No attention of what is happening in outside terrace. Had to wait for someone to serve us (didn’t happen), when went inside to ask then waiter said he will come. Didn’t happen also after 10 min so went back inside to order 2 simple black coffees. The place inside was completely empty. It doesn’t take much to make 2 coffees but had to wait 10min. Went back inside to ask where is it and only one was made. Impolite waitress Andrea said “oh my god” when I walked back. Also she made the wrong coffee, was chewing gum the whole time and was super passive aggressive. Clearly someone doesn’t enjoy working here and is ruining customers experience. Shame.

Disappointing experience. The food was mediocre, menu was boring and the service started off well but then we were completely forgotten about.

Super service en de gerechten zijn van een onder niveau. Jeronimo heeft ons perfect geholpen en ook meer informatie gegeven van gebouw zelf en van alle faciliteiten. Wij gaan zeker terugkomen.

Nos alojamos en el hotel donde se encuentra el restaurante y desayunamos tres veces. Tanto el buffet como la comida caliente eran excelentes. Disfrutamos especialmente del servicio que recibimos de Christos, un joven encantador que nos dio excelentes recomendaciones turísticas además de cuidar de nuestras necesidades alimentarias.

Chill, lekker eten. De eggs royal was erg lekker. De pancakes waren beetje mid. Espresso Martini was erg lekker. Prosecco werd goed bijgevuld.

Excelente servicio de Jeronimo y la comida era genial. Tuvimos la captura del día (pescado de bacalao) con risotto y la bavette/filete con setas. Grandes vinos disponibles también. El restaurante era un poco más pequeño de lo previsto, pero una renovación haciendo una cocina abierta se acerca. Planeado para ser terminado en enero de 2025 y no podemos esperar a ver eso.

This was our second stop on the wine and food route. Delicious food in a beautiful, chic restaurant. Tasty white fresh wine with fruit flavors of pineapple and Mango.

Ongepland bezoekje dat erg goed uitpakte. Uitstekende bediening en goed eten. We gaan zeker nog eens terug als we in de buurt zijn.

Price-quality ratio was not good at all, food was below standard and was also served lukewarm and got cold quickly. Service was excellent and glasses were generously presented.

They didn’t bring me my cheesecake. In 30 minutes after I ordered they told me it is sold out. Well, good luck!

Afgelopen zaterdag gegeten bij Stocks en Bonds. Enthousiast ontvangen, in een prachtige pand, door een vriendelijke jongeman. Zijn twee jonge vrouwelijke collega’s waren beide ook zeer vriendelijk. De gerechten op menukaart kwamen niet overeen met de prachtige ambiance waar we ons in bevonden. De prijzen van de gerechten wel. Op basis van die informatie hebben we ons eten besteld in de hoop heerlijk te gaan eten. Helaas kwamen we er snel achter dat zowel de kennis van het vriendelijke personeel als de kwaliteit van het eten ondermaats was. Bij het bestellen was niet bekend wat “rare, medium of welldone” betekende, het voorgerecht Vitello Tonnato voelde als vleeswaar voor op brood met een smakeloze tonijnsaus met daarbij veel te zoute en te grote croutons geserveerd. De rucola die wel op de kaart stond niet gezien op het bord. De Burrata Caprese was ook zielloos op het bord gelegd. De Amsterdamse uitjes paste niet bij het gerecht. Onze teleurstelling besproken met de vriendelijke jongedame. Al snel bleek dat er geen leidinggevende, chef-kok of iemand anders aanwezig was om mee te spreken (op een zaterdagavond om half 9, keuken open tot 9). Hierdoor daalde het vertrouwen in de hoofdgerechten die we besteld hadden en hebben we de hoofdgerechten geannuleerd. Uiteindelijk heeft iemand van het bijbehorende hotel ons te woord gestaan. Deze vriendelijke jongeman is ons tegemoet gekomen in de kosten van de rekening. Wij zijn vervolgens ergens anders gaan eten.

Very pretty but zero options for vegans besides fries and a side salad.

Viel een beetje tegen. Wel leuke locatie en keurige bediening, eten zelf wat minder dan wat je van de prijs / kwaliteitverhouding en uitstraling van het restaurant zou mogen verwachten.

Good food and lovely atmosphere plenty of history and with a great view to the Dutch Royal Palace

The place looks nice. The steak tasted like something you would have in a cheap restaurant, tasteless. The vitello tonnato was ok. The service could be better, they seem not to pay attention whether guests need service or they were too busy to do so.

Enjoyed the Bottomless Brunch; not only is the property/location fabulous, the food is delicious, beautifully presented with stellar and friendly service. Highly recommend it for any occasion.

We hebben hier gisteren met een groep van 5 gegeten. Het interieur is mooi en verzorgd, de bediening vlot, het eten was prima tot goed - we hadden o.a de gegrilde octopus en de steak - en de wijn uitstekend. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Click refurbished hotel and Brasserie. Used to be a bank and the underground has preserved some of the past atmosphere. They could have retained the theme a bit better. Food is alright, good service, professional staff

Heel mooi gebouw. Veel detaillering. Bediening heel vriendelijk. We kregen een tour naar de kelder. Art deco interieur van cafe en de oude kluis. Eten ook niet verkeerd!

Beautiful building, lovely and stylish interior. Menu smallish but very sophisticated (and not inexpensive). Certainly something for a more distinguished clientele.

It's a unique and nice bar in my favourite hotel in The Hague. The cocktails they had for cocktailweek were amazing.

Not bad not good. There is SO MUCH potential to this place. A little live music instead of the crack-ey radio with edm, a little bit of jazz maybe, some atmosphere with the lights instead of a full blown artificial lightening? Yeah, I wish I could take over their management because it is truly lacking. Sorry for them. Will come back in some months and eventually update the review if they manage to keep it up a little.

Delicious tasty food from a limited menu. No vegan nor vegetarian. Good selection of wines and drinks. Service was a little too hurried. Eat and run, if that's what you are looking for!! Reasonably priced.

Great ambience for a quick lunch or a drink. The beautiful old fashion bar is in the basement, an old vault which stored gold bars in the old days. Food is decent and priced reasonable.

Beperkt menu maar goed eten. Salade als diner had ruim kipfilet. Heerlijk chocoladetoetje. Vlotte bediening met wel wat schoonheidsfoutjes als verkeerd en niet besteld bier. Eten kwalitatief goed.

The single best dining experience I've ever had. Went here with family on Christmas Day. Beautiful looking and wonderfully tasting food with a very unique atmosphere because it's an old bank building. Staff was exceptionally friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Will definitely come back if I'm ever close to The Hague.
