What a gem this is!! Everything is perfect, from the staff to the food. The spareribs were so incredibly delicious!! This is going to be a perfect spot for us for socializing and good food.

Super tasty spare ribs. And a super tender sirloin steak. Service quick and very attentive. On a busy street, but we didn't mind that. Parking at Jumbo until 10 am. 1 minute walk.

Pleasant place with fast service and friendly staff. We arrived here unexpectedly with a large group and were well taken care of. Clean toilets and a terrace that can be covered.

We ate here yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The passionate owner couple is hospitable and knows a great deal about beer. They brew several beers themselves, but they also have plenty to tell you about the other beers. We ordered a few beers, but were also allowed to sample a few of their own specialty beers. We also had a delicious meal on top of that. In short, we had a very pleasant and special evening. We definitely recommend coming here to try one or more beers and have something to eat.

I have been a few times. The owner has not been friendly from the very first day. After the last time, after having a drink, I was asked to leave, and judging by his attitude, I could tell that I was no longer welcome in the future. Was this because I have difficulty walking? The table wobbled when I leaned on it after standing up, and a glass almost fell over, but that can happen. Most of the staff, however, are polite.

Cozy cafe with friendly staff! We tried a few of their own beers and enjoyed them. There was also the option to take some home.

It's a nice place with a wide selection of both local and specialty beers. I'm less impressed with the staff, whom the reviews here praise so highly. During our visit, a full beer glass was thrown over several guests, sending shards of glass flying everywhere. While that can happen, the follow-up was both laughable and worrying. No cloth or anything was offered to clean their clothes. Instead of standing up for the staff, the owners came over to say it was the umpteenth time this had happened that day and that the staff simply didn't have the skills to serve. No way to talk about your staff like that. Furthermore, no gesture of any kind was offered that would have been considered proper. The staff attire is unprofessional. Such a shame! While the place does have potential, we won't be back.

A hidden gem in the center of Zeist, near the bus station. Excellent and friendly service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Arrived in Zeist late due to delays on the Eurostar, checked in at the hotel, popped to a local cafe to pick up some goods then walked around to find a bite to eat as it was late, came across brewers but the menu is all in Dutch, the waiter/barman Raf helped us translate the menu and took our order, he was very helpful, food was great and drinks were not watered down in fact tasted quite strong lol. Would definitely recommend and thank you Raf for the impeccable service.

Came here for a meal with a group. We had pre booked. It took more than two hours for the main course to be served. It was not a complicated order. Burgers, ribs, fries. Even then the order was wrong and one person had to wait a further 15 mins. I come to the Netherlands regularly and this is the worst hospitality experience I I have had

Had dinner here last week with a group of 14 people. The beer was great, let me say that first. Lots of choice, almost everything is local and it's cool that you can also take a look at the own brewery inside. It is difficult that the price of the beer on the website (which is referred to in the restaurant) is not stated and is not specified per beer type later on in the bill, making it impossible to find out who drank which beer. On the receipt, the non-alcohol beers are written under the alcohol beers, several cups of tap/bottle (seems like a big difference to me), and so on. The service was enthusiastic but confused, wrong orders came from the kitchen despite double checking by the waiter, beers were served 1 by 1 (and when asked whether the other beers also came because 4 had been ordered, the response was very angry. the service), signs always had to be accepted or indicated to the service. No table service as you would expect. Then the portions of food were also completely out of balance with the price. €14 for 8 shrimps (because they were certainly not prawns) with two pieces of bread, €6 for a few pieces of bread with frozen herb butter, €15 for half a portion of spare ribs, but the worst of all was the 'fondue', €12.50 for two thin slices of apple, 4 grapes, 2 marshmallows, one scoop of ice cream, two pieces of frozen mango and a bowl of lukewarm chocolate. Tldr; In short, the beer is fine and if the prices are clearer, even great. But don't come with groups that expect to eat well.

Had a great time here. They went to get Campari at the neighbours since it was finished and we were craving a certain drink. Nice to try local beers too. Recommend going here!

Went here for a beer with a friend. It started well. Friendly hospitable welcome. And wide choice of beers. For the beer menu, a QR code was referred to that referred you to Untappd. And indeed, wide selection of beer, but... no prices anywhere?! On a gamble (both in terms of price and taste) I chose The Algorithm Pt. II. Good Imperial Stout to enjoy quietly. And that quiet enjoyment went well. There was a flower box between us and the neighbors, which ensured sufficient distance between the two. While we were quietly enjoying our beer, the flower box was suddenly removed and a table was put in between. A couple was placed there and the lady in question was literally inches away from me and was chatting away in my net. Now I can't blame this bunch, because they had no choice, but who puts people so close together that even a flower box has to make way to cram more customers onto the terrace? We left with a bad taste in our mouths. Not because of the beer (for which we ultimately paid a fair price), but because of the unpleasant ending.

Lekkerste spareribs ever. Fijne sfeer en bediening. De zelf gebrouwen blond vd tap smaakte ook prima.

Heerlijk gegeten en lekkere biertjes gedronken. We zijn heel erg leuk en fijn geholpen door het personeel. Wij gaan zeker terug komen, echt een aanrader!

Leuk biercafe in centrum van Zeist. Vele soorten op de tap.

Gastvrij onthaal. Eigenaren en personeel zijn altijd in voor een gezellig praatje, waardoor je je hier zeer welkom voelt. Voor een bierproeverijtje hoef je niet naar Utrecht. Kan gewoon in ons eigen Zeist. Lekker borrelplankje erbij. De gerechten van de menukaart (zuurvlees - is niet zuur, wel heel lekker - en de hamburger, zie foto's) zijn zeer smakelijk. Voor de bierliefhebber een absolute must!

Zelfs op oudejaarsavond geopend. Lekker eten, super bediening en mooie wandlampen! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Leuke tent met een leuke lokale bier selectie. Duidelijk gerund door mensen met een passie! Lekkere chorizokroketjes ook trouwens 😁👍

Heerlijk bier, gezellige eigenaren met tijd voor een praatje en advies. Ook het eten was goed. Eenvoudig maar lekker. Garnalen precies goed gebakken en heerlijke patat met kruiden. Relaxte plek.

Gezellig café met een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Ruime keuze uit veelal lokale bieren, waaronder ook bieren uit eigen brouwerij. Het enige nadeel is de voorbij rijdende auto's als je op het terras zit.

Mooie bieren op tap en van de fles. Ook als je eens echt iets anders wil proberen. Goede borrelplank ook en vriendelijk personeel.

Gezellige eet en drink gelegenheid, met de vele soorten drank en vooral bier keuze is het geschikt voor iedereen, voor de kleintjes zijn er ook non alcoholische dranken aanwezig en er kan hier gegeten worden van kaasplanken tot diner, de bediening is zeer vriendelijk en altijd wel advies klaar wat het lekkerste biertje bij welk gelegenheid past

Gezellige tent met vriendelijke uitbaters die ook goed advies geven over hun vele bieren. Qua dinerkaart niet enorm uitgebreid maar gewoon voor elk wat wils, helemaal prima. 👍🏻

Lekkere maaltijden gecombineerd met een mooi biertje. Warm onthaal, relaxte omgeving en de eigenaar had ook nog tijd voor een praatje. We hadden de raviolo, hamburger, het lamsrack en de ribbetjes gestoofd in bier (laatste 2 op de foto). Alles goed bereid en keurig gepresenteerd. Als nagerecht hadden we de crême brûlée en de cheesecake (op de foto). Niet goedkoop, maar wel lekker 🙂.

Net besteld, eten was heerlijk en op tijd gekomen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Besteld via Thuisbezorgd. De spareribs waren zo mals dat ze van het bot af vielen en de patat was nog lekker warm en knapperig. Zodra alles weer open mag ga ik hier zeker eten!

Hangukatos hely. Rengeteg sör. Finom hamburger és isteni oldalas!!

Leuk en gezellig proeflokaal waar naast drinken ook lekker gegeten kan worden.
