If you want to eat, the kitchen is already closed before 5:00 PM. Because everything is in chaos, they say. So if I get home at 10:00 PM, I still have to prepare dinner. They say there's nothing I can do about it. Not a very sociable answer. And last week I ordered a cheese toastie; after a while someone came up to me and said sorry I forgot, even though I had already paid. But I did get the toastie in the end.

Bare and uninviting, there are five staff members in the afternoon, but if you want to order fries and they are closed at 5 p.m., reason too little staff.

The food is bad, and the service leaves much to be desired. Some staff members are very unfriendly when you confront them about this. They close the option of hot food just when it suits them. Fortunately, there's an option to order food from outside. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just to respond to your comment... Why are you asking me to contact you by email to discuss this matter? I've contacted you several times and asked for a manager. I've received a negative response each time. Is this because I posted the issue publicly and others can see it? The coffee is fine there, but a friendly person should properly serve it. Then the coffee would be absolutely perfect. A friendly face works wonders.
