I order here almost every day. Loaded fries and hot chicken are definitely recommended, and they bring it in 15 minutes or less! Best place in Capelle!

The food arrived after waiting over an hour, which wasn't a problem until we realized our order had likely waited too long. This was clearly evident from the damp bags in the photos. The fries were limp and tasteless. The panini was soggy because it had been sitting too long in the sealed bag. I received a different type of fries than I ordered. We called back, and all we were told was: "Yes, the fries you wanted are out and they're too busy." This was the first, but also the last, time! Absolutely not recommended. So not customer-friendly.

I wanted to try something new so I did that at Broad Claw since everything was almost closed. The food was surprisingly tasty except for the chicken fillet sandwich, the chicken was very dry. For the rest, the Panda burger was delicious, highly recommended if you eat there and the loaded fries were also tasty. If you like greasiness you should definitely give it a try.

After I realized I couldn't pay because I couldn't find my wallet and couldn't arrange anything, I was threatened and stalked by the owner, even though I hadn't accepted the food. I've been a customer for a long time and have tipped before. It wasn't intentional. I've been harassed since 6:00 PM and now, 1:29 AM. The owner is aggressive.

Really inedible. Limp cold fries, dried out frikandellen and mayonnaise in those plastic bags (so far too little) When I complained about the quality I was called all kinds of names and that I don't earn enough money to buy better quality food etc. No self-reflection at all. I will never order from here again. I understood from my neighbors that they have the same experience.

Ordered food an hour ago and still not arrived even though the delivery guy and restaurant said he's gonna deliver at 40 min ago. Totally unprofessional and more importantly cold food. Typical third class restaurant chain with zero customer service. Not going to order again!!!

Its a very good place if you want to eat good and fresh fast food. Their loaded fries are the best.

13 euros for a burger that is no bigger than a Euro blast from the Mac. All those burger places have gone crazy, raising prices and making portions smaller. Day!

The best restaurant. Fast delivery. Clean and tasty. I just received my order. Is a burger menu, hot wings, chicken nuggets and fries. The hot wings have very clean hairs and are well fried unlike KFC. At KFC you can see the hairs on the chicken and it is not cooked properly. The burger is tasty. The chicken nuggets are also tasty. The burger is beef and is halal. In short I really recommend this restaurant.

The people there are simply loving and full of joy, always ready to serve you the way you want. P.S.: The Loaded Fries chicken is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I recommend it to everyone!

I paid 40 euros for 2 loaded fries and a tender menu, ridiculously I got 5 raw shrimps in a bowl of fries full of fries sauce and 3 corn kernels, and the tender menu was literally a bowl of fries and chicken corn from Lidel, never again

Truly the tastiest loaded fries I have ever eaten. Nicely helped by friendly staff. A mistake had been made with the order, so we didn't have part of it, we called for this and we were able to get the rest of the order right away. The next day I immediately got the loaded fries again.

Ordered again today and now also together with the kids. 1 loaded chicken fries, chicken nugget menu, 2 shrimp loaded fries, which I requested not spicy because for a child. Accidentally tough, but the service I received when I called was absolutely great! Apologized, and within 20 minutes a new person arrived for my daughter. We are very satisfied, keep it up!

Very disappointed. Placed an order via home delivery for a few simple snacks and a portion of fries. After waiting an hour and a half, the order arrived cold, without exaggerating. And even though it is 10 minutes away. I then contacted them by telephone because I am normally not very critical and I can imagine that something went wrong. But if I am then pushed away and then, after telling the same story again, they act as if they have not heard it before. Sorry guys, not okay.

Ik ben zelf een liefhebber van de kapsalon, maar wat deze jongens neer hebben gezet dat is me een partijtje lekkernij. Ik heb voor het eerst de loaded kip filet genomen samen met me vrouw en dat viel erg goed in de smaak bij ons. Daarna hebben we voor de 2e keer besteld 1 loaded wrap en 1 loaded Fries cryspy.. nou ik ken jullie garanderen dat de loaded cryspy chicken niets anders is als een genot in het mond voor de meeste medelanders ook wel bekend als foodpron 7ashak. In ieder geval zijn wij blij dat deze eetzaak in Rotterdam oost is gevestigd! Wij zijn tot op heden tot aan de toekomst vaste klant!. Ook de bezorger heeft ons ook niet in de koude kleren staan, die weigerde met man en macht om onze fooi van 3 euro niet aan te nemen. Dit alles maakt voor ons dat dit de meest respectabele eethuis van Rotterdam is en ook sowieso de meest lekkere eethuis van Rotterdam oost. Ik ken wel even door gaan, kan er een heel boek overschrijven. Maar dat doet hen enkel te kort. Deze jongens zien hun klanten dan ook echt als familie en hoe ik het heb opgemerkt doen zij er alles aan om hun klanten zo tevreden mogelijk te maken. Ik wil doorgaan maar jullie moeten gwn bestellen!!!

Super goede service. Eten is er altijd snel en als er iets niet klopt word dat meteen opgepakt. Eten is heerlijk! Loaded wrap is aan te raden.

Super aardige mensen en heel snel en lekker kun je genieten zonder buikpijn te krijgen na het eten.

Het eten hier is zo lekker! De patat is heel lekker crunchy en totaal niet vet. Het personeel is allemaal heel vriendelijk. Echt top!

Bestelling betaald , helaas niet geleverd. Contact gezocht met de Brede beren en tot een goede oplossing gekomen. Snel en zonder problemen. Zeer tevreden over het eten en normaal ook geen probleem met de bezorging. Zeker een aanrader!
