Every year, this is our go-to spot for lunch on the way home from our holiday destination. Good food, clean, and friendly staff. The toilets are spotless too!

Beautiful location. Plenty of space, both inside and out. Due to the crowds, it took a while for the waitstaff to bring the drinks. They forgot the bread boards. The main course arrived immediately afterwards. The service was friendly.

Fine restaurant for eating, etc.

The service was really good, but the food was a huge disappointment. Chicken schnitzel is just fried chicken breast; it doesn't even look like a schnitzel. Gypsy sauce from a supermarket packet is 10 times better than the gypsy sauce you get here. The meat on the skewer consisted of only one type of meat, contrary to the menu, and was overcooked. We will definitely not be coming back here.

Waiting a long time before someone comes

Lunch is fine; personally, I find dinner a bit less impressive. Too much "prefab" in my opinion. However, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the location is nice.

Tried again after a bad experience years ago. Nothing has changed. The meat was way too dry, overcooked, 3 green beans and 2 carrot slices, a long wait, and you can't hear the other person because of the noise. You get up from the table because there are people in front of you, so you have to ask to pass. And again the next day, I have intestinal problems, so either the hygiene isn't good or the products are exposed for too long, but who cares what I say? It's packed, so the cash register is full.

A while ago, I paid what was likely my last visit. It started right from the moment I walked in with my sister and our 83-year-old mother (using a walker), her and me struggling with the front door, and the youngsters (who call themselves the staff) literally watching and not even offering a helping hand. Yuck! Not much later, we were sitting at a table next to a very loud group of people who were knocking back one beer after another. Later, we discovered that the owner was also part of this group, which might be understandable, but wasn't exactly polite. It turns out he was working that day. Oh well, that's on him. At some point, while we were eating, my mother became unwell and vomited. Unfortunately, it was all over her own food and a part of the table. I walked to the bar and asked for a cloth. When asked what I needed it for, I explained the situation to the young man. The staff saw what had happened and what we were doing. A few guests at the tables around us also clearly see what's going on and ask with interest if everything is alright. What bothers me now is that no one, absolutely no one on the staff, is paying attention to the situation. In fact, we're being completely ignored. I even take the dirty cloth back to the bar, and even then, no one bothers to think, "Maybe I should just ask if everything is alright." So much for this staff's hospitality training (NOT)! It's no surprise that the rest of our meal wasn't the best experience at this establishment. And to top it all off, the owner even comes around at the end to ask if everything was to our liking! Well, you would... I explained our feelings about the experience, and even then, the owner doesn't bother to say "Sorry," but can only turn around in shame and walk away. In my opinion, this nonsense place that calls itself 'Van Alles Get' isn't even worth a single star and should change the name to 'Van Alles Get, Meh Niks Goot'.

The food is good, but it's a shame there was only one bowl of fries for four people. While there were two other people eating, everyone else's plates were already being cleared away. But the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Waited an hour for starters and then another 45 minutes for main courses. The staff was polite but nothing can make up for lost time.

Great service, fun ideas like the menu, and the staff wears recycled items. The menu is beautifully presented and has a wide variety. Ample parking. It's a bit of a drive from Heerlen, but we'll definitely be back.

Called 40 minutes to make a reservation and then gave up

We walked the Heuvelland 4-day event and ate on the terrace three times. The service gets a 10/10, especially the blonde waitress with the earpiece. We asked for some changes to the menu, and everything was possible! And the food...excellent. We'll be back next year!

Delicious food, generous portions. The terrace is covered, making it usable even in wind and rain (which was a plus for us on Saturday). However, smoking is permitted, and since the seating is quite close together, guests smoke over our other food. That annoys me everywhere—it's like that in Germany, too. But the people here are very friendly! You can't hear the street at all; you can really enjoy the outdoor seating.

Beautiful location, nice big parking lot. Only the chicken burger was rather dry and we didn't see the staff at our table much. They didn't ask if we wanted something to drink, we had to ask for it ourselves after they had cleared our table. It wasn't busy at that time, so we thought that was a bit of a shame.

We have been coming to this place frequently for years, and it was quite a coincidence that we took a look at the reviews... It is astonishing... The owner and owner are two hard-working people who are only concerned with achieving the best possible quality with optimal service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and personable, so for those who experience differently?! Very possibly due to your own behavior?! (For insiders: the blonde girl lives up to her first name, she is a sweetheart) Old stuff? This place is so incredibly busy all week that it is simply impossible to serve old stuff, a quiet part of an afternoon or evening is exceptional. Mistakes? Yes, that happens sporadically, but in my own experience it is not problematic at all and is resolved neatly. Than! To classify people as drug addicts says something about the person who writes something like that! Rude and damaging! Ever thought that a “drug addict” does not work full-time in the catering industry? Then… a case with pretensions? Yes that's right! A business that rightly wants to be seen as a business where you can go and have a tasty snack at a reasonable price in a nice atmosphere! Nothing more and certainly nothing less. The very large customer base that returns regularly, if not weekly, proves this! Team Kreutzer Congratulations!!

Worthless, first of all they pretend to be a Michelin star restaurant while it is a glorified chip shop. The place was empty, as if we had made a reservation. There is also one with an earpiece, I don't really know what that is good for, but... Then the food is served, the fries for the lady are coming, it was said. She will serve the table behind us, apparently regular guests. My wife had already finished 1 of the 2 patties, no fries yet. When she just completely ignored me while I waved at her and was sure she had seen it, I just shouted. What about the fries? I'll be right there. Then the blonde put the fries on the table without saying a word. Nice and professional. Read in the other negative reviews that it happens regularly, that ignoring... but it is certainly our fault because we immediately responded defensively, they don't ignore here, so yes. And that now costs you a worthless review! And before you respond to this, I would sit down with that blonde because you owe this worthless story to her. Secondly, to make matters worse, the €17.50 hamburger that I ordered was no longer good, I didn't eat anything else and, you should check, it only came out twice in the evening (10 p.m.). Had dinner there in the afternoon (1 p.m.). So now I've got a bad case of food poisoning and I can't keep anything down, even a glass of water comes out just as fast. So I have to call in sick to work today. All in all great! And thank you. Never again, even if it was for nothing...

Nice restaurant to eat. I ended up there by chance as I no longer felt like cooking in my holiday home and also didn't feel like walking to Valkenburg. Would definitely come back here if I'm in the area again.
