Yes! What a lovely place. One of the few places in the area where they cater to everyone. Even vegans can enjoy fantastic food here. The vegan pancakes are truly delicious. No watery batter, just good and flavorful. They also have savory dishes, like chicken satay and stew, which are also vegan-friendly. The satay was deliciously seasoned and tender. And even vegan mayonnaise! They've thought of everything. It's always nice to be surprised in unexpected places. This makes us feel extra welcome here at our vacation destination. Oh, and the waitress: fantastic! Friendly, quick, and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we know where we'll be eating. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

I had pancakes for lunch today, and the first bite wasn't quite done. I continued eating them anyway because Grandma was treating me. I felt nauseous the rest of the afternoon. You're not supposed to serve them like that. My wife's pancake wasn't done either.

We had a wonderful meal with the whole family. The waitresses were SUPER ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, AND WORKED QUICKLY! The grandchildren had a great time playing outside.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere; the pancakes were mediocre, just barely cooked through. We were there for lunch; perhaps it's more lively in the evening.

I have to follow a gluten-free diet. All pancakes here are also available gluten-free.

Unfortunately, we had to wait two hours for our pancakes. The waiter was nowhere to be seen to take our drink orders. After waiting two hours, I went to the server myself to ask how the food was going. The food was delicious. However, to our great surprise, there was a live spider at the bottom of the salad. After this, our appetite quickly vanished. We mentioned this to the staff, and they reacted with surprise. Beyond that, there was no response or apology. When we paid, the staff also asked if everything was to our liking. We explained that the food was delicious, but the spider in the food had really ruined our appetite. To our surprise, there was no response to this either.

The pancake was good but small. I had the stew, which was just very sour. When I paid, it was very expensive for a beer and a soda, 53 euros. I told them the meat was very bad (and also showed them I'd left it there), and they replied that tastes differ and I ran into the kitchen. I paid, but I'll never go back.

Super fun for the kids, delicious food, and all for very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We love coming here. There's a really fun corn maze from July to September, with a treasure hunt for the kids. There's also plenty of indoor and outdoor play, and a lovely terrace to sit under the trees. Everything could use a bit of a makeover, but the very reasonable prices make up for that.

After waiting for over half an hour, no one was at the table. Then it was time to stop. Goodbye and goodbye.

A wonderful place to refuel. Good food and great service. The food is fresh, and the pancakes are prepared on the spot. Even if you're not craving pancakes, you can still find a great selection of other dishes! A great place for parents to enjoy a quiet meal and a drink. A large, well-organized playground with plenty to do!

Een pannenkoek zo wit als dat het meisje zag toen ze kwam bedienen. Was druk geweest zei ze. De pannenkoek was absoluut niet gaar. Dus werd meegenomen toen ik het zei en er werd een nieuwe gebakken. Ook deze smaakte niet pannenkoekhuiswaardig. Toen ik bij het afrekenen zei dat ie niet lekker was vond de serveerster het nodig dit door de zaak te roepen naar de kok, "Die vrouw vond het nog niet lekker" Toen ik achter haar aanliep en zei dat ze dit wel wat zachter kon zeggen zei ze ooh ik dacht ik zeg het effe. Jammer ,nooit meer ,voortaan naar een echt pannenkoekenhuis.

The restaurant is a bit older, but the children (6 and 8 years old) loved the playground! The pancakes were delicious and fluffy. We were pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian options outside the pancake menu. The food was delicious and the service was friendly, but you do need to take your time, and with a large playground, a longer wait isn't a problem. One thing to note: The wasp traps are hanging, but not filled.

Delicious food. Good value for money. Wide selection, something for everyone. Friendly staff. Nice decor. On the downside, it's located on a road with quite a lot of traffic.

We only played mini golf here (2 adults and 3 small children). The courses could definitely use some updating. However, the price is very low (€1.50 per person). Free parking. Therefore, 4 stars overall. All in all, this was a fun activity to do with our children. A great and affordable outing!

What a disappointment! Yesterday we went to eat at De Brugkabouter with the whole family (6 adults and 2 children (an almost 2-year-old and a 3-month-old baby)). However, it all went terribly wrong, and we definitely won't be back! - The playground is fun for little ones, but it could use some maintenance. - The changing station is right behind the door to the men's restroom, so you keep getting the door in your back. The changing station itself is very dirty, and the inflatable changing mat is leaking. - They had run out of many things; for example, we couldn't order lemonade, tomato soup, or carpaccio. - We had to wait 45 minutes for the appetizer and then another 45 minutes for the main course. - What we received didn't match what we ordered. My son got a pancake without cheese, and after asking three times, they rudely threw a handful of cheese on it, and he got the pancake right back. One of the adults ordered a schnitzel without sauce and was given it anyway. Fortunately, the sauce was in a separate container, so this wasn't a problem. - Clearing the table took a very long time. - We weren't offered dessert, even though some of us had ordered a three-course meal. - A scoop of ice cream was missing from the dessert, but after asking twice, we received one. - In total, we spent 3.5 hours at the restaurant (5:30 PM to 9:00 PM). This is way too long for small children. Both children were completely fed up. We regretted ordering the three-course meal; if we had known it would take so long, we would have only ordered a main course. When we left, we expressed our dissatisfaction with how the evening had gone. We were then told there was a shortage of staff. It's a real shame to have too few staff, of course, but then you shouldn't be accepting so many reservations. The people working now simply couldn't keep up. I felt really sorry for one of the waitresses who was clearly running herself ragged, but couldn't handle the crowd. It would be a huge help if they'd told us upon arrival that the wait time per course is 45 minutes. Then you'd know what to expect and be able to choose what you want and what's convenient for you.

We hebben er geluncht. De aanwezigheid van de speeltuin is voor een gezin met kinderen fantastisch. Al zijn veel toestellen nog wel uit de oude tijd en mogelijk niet meer current. Toezicht houden dus. De lunch was prima, geen uitschieters naar boven of beneden. De wespen waren wel nadrukkelijk aanwezig. Zowel de speeltuin als de kaart kan een stukje verjonging gebruiken. Lees dit (achteraf) ook terug in bijna elke review. Personeel was een voldoende in ons geval.

Small pancake, not very crispy. Tasted okay, but nothing special. The atmosphere in the restaurant is terrible: no music, ugly interior, terribly dull gray color, and decor that doesn't fit a PKhuis at all. Service was also terrible; I had to keep asking for someone. However, the playground for children up to 10 years old is super fun.

Leuke locatie, echt iets van te maken. Eten, dikke onvoldoende, pannenkoeken dik, wit en klef. De kok is niet echt een aanwinst voor het bedrijf. Personeel niet allemaal even vriendelijk. Dus bezem erdoor en opknappen, vernieuwen een andere kok en personeel. Anders is het helaas niet restaurant waardig.

Buiten speelterrein voor kinderen erg leuk binnen geen enkele kleurplaat te vinden. Ook personeel kon geen kleurplaat vinden. Pannenkoeken niet na onze smaak en waren ook niet gaar. De dames aangegeven dat het niet na wens was. Leek net of ze niet hoorde wat er werd gezegt. Wij gaan niet meer terug. Jammer zo je vakantie af te sluiten.

Vroeger een dikke 10 Het was jarenlang een fantastische leuke plek en heerlijk eten geweest maar....... De laatste jaren....... Nu een mager 5 Nu is het vervallen,eten niet lekker en duurt te lang.,speeltuin is verouderd en mag wel eens flink opgeknapt worden. Zooo jammer van zoo.n prachtige locatie En er is veeeeel meeer uit te halen! Kom op ondernemer!! Schouders er onder en er weer iets van maken.

Went last Saturday. Plus: Great playground for the children Minus: After ordering, our bread arrived in advance after about 1 hour. After almost 2 hours I asked where the pancakes were: "In 10 minutes". 25 minutes later we finally got them (waited 2+ hours), while the restaurant was barely half full. Half of the pancakes were not yet cooked. Not recommended

We made a reservation around half past seven and were able to order after 40 minutes by pushing at the counter. Then it took another 30 minutes before we got our food. The Veluwe pancake was fine, the French pancake (standard without honey?) was very filled with thick slices of brie. Personally, I think there are better proportions.

Service and food is very bad. The pancakes are very greasy, I ordered a salad without onion due to an allergy, had to send it back twice because it contained onion and had an allergic reaction to it. I had to pay for it at checkout even though I only had a few bites of it. And she claimed there was no onion in it. Also very unhygienic, there were old pieces of pancakes everywhere on the floor

Pancakes were quite tasty. Not very special, but not expensive either. Interior is a bit dated. Inside and outside are play areas for children. Looks pretty tired, but functions.

What a disappointment. I've eaten a lot of pancakes before, but these were really disappointing. I ordered an apple/cinnamon/raisin pancake, but what I got was more like a cinnamon explosion. As if someone had enthusiastically run off with a whole can of cinnamon. See the photo – balance was hard to find here. The play equipment itself is fun for small children, which is a plus. But clean? Absolutely not. The indoor playground had a musty smell and loose wiring, and it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. Not really a nice environment. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this "pancake restaurant". For a better experience I would eat somewhere else.

Genuinely delicious food. The friendly service deserves to be managed a little better. Tonight I had to get the menu myself twice, had to ask to order and was served the wrong thing (that was resolved very quickly! So great). So it all takes a bit of time (perhaps more than necessary) and people often 'walk around empty-handed'. All in all, perhaps a bit inexperienced, but certainly very friendly and of good will. So the food was delicious. I had the well seasoned Texas chicken pancake. A little bit of Texan vegetables (pepper, corn or a bean) would have taken the dish to a higher level in my opinion. Now I placed the lettuce (which also contained corn) over it. It was served as standard. The pancakes themselves are wonderfully fluffy and slightly thicker. Bonus: triple Karmeliet on tap 🍺. Perhaps it makes sense to say: We were there on a Sunday.

Gereserveerd, mochten een tafel kiezen, echter alleen nog binnen plek. Kaart, drinken en pannenkoeken snel op tafel door een vriendelijke serveerster. Smaakte goed, maar niet persé bijzonder. Zowel binenn- als buitenspeeltuin aanwezig, maar beiden slecht onderhouden, sommige onderdelen zelds gevaarlijk. We vroegen ons oprecht af of het gros van deze speeltoestellen wel door de keuring is gekomen, of dat er überhaupt wek controle plaatsvindt. Onze dochter van 2.5 heeft er onder toezicht van ons even gespeeld en veel plezier gehad, maar we zullen hier niet meer terugkomen.

Super nice restaurant and great for kids. We ate here four times in one week because we found it so cozy and pleasant here, and because our daughter could play all the time and loved it. I would recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately we were only here during our holiday. If we are ever in the area we will come back. Delicious food and affordable.

The service was professional, very friendly and patient. So far the positive part of the review. The rest was a drama: Went in at 5:45 PM for our 6:00 PM reservation. Our order was fairly simple: a bread platter in advance, one pancake (half/half was allowed, so we were completely happy), two satay dishes and a schnitzel. It then took a full 45 minutes before we got our bread platter! In the meantime, you start paying attention to things: people who came in later sometimes ate earlier than people who were already seated. We also occasionally saw dishes that would be unworthy of a snack bar... but we kept hope. We finally received our dishes at 7:10 PM: 2 lousy skewers of satay per 'dish', an almost black schnitzel and a half-cooked pancake! That was not what we hoped for with half/half... We paid for the drinks and bread and still left hungry after 1.5 hours. Our lesson: read the reviews and take them seriously. Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer worth visiting.

Ate a shawarma pancake on Wednesday evening, thought the meat was overcooked, got a fever later in the evening and had severe diarrhea which has not stopped since Saturday. We thought it was remarkably quiet for Wednesday where the children like to eat a pancake. Sorry but no next time. Management did its best on its own.

I've driven past here before during holidays or on the way to performances. Seen from outside at the traffic light, I was of the opinion that this was exclusively a children's playground with a takeaway counter. But nothing could be further from the truth. Once inside with my wife, it was a good welcome with a warm welcome and a good menu. We enjoyed the menu we ordered, the staff and the entourage. We won't just drive past here again in the future.

Drie pannenkoeken teruggestuurd omdat deze niet gaar waren. Nadat de pannenkoek terug in de keuken was geweest, nog steeds niet gaar. De speeltuin is ooit leuk geweest, maar wordt nu niet meer onderhouden. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.
