Brasserie OLS is always there for you. Try lunch on Monday! It's possible here. Gluten-free is also possible. Enjoyed some different things like a quiche and carrot systems. In short, everything was well taken care of.

Very nice lunch location, with very good helpful staff. If you are in the area, definitely go there for a cup of coffee or lunch. The service consists of sweet boys and girls, including Down syndrome.

It was already a surprise, linen napkins, completely finished. The service and food were all fantastic too. Food was delicious and large portions and after all delicious coffee with eggnog. We will definitely go here much more often, I'm glad we discovered them. From Deventer over the dike to Ommen, this is a nice break.

Prima restaurant, voor lunch en diner, met goede kok en vriendelijke bediening. Je eet hier heerlijk voor een faire prijs in een leuke entourage. Dit restaurant is gevestigd in het Holstohus (ut Huus) en dat is tevens een fijne vergaderlocatie met goede zalen, dichtbij (intercity) station en met goede parkeermogelijkheden.

De Brasserie is gehuisvest in het Holstohus, een zgn. Kulturhus in Olst. Je merkt dat doordat een deel van de tijd het café en restaurant open toegang geeft tot de naastgelegen bibliotheek, incl. de leestafel. Dat stoort helemaal niet, het juist een van de elementen die van de Brasserie een levendige en gezellige ruimte maken. De Brasserie wordt gerund door mensen die nog kort geleden een kwalitatief uitstekend restaurant hadden. De professie en houding die daarvoor nodig was is meegenomen naar dit café/restaurant en dat merk je in de verzorging van alles wat wordt aangeboden. De kaart is beperkt maar de gerechten zijn van prima kwaliteit. De prijzen zijn passend bij de locatie: niet te duur en uitnodigend om eens vaker langs te gaan. Ook voor een kopje koffie of lekker biertje kun je er goed terecht. De Brasserie ligt slechts een paar minuten lopen van het station in Olst en is ook daarom een handige plek om een keer met iemand af te spreken. Het is er rustig genoeg om eventueel ook wat zakelijker met elkaar in gesprek te gaan

Als je even een kop koffie wilt of uit eten is dit een prima plekje. Niet te druk, wel goede kwaliteit.

De brasserie in het Holstohus in het dorp Olst (halfweg tussen IJsselsteden Zwolle & Deventer) is een prima vergaderlocatie op ca. 2 minuten wandelen van een intercity station! Ruimschoots parkeergelegenheid voor de autorijder. Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening met op het menu koude en warme (alcoholische) dranken, lunches en diners. Uit de aangrenzende bibliotheek kun je dagelijkse de regionale en landelijke kranten lezen.
