the menu and was charged for 24 euros. No apology or anything. Not recommended and drive past quickly!!

We have been here several times in recent years, but today, with new owners, was a disappointment. The service was very slow and unkind. The food was quite expensive, and not of top quality; Unox soup, just bought in the supermarket, and with the Chicken Satay I thought I had gotten pork instead of chicken. It's a shame that the restaurant has now become this way, while it is generally a nice place...

Mijn vriend en ik hebben hier van het weekend heerlijk gegeten. Super fijne sfeer en aardige eigenaren die van een lekkere babbel houden en de tijd voor je nemen. Mijn vriend had de Stobá met rijst en ik de Ossenhaas salade. Beide zeker aan te raden.

My boyfriend and I had a delicious meal here this weekend. Super nice atmosphere and nice owners who enjoy a nice chat and take the time for you. My friend had the Stobá with rice and I had the Beef Tenderloin salad. Both definitely recommended.

Went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon with my wife and we enjoyed this place! The owners greeted us and were very attentive and welcoming. For food, we got the Caesar Salad, tuna salad sandwich and smoked salmon sandwich. The Caesar Salad has a hint of anchovies which gives it a more authentic taste. The sandwiches came skillfully presented and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and homey. It had a mountain lodge vibe; they even had a fireplace with real wood burning. I would recommend this place for lunch and dinner if you have time to enjoy.

It used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but it's a shame that Harry, the chef who I had known for a long time, stopped due to a fraud incident and that Sandra, Harry's wife, also eventually stopped as a servant, I will miss this place very much.

They have now started from June 1st. The atmosphere was immediately pleasant and we received delicious snacks. Have been a number of times now. Great service, very friendly. Delicious food. Everything we had was excellent!! You can ask them and they will make it with pleasure. Inside the beautiful interior there is a fireplace for the winter. Verschrikkelijk, geen sfeer eten niet lekker. Niet vers smaakte naar geen kant. Nooit meer Jammer vroeger hebben we daar lekker gegeten.

I just had dinner at this place and loved it. I ordered the salmon and it was delicious, and I had a non-alcoholic mojito that was also spectacular. My husband ordered a burger and he really liked it. The staff, who are the owners, were very friendly. I’ll definitely visit again next time. I loved it! I give them 💯

We made a reservation to eat out at this restaurant tonight. Now their cook is ill, so they are not open, but they did not let us know in advance by calling, so we suddenly find ourselves standing in front of closed doors.
