From Limburg to Middelburg for a few days. Went into the city center and ended up at Eiggenwijzz; the cozy atmosphere appealed to us. Ordered some drinks and bitterballen, and had a nice chat with the young man Henk, who was standing by the door—very pleasant and open. I looked up his name. If we go to Zeeland (Middelburg) again, we will definitely come back here with a good feeling. Top notch 🥂🥂🥂

The bread is absolutely amazing, super fluffy and incredibly delicious. Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service and all in all a great experience. The restrooms are good and clean.

A great restaurant with friendly staff. It's beautifully designed with several floors and indoor and outdoor seating. The portions are generous and the prices are fair and reasonable. It's cozy and pleasant, and dogs are welcome. However, the restrooms are on the first floor, which makes it a bit difficult for people with mobility issues.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The food was completely unappealing, especially the meat, which had a slightly sour taste that was very unpleasant. I mentioned this, but my complaint was barely addressed. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite my justified complaint, I was still expected to pay the full price – and this for a dish that was anything but cheap. For the prices charged, I expect a more professional approach to handling complaints. Overall, I didn't feel like I was being treated as a customer. The combination of a lack of goodwill and the disappointing service left a lasting negative impression on my visit. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. A thoroughly disastrous dining experience. 👎👎👎👎

An absolute gem of a restaurant. A very extensive menu and an excellent drink selection. A charming atmosphere. A variety of delicious dishes prepared in their own bakery. Also the perfect address for an exquisite high tea. Hospitality and professionalism clearly prevail here. A visit to this acclaimed venue is therefore highly recommended.

A very cute, simple little brasserie. We ate there as a family of four. The kids had a kids' menu, and we had a burger and soup. Everything tasted great, and the value for money was absolutely fine! The waiters are very friendly, and some of them speak German.

What incredibly nice and kind people work here! We had lunch here today. Our Labrador was also very welcome and was given a nice drink and snack. Our lunch was delicious and of excellent quality. Definitely worth a visit when you're in Middelburg!

I was there with my wife and our daughter. We had two baked mussels and a bacon pancake. Everything was delicious. The mussels are served with onions and tomatoes. It takes a bit of getting used to, but if you go for it, it's truly something special. We sat on the first floor, which was quieter, but the waiters didn't come around as often.

We came here by chance and went in for lunch. In one word: FANTASTIC! Friendly, fast and knowledgeable service, good food, large portions. Price - quality more than okay. Recommended is 12-o'clock lunch Fish. Good variety, great taste. So much that you can have a whole day ahead of you.

Funny place! We had a delicious lunch here and all four of us enjoyed it immensely. The hummus sandwich that I had chosen was also very nicely prepared and tasted very good with different types of vegetables and (in my opinion) halloumi. Definitely recommended to eat here.

We eat here very regularly, the menu changes with the seasons, and every time the dishes are perfectly balanced in terms of flavors. The portions are more than sufficient and you still think; Too bad, it's already gone, it's so delicious. The employees here are very well supervised and are all friendly and knowledgeable.

We are on holiday in Zeeland and we spent a morning in Middelburg. Even though the place was not officially open yet, we were still allowed to sit there. The Brussels waffles are highly recommended and the entire atmosphere is super cozy.
