Restobar G1 in Wijk 33 Heerlen-Centrum

We hadden goede berichten gehoord over dit nieuwe restaurant en boekten een tafel op een vrijdagavond. Het duurde even voordat we de kaart kregen en ook het 1e drankje liet eventjes op zich wachten. We hebben diverse gerechtjes besteld en alles was even lekker. Van de oesters tot het dessert. Geen goedkope avond maar wel echt de moeite waard voor een speciaal avondje uit.

This is my 2nd review for G1, Tonight the food was average and for example the bacon looked like bacon chops...for that price...too bad ..😔 I reported it but got no response, too bad😔😔So tonight I will not give a feather. Too much money for this quality 😔 Too bad...🥹

We found the price-quality ratio to be out of proportion. Too expensive compared to the quality.

Restobar G1 has the "shared-dining" concept, everything you order can be shared with your table companions. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome and service, which was spontaneous and respectful and we immediately felt welcome. It was very busy in the shop, but I did not experience that as annoying or difficult, it was not noisy and we did not have to wait too long for the dishes we ordered, everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with the quality of the dishes, a lot of attention was paid to the presentation and the flavors were sublime. The dishes are well priced, the prices are good in relation to the quality offered. We had dinner with 4 people for €240 (including a bottle of red wine). Conclusion: the restaurant is highly recommended, it is cozy, the service is friendly and the dishes are of high quality. It is definitely worth a visit, we will definitely do that again.

Dit is een van de mooie plekken om te dineren (of lunchen) in Heerlen. En wel om drie redenen: 1. een mooie kaart voor shared dining met veel verschillende gerechten en smaken, 2. een mooie locatie en mooie aankleding van het restaurant, zowel binnen als buiten en 3. perfecte, vriendelijke, professionele bediening. Absolute aanrader. Gastvrijheid met mooie wijnen.

First and foremost, friendly welcome, upon entering you see a handsome business, beautifully decorated. The concept is different from others and what is on the menu also has a special touch, the dishes are very neatly arranged and beautifully served, there is nothing disappointed with the dishes. Have visited many places in Heerlen, but when it comes to original dishes and their delivery, one of the best! The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices may be slightly higher than elsewhere, but you also get a nice picture in return, definitely recommended 👍

We had dinner here yesterday and it was delicious! Hostesses/hosts were friendly. Point of attention: It was explained to us that you can order the food in parts, but when we indicated that we wanted oyster/bread to come first, the other dishes came very quickly afterwards. This felt very rushed and we thought it was a shame. For next time we will order what we want on the table first and then the rest. Furthermore, the food was really great, congratulations to the kitchen!!

What delicious food and delicious cocktails (with enough alcohol in them)! Enough choices, nice portions, fast and friendly service! We were at Restobar for the first time but certainly not the last!!! Highly recommended!!

Mooi ingericht van binnen en ruim terras. Personeel is vriendelijk. Concept is shared dining. Wel erg prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Eten is prima tot goed maar niet voor dat geld.

Mega fun! Good food. Tasteful. Fast operation. Friendly service. Nice ladies at reception. Handsome friendly gentlemen serving. There's a nice team there. Dishes taste good and don't take too long. Tastes and feels fresh. Wonderful evening with my girlfriend. Thank you toppers. Price-quality certainly in order. Next year I will definitely add some euros for some dishes.

Food was great, wines were perfect. Ordered different dishes and shared between the three of us. Price is a bit on the higher side, but it is well worth it.

We were here with a large group of 16 people. The food was great, especially the ribs without ribs were very tasty. The service was very friendly and they responded well to additional requests. It was great to relax on the terrace. The range of special beers is also good. Something for everyone.

Nadat we eerder best aardig gegeten hebben hier, viel het nu behoorlijk tegen. Over de kalfswang zat een behoorlijk zoete saus (te Amerikaans, waar suiker overheerst), die misschien prima is op spareribs, maar niet op een kalfswang. Vervolgens was de kok aardig uitgeschoten met het zout op de coquilles. Waar de lichtzoete smaak moet overheersen, was het nu helaas veel te zout. Ik hou van hóóg op smaak, maar dit was teveel van het goede. De subtiele smaak van de coquille werd de vernieling in gekruid. Dodelijk zonde! De wijnen zijn prima, alleen zouden de Griekse wijnen moeiteloos vervangen kunnen worden door betere (en goedkopere) Italiaanse of Spaanse wijnen. De bediening is prima, maar meer contact met de gast zou wenselijk zijn. We hebben ca. 15 minuten nodig gehad om de rekening te vragen. Het restaurant is sfeervol, met perfect terras. Het heeft potentie, maar er zijn nog voldoende verbeterpunten om een rekening van ruim €250 voor 4 personen te rechtvaardigen. Voor minder geld eet je op korte afstand stukken beter in een restaurant met een Bib Gourmand.

Met twee stellen genoten van de sharing dishes. Alles was heel lekker. Super gezellig restaurant, top bediening. Ook de drankjes zijn goed verzorgd en lekker. Aanrader is de pornstar martini cocktail.

What an atmospheric affair. When you enter you immediately get the WoW effect. Then received a super friendly welcome by great staff. In addition to delicious drinks, fantastic. And menu with wide choices. You would prefer to order everything. Something for everyone. Consistently good service and nice atmospheric background music. After dinner we stayed for another hour and enjoyed the delicious cocktails. We had a pleasant evening. Recommended to everyone, a big 10👌👌

There aren't many places to eat in Heerlen late at night (usually the kitchen closes at 9 o'clock). Moreover, it’s also really tasty here! The concept is more of a bar than a restaurant, the dishes are in the form of snacks. The portions are small, the prices are average by Dutch standards, but, I repeat, it was delicious! I recommend visiting!

Super nice restaurant, highly recommended. Upon arrival, our coat was taken and the table was shown to us. After choosing a delicious cocktail, we were given an explanation of the menu and the stress of choosing began. Every dish we ordered was very tasty. The only downside, eventually the restaurant was full and then the service took a little longer. All in all, a place where we will definitely come back again!

Food is nice. Its a bit more 'upscale' then the other restaurants around. Its shared dining which I really like. Service was not great. It started out great when we sat down and ordered our first round of bites, second serving was ok, after that we had empty glasses and plates for over an hour and we just left. Which was a bit sad cause I didnt get to try ths rest of the food or desert :( Edit; i cant seem to reply to the answer of the restaurant. It was a Friday. It would have been the friday before the review. :) extra star for the reply

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and equally delicious dishes. Been a few times now and every time it remains special. The service is also great: they pay attention to whether you need anything from them and don't rush past them, they are patient and very helpful. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Prachtige locatie, warm ontvangst. Plek waar ervaren personeel échte aandacht heeft voor de gasten. Dan de gerechten: voortreffelijk! Overheerlijke smaak combinaties. De cocktails zijn enorm aan te bevelen. Echt een enorme aanrader om ook van buiten Heerlen deze kant op te komen.

Nieuwe zaak. We wisten daarom niet wat we konden verwachten. Maar we waren zeer positief verrast. Mooie producten en verfijnde smaken. De bediening professioneel en attent. Interieur smaakvol en trendy. Prijs is aan de stevige kant maar daar krijg je ook wat voor terug. Aanrader!

De foto's zeggen genoeg. Heerlijk tafelen. Goed, lekker eten en de cocktails heerlijk. Sfeer is top en personeel vriendelijk, echt gastheren en -dames. Hotel aan het pancratiusplein, dichtbij OV en parkeergelegenheden alswel waar het allemaal gebeurt in het centrum. Dikke aanwinst voor de stad, maar absoluut een aanrader om vaker dan 1x te komen.

Restobar G1 in Heerlen is gevestigd op de begane grond van het Stadshotel op de hoek van de Geleenstraat en het Pancratiusplein. Het restaurant is vanaf donderdag t/m zondag geopend en als je hier wilt eten moet je wel reserveren. De gerechten worden geserveerd in een tussengerecht formaat en zijn daarom perfect om met elkaar te delen om zo van meer verschillende smaken te kunnen genieten. Er is voldoende keus en wij gingen voor Gyoza Pekingeend, Buikspek, Jamon de Iberico en Porcettacoppa di Parma. De afsluiting was een prima Pannacotta Kokos. (zie de afbeeldingen) We hebben heerlijk gegeten in een uitstekende ambiance. Niet alleen weet de Chef hier van wanten maar ook de brigade heeft veel ervaring en ziet erop toe dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Dit keer hebben wij hierbij geen wijn gedronken maar gekozen voor Light & Stormy. Verrassend goed! Bij een volgende keer gaan we hier zeker weer langs want er zijn nog genoeg andere gerechtjes om te kiezen.

Heerlijk gegeten, zeer attent personeel, zit lekker in de schaduw op het sfeervolle terras. Perfecte plek voor een ijskoude Coca-Cola of een lekkere cocktail!

Absolute aanrader. Gastvrij en toen ik er was lekker rustig. Ieg geen irritante kinderen. De gastheren gaven goede uitleg over de menukeuze en de wijnkaart mag interessant genoemd worden. Dus keertje Heerlen; dit is een plek die je niet mag overslaan.

G1 Restobar in Heerlen is een geweldige plek om te bezoeken. Het restaurant heeft een perfecte locatie en een interieur dat sfeer ademt. Het is echter vermeldenswaardig dat de prijzen aan de hoge kant zijn voor wat je krijgt. Het interieur van G1 Restobar is prachtig en draagt bij aan een aangename eetervaring. De combinatie van moderne en warme elementen zorgt voor een gezellige ambiance. Het is duidelijk dat veel aandacht is besteed aan elk detail, en de verlichting draagt bij aan de algehele sfeer. De locatie van G1 Restobar is absoluut een pluspunt. Gelegen in het hart van Heerlen, is het gemakkelijk bereikbaar en ideaal voor een avondje uit. Je kunt genieten van een heerlijk diner en daarna gemakkelijk andere attracties in de omgeving verkennen. Wat betreft de prijzen moet ik eerlijk zijn en zeggen dat ze aan de hoge kant zijn. Hoewel de gerechten van goede kwaliteit zijn, vond ik de prijs niet helemaal in verhouding tot de porties die werden geserveerd. Het voelde een beetje prijzig aan in vergelijking met andere restaurants in de omgeving. Desalniettemin moet ik benadrukken dat de smaken en presentatie van de gerechten bij G1 Restobar uitstekend waren. Het menu bood een diverse selectie van zowel lokale als internationale gerechten, met zorgvuldig gekozen ingrediënten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zorgde voor een attente service tijdens ons bezoek. Over het algemeen is G1 Restobar een charmante plek om te dineren in Heerlen. Het heeft een geweldige locatie en een sfeervol interieur dat bijdraagt aan een plezierige avond uit. Hoewel de prijzen enigszins aan de hoge kant zijn, kun je rekenen op smaakvolle gerechten en een vriendelijke service.

Zeer mooie en degelijke uitstraling! Geschikt voor met kinderen, zakelijk of met vrienden te dineren. Super sfeer. Fijn gastvrij personeel. Top eten.. KORTOM: AANRADER 😊

Heerlijk gegeten in een prachtige zaak met een fijne uitgaanssfeer, persoonlijke en attente ontvangst en gastheerschap gedurende de hele avond. Lekkere cocktails en het concept “staat”: aan niets is te merken dat deze zaak pas 2 dagen geleden geopend is. Een gezellig avondje uit gegarandeerd.
