Always good sandwiches here! Friendly people. Sometimes, despite the 35-degree heat today, they make an exception regarding closing times.

We ordered 7 sandwiches for work, and it took 2 hours and 2 minutes for them to be delivered. No wonder the rolls had gone completely soggy.

I ordered a beef pastrami sandwich, only to receive a sandwich with a meat that had absolutely no red color. I don't know what kind of meat it was. I called but was told it was definitely pastrami. The photos on the sandwich website of a pastrami sandwich look nothing like what I have in front of me.

Shrinkflation? Normally, the sandwiches were really big, and I was full after one. Now it's really small? (FYI, my hands are the size of a 12-year-old's.) Fast and friendly service, and it tasted good. But I think it's a shame; I wouldn't go to Broodje Ben again.

Certain products have not been available for weeks, meaning half the menu is not being made. You can't even fix basic things like cucumber salad. While it can be found in any supermarket or wholesaler. It's a shame

I am very disappointed in the delivery service. I placed an order and was told that my order would be delivered within half an hour. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not arrive until an hour later, resulting in a significant delay. This delay has messed up my entire planning. I ordered specifically for a certain one because I was available at that time (lunch time). Due to the late delivery, I had to miss my lecture. Moreover, there was no communication from the company about the delay. I had to contact them twice to inquire where my order was. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable. I won't order here again if I want to order a quick lunch.

The sandwiches are great, but I have not been able to place an order twice now because either the website does not work properly or the app. Sometimes I couldn't pay and other times I couldn't select a delivery time. I called twice for this and was rejected each time. Pity!

When I took a bite of my sandwich, I came across this scary animal. It was covered in the tuna salad. It still gives me chills. As far as I know I didn't order a topping. Maybe a misclick?

Found a small piece of what looked like a tooth chip in my sandwich. I did not want to believe that I had another person's tooth in my mouth. I decided to test some things like crush it with a spoon and asking people around me what they thought. Nothing denied that it was a tooth and in any case I almost broke my own tooth biting down on it. Needless to say, I threw out the rest of my sandwich. Best part: if that wasn't enough, a lady called me, waking me up just to tell me that it's "impossible to have a tooth in your sandwich." She sounded very annoyed and slightly arrogant. She did not even mention anything about compensation, nor did she understand my predicament. All she could say was "now there's a one star review on the restaurant." I've just rectified that by making it two one star reviews

Just ordered sandwiches, but unfortunately they switched the type of sandwich and toppings, so 2 people immediately did not get what they ordered. I also had a salmon sandwich with herb cheese, which costs €6.50, so you expect it to be well-filled. Didn't taste herb cheese, so little was on it. Also 3 strings of arugula and 2 slices of tomato, too bad.
