A truly fantastic baker, recommended to us by Bistro Bairro Alto as a supplier. The sourdough bread is absolutely wonderful; you can still see real baking craftsmanship here. You can even sneak a peek into the bakery.

Had a really good to-go at this store. The bread was so hard, though. Not great. It's a personal preference.

A nice little bakery with mainly sourdough products. When I bought something, the bread and other products were touched with bare hands, even though I was paying cash. This made me lose my appetite for the roll and made me question the hygiene. Grabbing something with tongs or a cloth would feel more comfortable. I also wondered if everything they sell comes from their own bakery; the vegan sausage rolls seemed to come from somewhere else. Is that correct?

A really nice bakery! The staff is always friendly, and the sourdough bread is delicious. They often come up with fun new variations, too.

Highly recommended; you can taste that the sourdough breads are lovingly baked using traditional craftsmanship. Kudos also to the staff, always polite.

Bought a bread here for the first time - with tomatoes and walnuts. It’s was really lekker - and one of the best breads i ever ate. What a shame- that i live too far away for my daily morning bread. But the next time- i would buy some and put them in my freezer….

Nice little sourdough bakery. The owner Erik bakes with a lot of passion and talks about it in his own podcast Broodtpod. Broodtpod.nl contains links to Deezer, Apple and Spotify. I got to know his bread at the coffee bar (the canteen of) Bairro Alto. High favor factor.

Genuine (Bread) Craft in the beautiful Vincentius Church in Velp, belonging to the Emmaus Monastery. The Vincentius Church is located along Ons Kloosterpad. The location is definitely worth a visit. The tastiest bread in the area! It's always a surprise what additions Erik has come up with this week. The cookies and luxury sandwiches are also delicious. It would be nice if you were open a little earlier on Saturdays.
