The only Brewdog I’ve been to which refuses to serve tap water. In Scotland, you are obliged by law to serve tap water in pubs. Edit: they now serve tap water. Rating changed to 5 star

The food was decent, not worth what we paid but it was fine. Had a vegan burger and chips which came to around €22. I asked for a few tap waters for the table and was told rudely by the bartender, Rio Oka, that if I ask for anymore I'll have to get bottled still water and pay for it. There was 14 of us, after running the Amsterdam marathon so I was really taken back that they were so rude and had to pay considering how much we'd already spent.

Nice venue — shame about everything else. The prices are eye-watering, the service is downright rude, and the food could’ve come straight out of a leisure centre cafeteria. €10 for a pint, €16.50 for one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had — dry, bland, and utterly joyless. When we asked for water, we were told we’d be charged for it after our first glass of water (which may as well have been a shot glass) — after already dropping a small fortune. The staff couldn’t have been more uninterested if they tried. The final touch? The chef wheeling in a bucket, deliberately clattering it across the floor while locking eyes with us. The whole experience felt like a parody of bad hospitality. Avoid unless you enjoy overpaying for mediocrity and attitude.

Don't trust the staff here. Typical tourist trap tactics. Ordered a ,33 beer and received a pint. Not wanting to pay the pint price when I don't order it I asked for a ,33 again. The bartender poured from my pint glass into a smaller glass right up to the line where it's marked. ,20 and returned it to me. Not wanting to participate in whatever game they were playing, I left.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to give kudos to people working here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpfull and go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. Food was very nice :) simple but effective.

Very poor service. They took our order then after 30 mins I asked where our food was and they explained our order had not actually been placed. No apology, no gesture of goodwill. Goodbye, will not be returning.

i know it’s a tourist spot but sitting at the bar for a drink and the staff has been consistently rude to patrons. kinda cringe

With five people, we missed one drink and one meal and had to reorder. We couldn't split the bill and had to pay together!

Cool spot to have a hot dog and a mac&cheese, something you can't normally get together in The Netherlands. And as always, great beer!

A bar with a toilet that is "out of order" for multiple days is crazy. Honestly a bar with a toilet "out of order" for more than a single shift is crazy. Not the worst brewdog I've been to, but it's up there.

On your arrival to Amsterdam CS, if you are eager for a drink and delicious bites, BrewDog Amsterdam Central is the perfect place to visit and enjoy the moment!! Staff members are very kind and friendly! They have large varieties of beers and delicious food options! Great service, nice view and reasonable prices! Don’t miss it!!!!

BrewDog Pub in Amsterdam Central Station. Cozy location, very friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of draft beers. Ideal for passing the time until your train departs.

Nice spot for some tasty beers and bites while i awaited my eurostar train. I particularly loved the hazy jane. I got served by the nice african waitress who was a total sweetheart even when I accidentally spilled my beer. Bonus point for the strong free wifi and flexible charging ports.

We went here because the place looked nice and because we had a traveling schedule, the location was very convenient. The staff was welcoming and nice. The food arrived quickly after ordering. Maybe a bit pricey for the amount of food but that can also be because of the location. In total we had ordered two beef burgers, one vegetarian burger (Clucky Time) and one chicken burger (buffalo chicken) prepared with vegetarian chicken which according to the menu and the waitress was possible. For sides two times mac&cheese with the bacon separated next to the mac&cheese. The bacon was served in the mac&cheese, and we only received one vegetarian burger in total :(. As only one friend has a vegetarian diet, we had the possibility to switch around some plates. Because we had time pressure, waiting for another serving was not possible. Looking at the receipt there was no mention about making the non-vegetarian burger a vegetarian one. It also stated that the union had to be next to the mac&cheese instead of the bacon.

I love brewdog because it has several good beers and good food, very good service too.

I’ve been a regular customer at Brewdog, but after my recent visit, I won’t be returning. I went in to order food and quickly stepped towards the restroom before placing the order—something I’ve done before without any issue. But this time, the staff reacted with shockingly rude behavior. One of the waiters loudly told me, “You should first place your order, then use our WC!”—and not in a polite or professional tone, but with a loud and disrespectful attitude, as if I was doing something wrong just for needing to use the bathroom. I completely understand if there’s a policy in place, but there’s a way to communicate with customers—especially loyal ones—and this was not it. The aggressive and unwelcoming approach was completely unnecessary. Sadly, after years of choosing Brewdog, this experience has made it my last visit.

Lovely spot away from the main hustle of the station. Beer was great as you'd expect and the patriot burger was top notch and really hit the spot. Would recommend the bitterballen as well!

Food was a bit on the expensive side. Iced Latte was very strong and the fries had little seasoning. Hotdog was aight. Good enough for a small lunch but probably would not go for a larger meal.

Food was meh. Chicken Wings were flavorless and tasted like straight out of the freezer. The Fries never saw salt in their life.. The Server with the dark brown hair, beard, the orange whistle and the bad english was super rude and entitled. Do better.

We stopped in for an early dinner and were directed to a table quickly. Then, 10 to 15 minutes later a very disinterested waiter came over to ask of we wanted anything to drink. Even when he was standing there to take our order, he was looking away at people walking by like we were an annoyance. The food itself was okay, but I even had to walk up to the bar to get a bill and pay for it. The waiter was no where to be found. I would fire his ass if I owned the place. Very good atmosphere with good, superb decoration for a drink before taking your train

We were there for the unlimited wings, and everything was great. However, they forgot our last order, but the bartender (I think he was the manager from Greece) resolved it immediately. He was very friendly and professional, and always had a smile.

Went here twice on our little Amsterdam jaunt! The first time the servers were not super friendly which is unusual for Brewdog! The food was quick and tasty though 😋the second time the staff were completely different and it was much more like the Brewdog vibe we know and love!

The experience was great. Food amazing, specialy the buffalo wings. The waitress with short hair gave us great advice with the beer. I have never been a great fan of craft beers but she asked me about the tastes i liked and managed to have a great time trying different beers thanks to her. I will repeat 100%.

Brewdog beer in Amsterdam tastes as good as in the UK so it travels well. Really friendly staff. Our server was called Christoff (sorry if I’ve spelt your name incorrectly!)

I'm hoping I can update/leave a new review about Brewdog AMS soon. Very bad experience. Having been a Brewdog shareholder for over 10 years and frequented the bars in the UK often, I was excited to take friends to "unlimited wings" in AMS. What a mess... where do I start? - Booking was for 7:30. We asked if we could wait 20 min to start with the wings timer, as we had a friend running late. Waitress said no problem. - Our main waiter wanted to be anywhere but there. Super strange behaviour. At one point, when we asked if we could have more beer and wings, he said "No." We asked why, and he said "No. My shift just finished". Didn't try to flag anyone else, or offer an alternative. Grabbed his stuff and left. - I get that it's a business, but don't make it THAT obvious that you don't want to serve truly unlimited wings. Over the 90 min, we had 4 rounds of service. That's waiting 22 minutes each time for someone to come check in on you. Shady to say the least and you're better off just ordering off the regular menu if the staff wants to fight you on actually delivering what you're paying for. - Exactly at the 90 min mark from booking (not from when we ordered, as the first waitress had mentioned), someone came to tell us we couldn't order anymore. "The kitchen is closed", they said, though the kitchen was clearly open and serving other customers. - To top it off, they lost our bill. They presented the bill for wrong tables twice, and then spent 25 min looking through the systems to find it. Blamed it on the waiter who had left, and didn't offer any sort of apology. At this point, I had already put my lifetime discount card away. Not worth the hassle, not worth the visit.

Prices .. we are in Netherlands and it should be ok but you need one more outlet in tourist area or at least some proper descent advertisment for your only branch in Amsterdam! Come on guys!! Amazing service beer and wings.

Bartender very personable and friendly. Wait staff was a little distracted but sweet and welcoming. Food was delicious and quick. Beer was unique, the ability to taste before purchase was a benefit. Atmosphere was casual and comfortable. Would definitely come again.

The service and beers are nice. The wings are so bad it's actually sad. Buffalo wings reek of vinegar, way too acidic, Korean wings have a nice flavour but are way too salty. Won't come back for food for sure.

Food was good quality and what i expected. Staff were friendly and great touch having board games to play. The only thing was the toilets need good clean!

We love going to BrewDog! Great service and amazing food, and conveniently located next to Amsterdam central station. Definitely recommend their cauliflower chicken wings and the chocolate ice cream dessert. 💯

A huge disappointment :( We love the Brewdog brand, Punk IPA is my go to beer. We have been to the London branch and this is nowhere close to it. We ordered a Patriot burger, kid's cheeseburger, chicken wings and mac and cheese. We had to return mac and cheese after tasting it. It was not mac and cheese as we know it. Burgers were ok (6/10) but for €18 I expected a bit more than ok. Chicken wings(7.5/10) were probably the only good food. For beers we ordered Punk IPA and Lucky break, both felt not carbonated. They renewed them but it didn't change much. Very different than the cans :( Service is really attentive and doing their best but it's not enough to cover for the below average food.

what a disappointment this place was. we like brewdog beer and really enjoyed the brewdog bar in london, so we wanted to try this place. I was very surprised to see that they don’t even have a good selection of their own beer. only a few types, the ones you can also easily get at the grocery store. the staff was nice and friendly, the venue is also nice, but the food, it’s just bad. we ordered patriot burger, kid’s cheeseburger, mac & cheese and chicken wings. chicken wings was the only edible option and it was just ok. the rest was really bad.

As for the food, the chicken is so-so, the fries and the hamburgers are delicious. The staff are also friendly~

I am a big fan of the Brewdog(s) in Rotterdam and London and expected the same level of service from this Brewdog at Amsterdam Central Station. There were no fewer than 8 service people walking around and they managed to make us sit for 15 minutes without greeting or taking our order. They literally look right past you when you try to make eye contact with them. Other tables were also ignored. When we finally wanted to order at the bar, we were told in a shady tone: 'We will be with you shortly', as if we were the rudest guests. I wish them the best of luck because we left. I miss the Delirium that used to be in the same location. By the way, this wasn't the first time I visited this Brewdog. Twice before the service was slow and rude. I think the management of this restaurant is totally unsuitable for this job. Learn from the Brewdogs in Rotterdam, especially the Brewdog behind the city hall. The contrast between these two locations is like night and day.

Camarera dijo que no hay problema. Nuestro camarero principal quería estar en cualquier lugar menos allí. Comportamiento súper extraño. No intenté marcar a nadie más, ni ofrecer una alternativa. Agarró sus cosas y se fue. Entiendo que es un negocio, pero no hagas tan obvio que no quieres servir alas verdaderamente ilimitadas. Durante los 90 minutos, tuvimos 4 rondas de servicio. Eso es esperar 22 minutos cada vez que alguien venga a verte. Sombrío por decir lo menos y es mejor que simplemente pedir fuera del menú regular si el personal quiere luchar contra usted en realidad entregando lo que está pagando. - Exactamente en la marca de 90 minutos desde la reserva (no desde cuando pedimos, como la primera camarera había mencionado) , alguien vino a decirnos que no podíamos pedir más. Avoid unlimited wings Wednesday, they just give you tiny portions (5 pieces) and elongate the waiting time so you end up getting full. Poor value for money. Wings tasted decent but the slow service spoiled the experience.

Service is really terrible. The staff is friendly when you talk to them but it's very difficult to get them to come take your order. Restaurant is expensive and very narrow, seating is within about 50cm of other tables. It's loud and you can hear other conversations over your own. Bathroom has a lock on it, can't go in freely even when dining. Uncomfortable and expensive, do not recommend.

Booked with 8 people specifically for Wings Wednesday. After half an hour when we were allowed to order, we received the message that the chicken was gone. It would have been so simple to just call.

Unbelievable, Booked a reservation for all you can eat wings on the Wednesday. We arrive and hear straight away, sorry we’re full. We told them we have a reservation to a colleague and we got our table. When we told them we booked for the wings, they told us it run out. Nobody contacted us and we traveled for nothing. They offered 10% off other food which we of course didn’t take. Terrible service and our plans are ruined

Visiting The Netherlands from Atlanta, GA and this place did not disappoint. The pastrami pizza and the truffle fries were amazing. The drink with the white vodka was delicious also. The atmosphere was great and I also loved the 80’s Rock & Pop music they played throughout the restaurant. Loved it!

Absolutely quiet and chilled out shop, where the hustle and bustle of the train station stays outside. We drank the Lucky Break IPA. Absolutely delicious craft berry that creates a taste explosion. Quite expensive, but a beer to enjoy. Definitely on the to do list next time you’re in Amsterdam

One of the best mac‘n chesse i had in a lomg time! Creamy not that heavy chesse pull like it schould be. All in one a great place to stay and enjoy some great food ! Will be back soon.
