Great playground and good food 😀

The serving staff needs some training. They don't seem to be looking forward to it. I got the feeling they had forgotten about us, even though only two tables were occupied.

I visited here last week. It took a considerable amount of time for the waitress to come by to serve us, and then an extremely long time before we received our drinks or food. After the first round of drinks, I actually had to ask the lady herself if she would come over to take our drink order. The food itself is fine, though quite unusual; on the charcuterie board you get 20 mini pickles, but 5 pieces of fuet and 6 pieces of cheese. The olives were soft, as if they had been lying in the sun all day. Otherwise, it is a nice place for the children with a large playground.

Surprisingly delicious, expertly prepared, and varied fresh dishes. Very friendly staff.

We went there with our three children and our (large) dog. It wasn't very busy (end of March). We received a polite and friendly welcome. The food was delicious. We didn't have to wait long. The prices are reasonable. We felt very comfortable.

Not really a good place. Looks good outside, but the food is so simple and so nothing. Like a cafeteria on the corner, but here you pay 35€ for something that is 10€ worth. The service is so low-energy, almost sad. I have no idea why this place is so bad. It's a perfect location with a nice interior... the rest is quite disappointing.

The staff isn't very customer-friendly, they're short-tempered. When you ask for the menu, you first get a long explanation about why there aren't any outside cards. How are we supposed to see what we want to order?

I had a fantastic sandwich that was also very tasty. The only downside was the half-thawed bun it was on. There was no one else there, and we were reminded not to smoke on the patio. I thought that was a shame too.

We were there yesterday after a long bike ride. The service was great, very accommodating. We opted for the vegetarian burger. Without cheese for me, it was no problem. Wow, the burger was indistinguishable from a regular beef burger. It tasted absolutely amazing, with pickled pink onions. The patty was so juicy and pink on the inside when cut into it. Amazing, super delicious. We also had fries and a small pink coleslaw, which was also incredibly delicious. We were absolutely thrilled with everything and would love to come back.

Staff very unfriendly, lowest of the low, chicken breast in the salad was a fat lump of indefinable something, I had the impression that we weren't welcome here but our money was, unfortunately I get that impression from a lot of people here, if that's the case you have to say so then we'll stay away and others too!

We were there 2 weeks ago and the food was really good. Nothing special but perfect for the location. We had the nachos, a sandwich as well as the pasta plus the small pancakes. Everything was great the kids were using the super nice playground

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally friendly and also child-friendly service. Casual and simply friendly.

We arrived at 7 p.m. and were immediately warmly welcomed. The service was fast and good. The food was excellent. Prices were just like in a restaurant. The salad with the mustard dressing was simply amazing.

Supposedly, it's open until 8 p.m. When we asked for a table for three people at 7 p.m. sharp on October 2, 2024, we were turned away with the information that they would be closing at 7:30 p.m. However, the sign on the door also indicated 8 p.m. Unfortunately, they also didn't offer takeaway food, which would have been an alternative.

Braserie Ameland is part of Roompot Park Hollum. It's nice to sit on the terrace and it's also pleasantly furnished inside. The service is great and accommodating. Great cocktail menu and delicious food. There is a huge playground with a water playground for the children, so you can sit and relax after eating. The price is upscale, but in a top location near the lighthouse and in the tourist area. But the taste is great. However, there aren't that many parking spaces, so it's better to go there by bike.

Location is very good, with a very large playground where children can let loose. It looks neat and hip, and that's about it. Service is very junior and you notice that. They are correct, but that's about it. It is difficult to get in touch if you want to order something, the tea is only half full and not quite warm and the cappuccino is not good either.

Hello. Maybe the boss will be interested! We were at the brasserie today at 4:42 p.m. and were looking forward to a delicious drink. We were told straight away that they were closed. When we objected that they were open until 5:00 p.m., we were told that they had already cleaned everything and that they would no longer work at 5:00 p.m. In my opinion this is a NOGO!

We were there this afternoon and wanted to take a coffee and cake break (two adults, two small children). We didn't feel welcome from the start. The waitress first served three tables in front of us; who all came later - we were ignored. At some point we were able to order something. That was fine. Unfortunately no recommendation from us. We won't be going there again.

The place and playground are great, the service was ok, but unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I can't recommend it any further.

Ist ganz okay aber nur für einmal… ziemlich überteuert aber guter Service und freundlich. Ansonsten hat man das Gefühl das man mitten im Sandkasten sitzt. Zumindest in der Zeit von 16 bis 20 Uhr ist es super Laut. Danach hat man vielleicht mal Glück auf ein Glas in ruhiger Atmosphäre. Preise sind gehoben.

Bei einer überschaubaren Karte waren die jungen Mitarbeiter-innen bemüht.

Vanavond gegeten. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Eten verrassend goed en veel. We hebben al heel wat restaurants bezocht op Ameland in de laatste jaren maar deze steekt een heel stuk boven het gemiddelde uit. Prijs ook prima 👍

Pizza war super. Gab sogar Live Musik von zwei jungen Mädels die eine super Performance abgeliefert haben. Top.

In der Nähe des Leuchtturms. Belebt, weil der Kinderspielplatz direkt anschließt. Service freundlich und schnell. Essen gut, Preise angemessen.

Gutes Essen, nettes Personal, leckerer Wein und die Kids spielen vor und nach dem Essen. Da vergeht die Zeit bis das Essen fertig ist, wie im Flug. Vorangegangene schlechte Rezessionen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Personal war flott, aufmerksam und das Essen war sehr schnell fertig. Vielleicht sind es Andere oder wir sind zu einem nicht stark besuchten Zeitpunkt hier. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Essen war gut. Der Spielplatz toll.

Heerlijk gegeten, vriendelijke bediening en uitstekende service.

Leuke brasserie, met speeltuin voor de kinderen. Leuk voor lunch of borrel. Bediening wat "onhandig".

Lekker gegeten en fijn bedient.

Als vanouds altijd lekker. Na een mooie fietstochten prima plek om op te laden met choco en een heerlijk belegd broodje.

Heerlijk gegeten van lokale Amelandse producten, het eten was erg goed. Eerlijk gezegd boven verwachting. Ook de bediening was erg vriendelijk, en terzake kundig. Complimenten voor de keuken, en de bediening.

Wij verbleven op het park en hebben eten afgehaald (park is top!) Op afgesproken tijd moest de pizza nog in de oven. Prijs/kwaliteit viel ons het eten tegen. Was wel goed warm, bodem werd handgemaakt.

Zeer gezellig en moderne brasserie. Meeste mensen denken dat het alleen toegankelijk is voor bezoekers van Roompot. Dat is zeker niet waar! Ga er gerust een biertje drinken na het bezoeken van de vuurtoren. Od lekker eten met het hele gezin!

Prima lunch op een leuke plek vlakbij de vuurtoren van Ameland

Eten was goed, nachos droog (zaten te lang in de oven). Personeel was sloom, traag en niet bepaald gericht op ons. De jongen en dame waren meer aan het praten met elkaar over privé dingen. Hebben 20minuten gewacht en uiteindelijk zelf naar de balie gelopen om te vragen of we konden bestellen.. De jongeman (groot, blondhaar, Nederlands) was wel erg vriendelijk &behulpzaam. De kok was ook vriendelijk.
