Waited an hour for starters and then another 45 minutes for main courses. The staff was polite but nothing can make up for lost time.

We had a delicious meal twice, lots of choice for everyone and were treated well.

First time dining here. Very pleasantly surprised!!! The food was simply fantastic!!! Lovely heated patio and delicious sweet house wine. We will definitely be back. Greetings from Lanaken and Vlissingen.

Delicious food. The spareribs were excellent, and the Irish coffee was spicy and nice and hot. The staff was very young, but, as expected, very friendly. Simply a good restaurant for a delicious dinner.

After a few bad experiences (a few years ago), I've already been here twice. Everything is excellent, and that's something to be said. Friendly staff, quick service, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food. The pork satay was deliciously tender. Kudos to the entire team! 👍🏻

Great service, fun ideas like the menu, and the staff wears recycled items. The menu is beautifully presented and has a wide variety. Ample parking. It's a bit of a drive from Heerlen, but we'll definitely be back.

We walked the Heuvelland 4-day event and ate on the terrace three times. The service gets a 10/10, especially the blonde waitress with the earpiece. We asked for some changes to the menu, and everything was possible! And the food...excellent. We'll be back next year!

Delicious food, generous portions. The terrace is covered, making it usable even in wind and rain (which was a plus for us on Saturday). However, smoking is permitted, and since the seating is quite close together, guests smoke over our other food. That annoys me everywhere—it's like that in Germany, too. But the people here are very friendly! You can't hear the street at all; you can really enjoy the outdoor seating.

Our starters were forgotten, for which we were politely offered a free drink. However, after that we had to ask twice ourselves if we could have a drink — no one came to look at our table. All in all, not a pleasant experience in terms of service. Not a repeat for me.

Beautiful location, nice big parking lot. Only the chicken burger was rather dry and we didn't see the staff at our table much. They didn't ask if we wanted something to drink, we had to ask for it ourselves after they had cleared our table. It wasn't busy at that time, so we thought that was a bit of a shame.

We have been coming to this place frequently for years, and it was quite a coincidence that we took a look at the reviews... It is astonishing... The owner and owner are two hard-working people who are only concerned with achieving the best possible quality with optimal service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and personable, so for those who experience differently?! Very possibly due to your own behavior?! (For insiders: the blonde girl lives up to her first name, she is a sweetheart) Old stuff? This place is so incredibly busy all week that it is simply impossible to serve old stuff, a quiet part of an afternoon or evening is exceptional. Mistakes? Yes, that happens sporadically, but in my own experience it is not problematic at all and is resolved neatly. Than! To classify people as drug addicts says something about the person who writes something like that! Rude and damaging! Ever thought that a “drug addict” does not work full-time in the catering industry? Then… a case with pretensions? Yes that's right! A business that rightly wants to be seen as a business where you can go and have a tasty snack at a reasonable price in a nice atmosphere! Nothing more and certainly nothing less. The very large customer base that returns regularly, if not weekly, proves this! Team Kreutzer Congratulations!!

Worthless, first of all they pretend to be a Michelin star restaurant while it is a glorified chip shop. The place was empty, as if we had made a reservation. There is also one with an earpiece, I don't really know what that is good for, but... Then the food is served, the fries for the lady are coming, it was said. She will serve the table behind us, apparently regular guests. My wife had already finished 1 of the 2 patties, no fries yet. When she just completely ignored me while I waved at her and was sure she had seen it, I just shouted. What about the fries? I'll be right there. Then the blonde put the fries on the table without saying a word. Nice and professional. Read in the other negative reviews that it happens regularly, that ignoring... but it is certainly our fault because we immediately responded defensively, they don't ignore here, so yes. And that now costs you a worthless review! And before you respond to this, I would sit down with that blonde because you owe this worthless story to her. Secondly, to make matters worse, the €17.50 hamburger that I ordered was no longer good, I didn't eat anything else and, you should check, it only came out twice in the evening (10 p.m.). Had dinner there in the afternoon (1 p.m.). So now I've got a bad case of food poisoning and I can't keep anything down, even a glass of water comes out just as fast. So I have to call in sick to work today. All in all great! And thank you. Never again, even if it was for nothing...

Goede en enthousiaste ontvangst door de medewerkers. Geen reservering maar toch nog een plaatsje. Ruime menukaart (diner) Gekozen voor de spareribs. (We hadden 2 racks. konden meer krijgen maar voor ons voldoende) Lekker en mals met frites, mayonaise en salade. Bediening vlot, behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd. Sfeervolle ruimte. Ruim toegankelijk parkeerruimte. Concurrerende prijzen.

At the Brasserie in Berg en Terblijt Limburg, had dinner of Sperribs + Fries + salad. It was delicious again. Reservations are recommended. Cozy restaurant and nice service.

Unbelievable that people still rate this positively! An owner who is only concerned with gossip and backbiting and publicly shames people!

On the way home after a weekend in Valkenburg we felt like having spaghetti. We came across this place and immediately knew what we wanted: a bolognese. For good value for money, we received a delicious plate of spaghetti within fifteen minutes, served on a nice large plate, including rolls and more than enough cheese. No more and no less! Small tip: a slice of lemon with a coke makes it complete.

Monday evening, hungry, dark. Many shops closed, received a friendly welcome here. Great service, tasty food for a good price.

Wonderful weekend in Valkenburg and we did a quick Google search to find somewhere to eat nearby and ended up here. Definitely recommended!

Slechte ervaring op een zaterdagavond. Zeer lang wachten op het eten, slome bediening. Porties waren te klein, frieten waren oud en smaakloos. Wild spies was te hard doorbakken en bij opmerking daarover werd het “doorgegeven aan de keuken” dit zonder verder gevolg. Prijzen overdreven voor wat je maar op je bord krijgt. Service ondermaats. Geen dankjewel of goeieavond van het personeel bij het naar buiten gaan. Enkele personeelsleden lijken trouwens net ex-drugs verslaafden. Typisch voorbeeld van een bistro dat zich een restaurant waant maar het niet aankan… goed voor een bitterbal of spaghetti als lunch maar meer ook niet. Te vermijden als je een gezellige avond uit wilt eten

Friendly staff, we were 10 people and everyone enjoyed their meal. It is also not limited to a few dishes if you are with a larger group, which is certainly a plus. Prices are not exaggerated either. All in all, we will definitely go back when we are in the area.

Bad experience on a Saturday evening. Very long wait for the food, slow service. Portions were too small, fries were old and tasteless. Game skewer was overcooked and when a comment was made about it, it was "passed on to the kitchen" without any further action. Prices exaggerated for what you get on your plate. Service below average. No thank you or good evening from the staff on the way out. Some of the staff members look like ex-drug addicts. Typical example of a bistro that pretends to be a restaurant but can't handle it... good for a bitterbal or spaghetti for lunch, but nothing more. To be avoided if you want a nice evening out for dinner

Great food and great ambience. Rarely have we seen such sleepyheads in service. We were there with 5 people. We hadn't quite sat there when someone was already panting and wanted to order a drink. I couldn't even calmly check the drinks menu. Then ordered food, it was really delicious. Finished eating, no one came to clean up, let alone ask for another drink or dessert. Waiters just stood around and chatted stupidly. Then we went somewhere else...... it's a shame!!!

The food was not bad, price quality ratio was ok. One knife for three bread spreads is strange. Have to ask for cutlery for main course too. But what was most annoying was the noise. Radio loud, too many tables too close together. Because of the noise, we didn't even finish the main course and left.

By chance we drove past this brasserie around lunchtime. They have nice, well-fitting seats. The whole place inside is very dark. We had a focaccia taco and a beef sandwich. The taco sandwich is highly recommended. The beef sandwich was fine. Sandwich nice and fresh, but beef tips could be better. Friendly, fast service.

We parked in the parking lot and returned to closed gates (still open upon arrival), owner was kind enough to open the gate. Thank you!

Three stars, food was good! But very little for a hefty price... We are not big eaters, but what we got was really not enough... A skewer, a spoonful of vegetables on the side and a small bowl of fries that had to be shared between the two of us. Passing this on, the answer we received was 'I will pass it on'.... Too bad!

Beautiful restaurant and quite crowded...simple cuisine, we took shrimp croquettes so two served with a few salad leaves, 1 small slice of tomato and 1 small piece of cucumber...truffle sauce, for me , does not go with it...a cocktail sauce would be better in my opinion, 4 mini slices of baguettes...it seems that it is not homemade at this clean restaurant, pleasant staff, fast service.
