Brasserie Coldenhove in Wijk 06 Eerbeek

Fine for lunch, mediocre for dinner. The chicken satay was pre-cooked and cold, as were the fries. Fortunately, the staff corrected it. Two years ago, it was surprisingly good.

We had a lovely lunch with bowls of nachos, which were delicious. Friendly service and a great view of the large playground.

Stars were given by my 8 year old son. I thought it was absolutely great here!

When we were seated in the restaurant (indoors), several guests in our party were bothered by the spotlights hanging from the ceiling, which were very annoying in their faces. When we asked the staff if anything could be done about this, we were told NO. According to the staff, other guests had already complained about this, but they really couldn't and weren't allowed to do anything about it. We weren't offered another table either; we were asked to sit at another table on our own. Otherwise, the table service was good, but when we asked about whether bread was included with the tasting platter, we were told, "I don't know." Finally, I'd like to say that I don't mind the fact that the staff speaks English, but that they also make absolutely no effort to speak any Dutch is something I do have some difficulty with. So, Brasserie: take another look at the "Hospitality" book.

Very nice to sit in the conservatory. Delicious ice cream (we had to ask for it, it wasn't on the menu).

We had dinner here, the service was friendly and fast. The food also came very quickly after we ordered, looked nice and was also very tasty. Also large portions for the price. For a restaurant that is at a holiday park this is of very good quality, I am used to much worse.

Recognizable reviews. The potential is there but it doesn't come out well enough. Some things are lukewarm, others are wasted. As if the kitchen can't manage to have the different parts (vegetables, fries and meat/fish) ready at the same time and too many things are waiting for each other. Even churros are overcooked... Furthermore, the service is rather disinterested. OK for an evening of eating at the park, but too much "hit and miss"

We had high expectations of this brasserie, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The food was dry and tasteless – especially the chicken, which was really overcooked. The service consisted of young employees who seemed very inexperienced; friendly, but chaotic and not very professional. For the price you pay, you can really expect more quality and service. Too bad, because the location itself is fine.

Food was so dry I seriously thought I was chewing cardboard. Operation? A bunch of inexperienced young people who were more concerned with each other than with the guests. And the prices? As if you were at a star restaurant, but without the taste, service or atmosphere. Save yourself the disappointment.

Pricey lunch items. Tough, hard fries and mediocre hamburger for that high price. Waitress spilled chips all over the table and in a coffee cup that was still half full, not even offered a new coffee. Ordered orange juice but received orange juice. Coke and orange looked like pre-made soft drinks: without the spark. Not worth repeating.

Beautiful terrace and conservatory. The food is tasty but not very complicated.

The food arrived very quickly and seemed pre-cooked...we had the chicken satay and the schnitzel. It was actually quite tasty. I had a different idea of the "dame blanche bombe." Unfortunately, for €9.50, you get a dollop of whipped cream and a ready-made chocolate bomb with factory-made (wholesale) ice cream in it. Next to that, a small jug of lukewarm chocolate sauce...so very little ice cream and a lot of chocolate. Please, just give me three scoops of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and sauce again. That would make me happier. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Above average holiday park restaurant. We had the pork roast, cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Service was friendly and not rushed.

New owners, new menu. And unfortunately it is not at the same level. Prices are higher, no more traditional bread, bad breaded chicken with the salad and pre-packed croque monsieur. Too bad, but we have to find another lunch address...

Well, the dishes on the menu are beautiful, which is why it is all the more unfortunate that some items are delivered cold. In my case it was warm, but some vegetables were lukewarm or almost cold. My table companions also had the same kind of scenes. The taste itself is superb. There is potential, but you notice that it is busy and mass production. The service is sometimes bordering on brutal. Comment 'is everything to your liking?' well the vegetables are cold 'why are you only saying that now, now I can't do anything about it anymore'. Well, it's not like there is continuous service going on here, and you could have formulated the sentence differently instead of going on the attack. Little empathy for feedback. The potential is there, but it's a shame that things like this go wrong. The price is high and is not balanced. If you want to eat in the park, that's fine, but you're actually paying too much for the experience. There are several good restaurants outside the park where customer friendliness and experience are better in my opinion.

Very bad food. And hamburger with fries is one of the few menus that any amateur chef can make...not here. The hamburger, which cost approximately €20.00, was served almost bare... there was a bowl of purple-soaked mayonnaise next to what was supposed to represent the lettuce. The fries were cold... so I made a comment and ordered new ones... it took so long that the hamburger was already gone... when the fries arrived they were just as cold as the first batch... so worthless... other guests' fries were also cold and took a long time. I don't have to eat here anymore...really bad. And they hadn't heard the word "sorry" yet.

Really great food. What a nice place. Better than expected in terms of quality from the kitchen. Initially a negative experience as all the staff were hanging on the terrace and did not provide good service. Even after we asked about it, about five people just stuck around and didn't respond appropriately. Shame! However, the next day at dinner we had a completely different experience with good and smooth service.

Delicious snacks and drinks and the children had a great time.

Excellent restaurant in a nice Landal park. Making an appointment was easy. Ask if you are bringing a dog or children. Nice reception. Extensive menu, accompanied by an extra season card. Explanation was excellent and the drinks were also delivered quickly. Choosing the various courses was not always easy, but the quality was excellent. Delivered quickly with the message that if there was too little of something, more could always be ordered. The hot and cold aisles were of very good quality and quantity. Thanks to the cozy atmosphere, it was a pleasant stay in this spacious brasserie.

There are Park Restaurants that you would prefer to avoid, but this one falls under the category 'let's eat there again'. Tasty and fun dishes, friendly - sometimes even cheerful - service, and cleverly designed for large groups. We ate there on a rainy day, and the greenhouse is a beautiful place to sit. Another positive point of the beautiful Coldenhove park. (3 days later: we *had* dinner here again and stick with our 5 stars)

Had a delicious meal at Brasserie Coldenhove. A Ribeye and a strawberry mess, both from the seasonal menu.

A nice restaurant, a terrace, a greenhouse with nice seating areas and a large cozy space inside with even swings as a seating area at the table, and even more separate seating areas at the back, really nice! Waitresses were very friendly and helpful, a little less so the lady with the white shirt. Upon entering we wanted to sit at a table that we liked, she asked if we had made a reservation (the restaurant was almost empty😳) we asked if that was a requirement, I did not understand the answer she gave but she directed us to a place we didn't actually choose. I asked her if we could sit where we first wanted, but she said that was not possible because she wanted to close (it was 7:45 PM, the restaurant would close at 9:30 PM🤷🏼‍♀️), in a very firm tone, it could have been presented in a more friendly manner, my inclination was to leave the restaurant but I decided not to let it spoil the evening. The friendly waitress more than made up for it 😅 The food was tasty and beautifully served👌🏼

Stood in line for a spot on the terrace. Enjoyable and good food. Staff were friendly.

Prime place to have a drink in the park with nice service. Make sure that the children's disco is next door for those who don't like it.

What a surprise tonight at Brasserie Coldenhove! Unexpected (really good!) live music (highly recommended on Tuesdays during the holidays), extremely friendly employees who all create a really nice atmosphere, well-prepared food and good portions and finally it is a pleasant brasserie to dine in. to sit. In short: nothing but praise and definitely worth repeating 👏🏼.

We ate here twice during our stay at the park. That actually says it all, the food is simply good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Tastefully decorated and yet child-friendly. The service is attentive and friendly. We opted for the Landal steak, the crispy schnitzel and the deer duo. Well prepared and neatly served. All framed with fries, mayo and compote on a snack board. We had enough, but asking for extra turned out to be no problem. For dessert we ultimately opted for the crème brulee and the apple strudel, as well as the deer steak, a seasonal offering. Beautifully served and delicious to end the meal.

Good non pretentious food, nice assortment of beers and our waitress was too much fun. Room is nice but misses a bit of atmosphere.

You can sit here for a nice snack and drink. Staff are friendly. The sandwiches at lunch are really great and good. I think the food at dinner is fine, but I don't think it's great, but okay, tastes differ. You also don't have much choice. The platter for drinks is very good. Great place to sit down if you want to get out of your house for a while.

Had a great meal at the Brasserie Coldenhove. Service was good, service was very nice (with the kids). Food was very tasty, just could have been a bit warmer.

Cozy restaurant. We had a nice Christmas spot. Children had fun coloring. Very tasty dishes (also from the game menu). Nice choice for kids too. Service very friendly and attentive. (Already had a wipe before I could ask for it). Dessert also delicious, everyone very friendly.

Het was er niet aangenaam warm en dat tafelt niet écht fijn kan ik de chef aldaar verzekeren. Een soort van lichte aircobries door de tent deed ons nog net niet een rilling geven. Of net wel! Het wildmenu was goed. Het schnitzel menu was karig wat groente betreft. Patat/Friet goed. Alles verder prima op smaak. Personeel vriendelijk en komt gemotiveerd over. Toetje warme appelstrudel + (koude...warme vind ik lekkerder) vanillesaus en kaneelijs. Goed. "Hert bier" is zeker een fantastisch bier ! Prijs is iets te hoog.

Twee avonden gegeten bij de Brasserie. Sfeer en ambiance is erg leuk en gezellig. Kinderen kunnen leuk spelen in de indoor speeltuin. Eten was zeer matig. De eerste avond spare ribs gegeten. Dit waren de meest vieze spareribs die ik ooit gegeten heb. Ongelooflijk dat een chef kok dit de keuken laat uitgaan. Vieze smaak, taai, en gewoon echt niet lekker. De tweede avond de Landal steak met pepersaus. Deze was prima. Let erop dat het eten zeer snel aan tafel komt +\- 10 minuten. Assortiment rap bieren zou uitgebreid mogen worden. Wijnkaart is leuk echter zijn de wijnen matig. Dikke plus voor de bitterballen en Bittergarnituur 😀.

We besloten 2 voor gerechtjes in het huisje te eten omdat het helemaal vol zat. Slechte service, onvriendelijk. Het was te veel gevraagd voor de dame in het witte overhemd. Als je het mee neemt krijg je tenminste de helft minder dan dat je daar eet. Jammer!

Gezellig restaurant op Landal Coldenhove.

Slecht eten. Niet lekker en een medewerkster die na het vertellen van het bedrag van de rekening vraagt hoeveel we uiteindelijk willen betalen (hoeveel fooi dus) .......te gek voor woorden. Eens maar nooit meer.

wij kwamen met 4 personen aan zonder te reserveren ondanks de drukte die er was rond 18.00 konden we toch aan tafel. Super vriendelijke bediening en een super draaiende keuken nog nooit zo snel kwam het eten binnen 15 a 20 minuten kwamen ze met het eten. Super leuk ook te zo de keuken in te kunnen kijken. zou bijna zeggen te goed restaurant voor op een vakantiepark. Hier komen wij zeker terug

2x gegeten tijdens verblijf op Coldenhove. 1e keer was prima (wel erg druk op terras naast de speeltuin, maar snap dat dit voor ouders ideaal is). 2e keer trof ik een made aan in mijn salade. De bediening schrok er zelf ook van en we hoefde de salade niet te betalen. Wc bezoek maakte de hele indruk van het restaurant toch wat 'viezig'. Grote plassen op de grond van de mannenwc en bij de vrouwen stonk het en lag er gebruikt wc papier in elk hokje.

Hier met een groot gezelschap gezeten (14 man). De plek is fijn, en ruim opgezet en de bediening is erg vriendelijk, maar het eten liet iets te wensen over. De aspergepasta werd onder andere niet gewaardeerd en de overige gerechten werden matig bevonden. De smaken zijn erg vlak, mede door een gebrek aan toebereiding, en de prijzen voor simpele gerechten zoals de schnitzel en hamburger zijn aan de hoge kant. Maar dikke pluim voor de geweldige serveerster!

Wij hebben lekker gegeten! Het vlees, de sauzen en de frites waren goed, ruime porties en voldoende keuze. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was top, en wat vooral opviel was hoe vriendelijk alle medewerkers waren. De service was erg snel, wat prettig is met kleintjes, en ze deden echt hun best ons een leuke avond te bezorgen. Dit viel bij aankomst ook al op. Zeker de moeite waard wanneer je op het park bent, ook vanwege het sfeervolle interieur.

Eerste week januari hier geweest met kindje van 2. Herfst arrangement was top voor papa en mama, echt goede kwaliteit, netjes op temperatuur, lag mooi op het bord. Voldoende keus voor kleintjes, niet alleen patat of frikadel. Ivm een kindje: eerst wordt er overlegd: meteen opdienen of even wachten? Heel fijn! Snel is ook echt snel! Aanrader!
